HUGE resort. Long walk from room to lobby if your on the end. Great pool. Awesome food

I have attended many events at this resort, mostly fund raising events for the Boys and Girls Clubs, and others.

The consistency of the service, starting with the valet service to the after dinner coffee, is always top notch. The dinners are B+ considering the effort to feed 2-300 people at once.

Since I live nearby, I have not seen the guest rooms, but hear that they are of the same level of quality as the Ballrooms.

A 5-star hotel! Been here a week ago. I got fascinated by the service and cleanliness of this hotel. The staves were so accommodating. The pool and the jacuzzi were so relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Great accommodation at a reasonable price. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

We celebrate our anniversary here every year. This place never disappoints! The spa, pool, rooms, dining and staff are all part of this awesome experience!

Beautiful hotel and spa. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Wasn't the cleanest when we checked in, but livable. Like that our room had a separate shower and bathtub. The resort itself is expansive, quite a walk from one end to the next. Loved that the pools and spas we're still open in winter months.

Very beautiful resort in the desert by the mountains. Would recommend a stay here, very close to shops and the casino, also convenient to take a day trip to Tucson.

Clean and quiet room. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Hallways were a little dirty. Convention center was nice and easy to get to.

Nice rooms, great location, although far removed from the city or any other attractions, great facilities. Especially the spa! Don't miss the spa! Food just okay. Terribly slow service at the coffee bar in the lobby during a conference. Room service straight up forgot our breakfast one day, but the manager made it right with a $100 credit.

We had a annual conference in the convention center which was done perfectly by the staff.

Terrific property. I have only stayed for Business, but looks very family friendly. Given the opportunity, I will return with my family.

The flute show is a must see for the social night. They need to bring back the open sky aroma that permeates the complex which adds to it's relaxing atmosphere. Other wise 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. I loved the setting, a little bit away from the city, but really quite close. Fantastic hospitality, everyone was very nice and friendly. Food was excellent too. Would definitely recommend having business conferences, family getaways, or anything else here.

Service was really good. Attentive staff. Great place for the entire family and very kid friendly. Looking forward to golfing at the whirlwind golf course. The paddle boats were a lot of fun as well. Definitely going to do a staycation here soon.

Gorgeous facility, great conference rooms, beautiful walking trail, excellent food, outstanding staff and service.

Atmosphere was great and service staff was excellent. Food was good but the bartender was very busy and messed up simple mixed drink recipes.

Booked for 2 nights over new years eve.
Shopped long and hard for a nice hotel because it was a very special occasion for me and my wife.

I was shocked to see the "Rave" crowd and was concerned about noise and rowdiness. As I feared we had neighbors who woke me up multiple times. The second night would have been new years eve, and I wasn't going to go through that again so we left.

Staff was great, service top notch, but our visit was ruined by partyers. Wish the hotel had told us about this event beforehand.

Loved it, Loved it, loved it!!!! The views are spectacular here. I only wish I would of visited longer. The Restaurant here is very upscale and is the Entire Resort. Golf course that spreads across the beautiful scenery and a Casino, unfortunately I only got to see it from a distance. Beautiful pools around the Building. The rooms were fantastic, clean with walk-in shower's, coffee maker with everything you would want..Room Service and more. Plenty of meeting rooms from big to Huge for any function.

This was a beautiful place to enjoy the weekend. The casino is right down the road. The pool was a great temperature. The in-house restaurant was delicious with great outdoor service.
The pool area, however, was a bit tough to get service. There were multiple times we had to walk over to the bar area ourselves to get our drinks because we were never helped by an employee.
Overall, this was a beautiful place and anyone would enjoy staying here.

Kai was a phenominal dining experience. Live native flute playing was magical. Dinner was an immersion in local culture beyond anything I have experienced before.

Great getaway just outside of the city. Feels secluded / great accommodations!

Great room, great service, the bar downstairs was great, great walking trails. A minor issue with a rather bad sewage smell but it did not interfere with our weekend. Loved the flute music piped across the resort. Very relaxing weekend.

The staff in the lounge is awesome. Love these people. I will definitely be back.

Good golf course in very hood condition except the sand traps or should I say concrete traps,if their is a half inch of sand it would be a lot.

Amazing! Located off the beaten path but their amenities were fantastic!

Golf course was in excellent condition for a summer's day. Practice were in perfect shape as well. Highly recommended if you get the chance to play.

The hotel is very nice & beautiful grounds. However the long, snaking hallways are a bit of a hassle to walk back and forth every day. Everyone we have encountered has been pleasant!

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and service excellent. Hotel room itself was more than acceptable. We lounged by the pool and enjoyed beverages and some food. The water slide was fun even for an adult. I didn't play Whirlwind but they are my favorite courses in the area. Great staycation.

Parking was easy. Location was beautiful. Interior of hotel was nicely decorated and there was live music.

