Beautiful location, great views, great food and drinks

I love the Native American feel of this property. Beautiful grounds and lots of amenities on the property.

Whirlwind Golf Course very nice, well maintained and very nice to enjoy affordable golf at AAA+ Golf course during anytime of year.

I recently stayed overnight for a relaxing weekend away during a particularly stressful time. Even though i did not take advantage of their on-site spa, the atmosphere of the hotel really helped me unwind. Each room has a deep soaking tub in addition to a luxurious shower. I brought some bath fizzies to make it even better. The property is beautiful and has a 2.5 mile trail through the desert that you can walk. Though I did not visit it, I noted that the pool was open and several guests were enjoying it. It's one of my favorite hotels.

Great place to stay. A bit out of the way and long walking distance inside of you are at the end of a wing. Gorgeous grounds and wonderful staff.

Amazing pool with a fun slide. The slide staff was so chill and very rarely got mad. The room I was in didn't have a fridge though but you can easily bring a cooler and you'll get over it and some rooms do have a fridge I think but still bring a cooler just in case. There is an ice machine in multiple places so you can use those but make sure to push down on the place where the I e falls. There is a cell tower really close so if you have unlimited data and a lot of hotspot you're all set. Overall it was a very fun place that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun time.

Ate at the pool restaurant today. Marrc Anthony provided over-the-top service and was very personable! All of the other staff was great this week as well! Had a phenomenal time!

High end resort. Although the hotel is generally well maintained and clean the rooms were not perfectly cleaned and the check in was substantially delayed.

Strange music plays non stop in all hallways .. like a bad horror movie. Got lost in the new contruction area , that was the high light of my stay

Was there for a company meeting/retreat. The facility was amazing, good was great and there was plenty to do. Next time I will extend by a few days for some personal time!!!

5 star hotel prices and motel 6 service. Well never come here again. We tried to eat at the restaurant and could not get service. And the rooms were
extremely small

Great property and great staff. 24 hour room service & good food ... though the Marriott / Starwood properties have some of the worst pizza.

Loud....evening events outside the hotel go on until 12am.

Work event at the Sheraton Grand was a big success, very enjoyable experience.

Off season. Only one restaurant open. Valet was $22. Rooms are fairly small for a resort.

Excellent facilities, either to stay or to take a course or corporate event. Very beautiful views that can be appreciated, and the place is perfectly located, what many are looking for; away from the noise of the city and in contact with the flora and fauna of this beautiful state.

Stayed here for a conference; the property is so big and spread out it took ages to walk anywhere, the only ice machines I could find did not work, no elevators anywhere near our rooms, no handicapped parking anywhere near the rooms either, would not suggest this hotel if you are on crutches or use a cane!!

So far i am pleased with the hotel other then some one letting one loose in the pool

Beautiful and relaxing ... Amazing views, comfy beds and clean rooms. There breakfast has everything you could want I only wish the pool was heated. This place is absolutely a wonderful place to escape the daily hassle of the city it's just far enough to breath fresh air but still close enough to outlets and fun.

Tried to book a room and they wanted to charge $29 for the resort but the receptionist couldn't tell me what those charges are for. $220 for less than a 24 stay is too much.

We go here once or twice a year is nice and it's quiet. The food is okay. The pool is nice. But the rooms are pretty expensive for what you get

FANTASTIC resort!! Everything is well-thought out, planned, and executed for conferences. The music played in the resort is amazing, I had to buy their CD...and it is very appropriate to the decor. The pools are great for the kids, the casinos for the adults. Try the boat ride at night--you won't regret it!! The beds and pillows in the well-apportioned rooms are also amazing; I wanted to keep the pillows, haha! Make sure to walk the patios and paths at night when they are lit up; we had many photo ops. We will surely return soon!

Ko-sin restaurant was excellent. Staff was attentive and good fit the occasion.

This resort is just a 5 starts hotel. It has everything you may think of.

