If you are looking for a place that is friendly, efficient, clean, and courteous, then look no further than the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass.
We chose to go to Phoenix for our honeymoon as we had many friends and family who lived there and could not make the wedding. My aunt recommended that we look into staying at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass and we are so happy that we did! When we checked in, things seemed pretty crazy. There was a spiritual retreat that was ending and the resort seemed overrun with guests running around while they were trying to check out, yet no staff member's smile ever even faltered. This was a theme we saw throughout our stay: everyone who worked there was incredibly nice, friendly, smiley, polite, and kind. Our waiter at Ko'Sin (HIGHLY recommend their breakfast!) was named Darryn, and when he realized we were freshly married and on our honeymoon he brought us mimosas without charging us. Each morning he gave us a little something special (delicious blue corn scones, and vanilla cappuccinos). It was just a little something extra that made us feel special and celebrated. Darryn is an excellent waiter and we would highly recommend that if you go, you ask for him! The second day we were there, the front desk sent us up a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate our marriage. Just another little way that the resort made sure we were celebrated. Everyone, from the wait staff to the housekeepers to the managers, was polite and friendly and made our stay that much more wonderful. The views were incredible, the food was amazing, the fireworks for the Fourth of July were awesome, the service was always quick and friendly, and we just could not get over how incredibly friendly everyone on staff was. We would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return!

Well when I checked in I waited forever for my luggage to be brought to my room. After to calling to see where my things were they brought one of my bags. I then questioned where my other bag was and they weren't sure. After sometime they located it in someone else's room. That were very apologetic. I was fine, I had my bags and everyone makes mistakes. Then at check out I had asked the gentleman to have my personal charges charged to my Amex and not to my Corp Card which didn't happen. Now I get to deal with this which has now taken up an hour of my time and is still not resolved.

We stayed two nights for an anniversary. The staff were very attentive, upon hearing g of our reason for staying we were sent a very nice card and dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We were also upgraded on our room from our reservation online to a room with a view of the mountains and pool since it was a slow time for them.

Nice place to relax for a quick getaway. My wife and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. Very nice pool area and walking paths. The only downside was the price of food in the resort, we left to eat because of how expensive it is.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand to support and attend a work conference. The room I was in was very spacious and bathroom was updated with a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Since the hotel is some distance from pretty much anything the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the casino or outlet stores nearby. The hotel has a spacious event/convention area and the staff is eager to assist with any special needs. The pool area has a decent water slide and lazy river. I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend when taking some time away in the Phoenix area!

By far the most amazing hotel I have EVER stayed at. Went on a trip to Phoenix and Sedona. We ended the trip with a 3 day stay at this resort. Mind blown! It is absolutely gorgeous.

The Google maps app could not find this place and I spent 20 minutes trying to find the hotel west of the casino. Alot of these roads dead end and don't connect to this conference center resort! So frustrating!

Hosted a client event here in April. The setting, service, and experience could not have been better.

The guestrooms were very nice, and we especially appreciated the peaceful setting. In April you could open a patio door at night and sleep soundly with minimal if any noise pollution.

Our meeting space was well maintained and met our needs. During the meetings the staff was responsive and able to address any concerns that we had.

The hotel and convention staff were exceptional. You pay a premium here, and for that we expect excellence. They delivered over and over.

I will make a return visit. Thank you.

Stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing. Room was large and so was the bathroom. When we visited 12/2017 the hotel was doing construction on a section of pool area but didn't bother us at all. There is a super fun water slide that my 5yr old loved. There was also a option for being a "Green" guest. Basically if you don't mind not having new towels/sheets everyday you get either $5 credit to use at restaurants on the property or 500 credits for Shearton's points.

I was here for a corporate event. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I've also stayed at this hotel personally, and I would highly recommend it, especially with dinner at Kai.

Fun.

The only bad thing I can say about the Sheraton Grand is that when I visited there were an awful lot of construction barricades along the road leading into the resort. If that seems nitpicky, it's because everything else was amazing and I really had to think in order to come up with something that wasn't perfect. I attended for a conference. The rooms were spacious and while they made their best effort to utilize the space, the tables were far apart enough that it wasn't a struggle to navigate the ballrooms. The catering was better than I'm used to for conferences. Not as good as the best restaurants in town, but better than the average buffet. The staff were ninja-like. I can't recall seeing them except when they were asking me if they could clear my table. I had intended to thank an employee for their service but after a moment's distraction, they'd disappeared with the dirty dishes before I had a chance to say thanks. I'm desperately trying to think of some negatives to keep this review balanced, there are touchscreen kiosks that offer information about the amenities available at the resort. I hoped to get some detailed information about the restaurants at the resort, perhaps a menu, but all that was available was brief overview of the different venues. In short, if you're looking to host an event, this is an excellent choice.

Beautiful resort. Great mountain and desert views which make for stunning sunset views. The food in the lobby's bar was great for late night. Quiet room. They offer a shuttle to nearby casino and shopping.

$350 for a "deluxe" one night stay is definitely not worth it, unless you're golfing here, stay at the casino, you will save time, money and actually have a nice room to stay in. Don't get fooled, this is at least 2 miles from the actual casino.

Beautiful location and facilities with very friendly staff. Kind of difficult to navigate if your room's in one of the outer corners of the grounds, and the Internet wasn't working in my guest room.

Really nice conference center and great layout. Easy to walk outside during sessions, and wonderful walkway next to the water to get some quiet time breaks. The wait service was top notch and very customer focused. A couple of us decided to take our lunch at an outside table, and one of the wait staff just picked up two settings and walked with us, including a tea and water for each. We were just looking for utensils, but she said she did not know which beverage we wanted and just brought each. Saw the same custom attention with someone at our table with cheese allergy, and they brought out a nice salad for him.

Ordered fries and nachos with guacamole at the pool - honestly / the fries were PERFECT and we could not even finish the guacamole (sooo much!) amazing!!! *didnt love the plastic melted cheese on the nachos tbh, but the guac!!! Omg.
Definitely order again!!!

I just visited here briefly for work so I can't comment much on the entire experience but the grounds look fantastic. Gold course well kept. From my co-workers staying they wished there were more dining options. Either way I'd definitely give it a try if you're looking for a nice place to stay.

I spent 3 1/2 days at a speakers retreat here recently. The large room conference room held a lot of people. The temperature did get quite cool once or twice, but not any worse than the typical hotel where the temperatures go up and down. I think it was just the thermostat causing the AC to go too low occasionally. The resort was quite nice. There is a stream running outside. Although, there was a slightly loud group outside at some point on the final day, Sunday, afternoon. There were catered lunches with serve yourself buffet holding ware. The catered food was generally excellent and the servers overall professional, polite and cordial. 4 stars for a good hotel.
