In general the staff are awesome and the atmosphere is super friendly. Had a bad encounter for breakfast the other day with one of the staff members who was completely ignoring my friend because she's probably wearing a Muslim head scarf. Cause she was friendly with me and everyone else

Avoid at all cost. Room is small and aged. Noise insulation is terrible, can hear the TV next door clearly. Parking costs $12 when all hotels around have free parking. Would not recommend. Worst Sheraton I have ever been, should be downgraded to Four points or Courtyard/Fairfield.

Mandatory $12 parking - which does not make any sense since the hotel is far from downtown and the parking lot is empty. They should simply add the amount to their rate. Fine place in terms of cleanness.

The Sheraton signature scent was overwhelming strong and triggered allergies for my gf. The staff was nice and friendly. There's a bar/small stabucks in the lobby and Starbucks coffee in the rooms which made it easier to start my day so I wouldn't have to hunt one down.

Was not informed of the 12 dollar fee they charge for parking, came home to seeing a charge on my card, after calling the hotel and waiting for 20 minutes got told it is mandatory for parking there, and its not there responsibility to tell me they charge for that. Also the staff are not very professional or communicate clearly.

The hotel has a very nice long and front desk staff were helpful. The bartender was great!! WiFi was spotty and you could only connect limited devices. And you had to pay for parking which seemed unnecessary. It is a convenient location and I would stay again

Friendly staff, good food, lively sports bar, comfortable beds and a good location. Claim to fame is that a previous guest was Diego Maradona. He mentions in his autobiography that the Argentina National Football/Soccer team stayed here for a few days during the World Cup in 1994. A hotel fit for a football legend!

I would be doing everyone a disservice if I didn't warn you about the HORRIBLE experience we have had with this hotel. They ruined my wedding night, verbally assaulted my family and have done NOTHING to make it right, much less apologize.
Our first mistake was using this "hotel" (I put it in quotes because it's really a dirty motel) instead of the beautiful marriot down the street. We used a room block for my family that were all coming from out of town for my wedding. I should have known it would be a DISASTER when the person we were working with left her job and they increased the price of the rooms after they had promised a lower rate.

They also promised that a shuttle would bring my guests to my wedding venue less than 3 mi away from the Sheraton. The day before my wedding they cancelled the shuttle and forced my guests to take cabs because they were "short-handed". And once again no apology.

The worst is yet to come! We ordered food for a small after party so that our family could return to this disgrace of a hotel and eat and have another drink before the night was over. We arrived to the lobby after the wedding and they were closing the bar early and none of the food we ordered was there. Not only did they not apologize AGAIN but the bartender became enraged they he had guests there when he wanted to leave and verbally assaulted my brother then called the police on us!!! Nine police officers arrived to a group of 10 guests sitting in the lobby. They escalated a tense situation that their own employee created. It was wrong in all respects. The manager on duty said he "lost control of his staff". No kidding!

The entire process was awful start to finish. I am so embarrassed and sad that they treated us this way. My mom stayed with them for 4 nights and paid over $800 to have the police called on her!
We called the general manager after the event and yet again no apology, no refunds were issued, nothing was done. He had a chip on his shoulder and defended the hotel rather than apologize to paying guests his hotel had humiliated. He said since we weren't preferred members he couldn't comp a night or offer us ANYTHING.

BUYER BEWARE! We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a claim but I want everyone to know the type of treatment you can expect here. Inhospitable, rude and frankly dangerous people (cue aggressive bartender) work here!
If you need a wedding room block, check out the Needham Marriot. It's beautiful.

P.s. The hotel is dirty, the sign is defaced and broken. The whole establishment is poorly run.

Worst customer support! My flight was delayed and I wasn't able to spend a night in the hotel. I called to hotel and they even didn't try to help me to cancel the reservation. I will never recommend to reserve the room at this place. You may be in same situation as mine... I spoke with Allison Wright a lot of hours and she didn't tried to help...

My first room was full of mosquitoes, they moved us quickly. However my biggest issue is with the $15 breakfast that only had pork products. What about your customers who have regilous reasons for not eating pork or dietary issues? What are we to do? Or does your hotel just not care?

Finished work, checked in 2am at night, got only a few hours to sleep before the grind. Get to my room, there is no thermostat to control the temperature. They are trying to fix my ac/heater unit instead of giving me a new room. #smh

STAY AWAY!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
We specifically asked for a pull out bed and made our reservation based on the rep promise to do so.
When we got to the hotel (after over 9 hours drive) the most rude representative told me that the other girl simply lied to me and called the police because I dared to tell him that im after a long drive and really don't want to sleep on the bed!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!

I had to attend a funeral in Boston and needed a hotel in the area. This hotel was great very clean I was also surprised by the appetizers this was and added bonus. The hotel went out of there way to assist during my family's time of need.

Very helpful and understanding of our toddlers meltdown. Quick to bring up extra bedding for the pullout bed. Nice brunch. Staff was very friendly and beds comfy. On demand tv was pay per view which was unfortunate and doesn't seem like on demand.

Great

I have yet to stay here all I can say is do not be intimidated by the $190 per night price tag I price lined this and got it for $63 ($75w/tax) per night requested a king bed with a sleeper sofa. Will see what they have available when i get there as price line is lowest priority. I am a starwoods preferred customer so hopefully they will honor my requests will review more after my stay

I was here from November 16-17 for their conference space. I did NOT stay overnight, this review is related to the event I was there to attend (CFP Certification Exam).

We were there to take the CFP Certification Exam. This is a test that involves 6 courses of prep work, a full case study and months of studying to prepare for. Most people take around two years from the start of the process to sit for the exam. In addition, it costs around $500 to sit for the test - in addition to thousands in course fees and any prep materials you may purchase. The pass rate is just over 50%. As you can imagine it is quite competitive.

The Sheraton Needham had construction scheduled throughout the exam. I found it wholly disrespectful that we had to listen to jackhammers and trucks throughout the test. In addition, the noise was flowing CLEARLY through the vents in the very room we were sitting in. Shame on you Sheraton Needham for not disclosing this properly before the test.

If you happen to want to stay in/near Needham, MA then this place is great. There is plenty of (paid) parking. The rooms are large and clean. We had their breakfast each morning which was really quite good. You have a choice between a la cart or the buffet. I'm not a big eater, but I think it still made sense to get the buffet.

It's not like I imagined, the cleaning staff does not have any consideration with the guests, they run screaming through the corridors, they speak swear words, they hit the doors, they do not close them gently, and they usually do it in the morning, when we're still sleeping , our Latino brothers are the ones who take care of the cleaning, but they should be more educated and respect the dream of others, because one spends his money in such an expensive hotel and gets a bad impression !! Because of employees.

Just attended an all day ATD conference at this hotel and they consistently ran out of food during the buffet and was not replenishing it. They also should have considered that many of us practice lent and only offering meat sandwiches on a Friday is not adequate. At least have an option for tuna fish salad. The lettuce with cheese was truly inadequate for lunch.

Stayed overnight for a meeting. Construction underway will yield impressive updates. Love the PCs in the lobby as well as the bar. Breakfast was very good. Fitness room is also good. Indoor pool area very night. Courtyard must be pleasant in warmer weather. Staff were very interested in making sure we had a good stay.
Hotel is in a corporate area, adjacent to suburban Newton, Massachusetts which has plenty of restaurants and shopping. Having car was helpful.
Boston is accessible. Hotel is good price option for staying just out of the city. Day trips or evening outings to Boston not difficult.

The hotel is very nice. We went to look at one of their function rooms for a rehearsal dinner. The room was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future.