Stayed here for a couple nights over the 4th of july. It was a bit crowded but the service and staff were very nice. I would stay again. The pool was great, even though it was crowded we always had a seat.

Liked it. Needed a place at the last minute and made arrangements no problem.

Awesome place pools are great but shallow there's a lake out back but didn't get to see much of that the entryway is unbelievable with the rockfall and the waterfall that's in it all the way out to the pool the bar is built into the rock formation so it's pretty cool

I had called ahead to see if our room was ready & get an early check in. I spoke with an emplyee who told me my room was ready & that I could make my way over now. When I got there they told me it was gonna be a wait for my room, I told them I had called ahead to see if my room was ready & was told yes. Instead we sat in the lobby, which was hot & stuffy, for quite some time. I will not come back to this hotel again. I'll drive the extra 30 minutes to Harrahs next time.

Went for a staycation for our anniversary. Paid for an upgraded room so we'd have a view. Got a ground floor room with a view of the scruffy bushes and parking lot to one side. Wood entry flooring was broken and peeling up in places. The room otherwise was pretty basic and nothing special. Bed was not very comfortable. Had a cricket in the bathroom the first night. Check in was very easy. Staff at the resort in general were extremely pleasant and friendly. Pool was nice although the cool decking was missing in parts, so very unattractive and hot. Plenty of lounge chairs but not enough umbrellas and it was hot. Service poolside was crazy crazy slow. 45 minutes for a drink minimum. Drinks were pretty bland tasting. Tried two different daiquiris thinking one might be better. Nope. Waitress was distracted and forgetful and guests around us told us it had been like that all afternoon with her. Husband finally went to the bar to close our check and watched her scroll through a hundred or more tabs to find ours. Their point of sale system does not put tabs in alphabetical or room number order so it was just a seek and find game to get the right tab. What a waste of staff time and partially explains why everything took so long. We went into the restaurant Hanyo for dinner one evening. Difficult to find as the entrances on either side of the pool bar are not marked in any way. I had seen a blurb somewhere on the website that mentioned indoor dining so we asked at the bar and were pointed in the right direction. Only one other table had diners. Not surprised since it's completely hidden from view. Guess what, same waitress we'd had outside earlier and service was just as poor. She never asked us for a drink order, only brought water when we asked her, which took 15 minutes. Food was ok, nothing special. View was gorgeous but one lady at the other table had to wear sunglasses since she was facing into the direct sunlight. After the sun had gone down we noticed there were sunshades that could have been lowered to make the experience nicer. Ko Sin on the other hand was spectacular. Great food, great service and nice atmosphere. Signage on the property was few and far between making it difficult to locate anything. Rented a paddle boat one morning. Tried to call the location to ask some questions, no answer, left a vm which was never returned. Eventually walked over, having to ask directions along the way and the kid there said he had been so busy he didn't have time to return our call. One other lady arrived as we did and no one else was on the water. Paddle boat was filthy but the water was very nice and it was a relaxing hour since no one else was around. Website in general is very poorly done. Difficult to find details on just about everything. Maps were very general and didn't help much. All in all we were disappointed in the stay. The friendly staff made it acceptable, but not worth the price by any means.

Great location for our Golf Tournament, great people.

Bathrooms are great size, nice counter space. Mine had a standing shower and tub. Great amenities... Pool, bar, coffee bar, restaurants. Close to the river and has nice scenic trail to take a walk. River has various types of boats to rent. Spa, fitness center and golf course nearby.

Beautiful resort, quiet desert landscape giving you the feeling of serenity, with easy and quick access to the freeway. Staff is very pleasent and polite. We used the Spa pool area which was wonderful.

This place is HUGE! Went here for company conference and set up a scavenger hunt that was over a mile long in length. Staff if very accommodating and friendly

The setting, with it's re-creation of a portion of the Gila River, is magical! All appointments of the common areas, halls, and rooms appear new. The staff members were universally friendly and knowledgeable. All arrangements for our use of the ballroom and adjoining areas were flawless. I could not be more pleased! We are regret we must leave and will return soon.

Breath of fresh air. Clean rooms and great service. were so sick of gross hotels and horrible places that dont care about their guests and comfort. This resort is at a great location with plenty close by! the dining room service was excellent. the front staff was wonderful and the pool/bar staff was amazing! Brandon is the type of employee that everyone is looking for! he was welcoming and has done a wonderful job. the resort is very lucky to have someone that is so personable and great with customers. I went up to the bar area to see what time they opened and could serve at...while the others seemed slightly hesitant (and open in 6mins ...) brandon was ready to go and help us with our order!
we will happily reccomend the resort and will be back!

I have always enjoyed the tranquillity and great service and attention to detail at this resort. However the valet never took my luggage out of my car. I did that myself. He was nice though. A doorman always has been there to open the doors to the lobby for me but a very nice patron came to the rescue while we both wondered where the door valet was. Check in was very good and pleasant. Room was nice and in a quiet area. Just what I needed!