I liked most the idea that it was sort of isolated from the city, yet close to one of the biggest shopping centers in Phoenix Phoenix Premium Outlets .

It is around 25 mins far from the airport and about 30 mins from downtown.

It has walking trails, three swimming pools with water slides, tennis courts, golf courses, and a huge convention centre.

The was at the breakfast restaurant was simply marvelous and the other two restaurants were also super good.

Amazing! First of all the property is gorgeous! Secondly the employees are so helpful! They are happy to provide lunch/dinner recommendations, answer questions, and help you with anything needed. The pools/hot tubs are great and so are the restaurants.They have paddle boarding, paddle boats, horse back riding, a spa, and trams that take you to the casino if you want. The only thing I did not like about the trip were the pillows on the beds, those could be upgraded.

All in all we would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Still love the hospitality here. The food was amazing with the amazing large pools. I can honestly say the softest bagels in the business.

Decent hotel, staff is excellent. Property could do with some updating of furniture and finishes.

Very far from Chandler, making it hard to do anything if you don't have a vehicle. Food is Ok, pretty expensive. Staff are Nice, and helpful. Wouldn't come back, but not saying it is a terrible hotel. Would only recommend for conferences, and not a hotel to stay at on vacation.

Rooms were clean and nice. Pool was refreshing and the poolside service was on point.

This place smells amazing, background spa music, idyllic environment. Rooms large. I do wish the workdesk had more power.

Here, you get what you pay for! Good food for a good price. Not cheap, but the food and service is worth it. Had the salmon and Brussel sprouts. Even had enough to take home. Our waiter, William, made it worthwhile.

This is advertised as a five star hotel!!! FALSE! Since when do you have to request for a fridge in a resort? And I hated the response for not having a microwave and blame that on laziness from the pandemic. And something as simple as bed sheets and towels could only be given if requested while we left the property!!! Not to mention being charged for incidentals at almost 100 dollars and there were none and I stayed for almost a week. I m stilllllll waiting to hear back from their financing department but let s just say NEVER AGAIN!!!! And I won t be recommending this dump either

Kai at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass is the best fine dining experience I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Jeremy is an amazing concierge of fine cuisine, and even after eating there dozens of times over the last several years...the excellence remains.

The dinner and service at Kai at the Sheraton Grand was absolutely fantastic. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and not a single detail was overlooked.

Such a great resort. Surrounded by gorgeous views. So many amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Phoenix metro area, quiet out of the way and yet close to freeway, casinos, and shopping. World class resort and spa, I am very pleased with the service, amenities and the staff was so friendly and helpful made my stay so comfortable I did not want to leave. Definitely will make this a recurring vacation spot for future travel in this area.

The atmosphere is really beautiful at this hotel - the layout and decor are perfect. I did enjoy the meals we enjoyed at the hotel; everything was delicious. The customer service here is really great as well. I will say that the beds are not the most comfortable. Their pillow are all the same - flat and lacking a lot of stuffing.

I understand that Kai is one of the most esteemed restaurants in Phoenix, and their food is fantastic. But they where very inflexible to our requests and though "apologetic" came off very snooty. So off-putting in fact that we skipped the dinner that we had planned some time for.

The property needs an update. The pool area and guest rooms were in below average condition and not clean. The chairs and tables at the pool were dirty and not washed. For the money spent, I expected and deserved more. This was a big disappointment....the staff was friendly and worked hard to provide good customer service.

We have had a wonderful experience! Such a nice change from some other hotel experiences... we will definitely be coming back and cant thank the staff enough! the rooms are clean and nice. the pool is a good area with some excellent staff. we had amazing service from brandon and alisha! such wonderful people to chat with! we also got engaged last night and of course Chad at the front desk had to put up with me showing my ring off!! ha hes been wonderful and helping us with any issues during our stay and even sent us a card! definitely thoughtful and great people. these are the type of employees that any company would be lucky to have and how a brand and place should want to be represented!! Cant wait for our next stay!
