Very nice hotel. Pricey food and drink. 5 swimming pools and very pleasant staff.

Excellent service and food. Beautiful grounds and property.

I was not impressed with the pool. The slide didn't work and the pond smelt so bad. Three walking trail was nice. The room was nothing fancy. The beds where comfy. The bathroom was very slippery.

Great location. Very peaceful setting. Service is good.

Great service and it was a 5 minute walk to the event :) had an awesome time and enjoyed everything in the hotel including the room service.

Room was nice, and comfortable, but did not feel like this "resort" was up to par with its price. Our room had a TV, that did not work. The channels were not coming in clear, and the audio would go in and out. We placed a do not disturb sign on our door. We were awoken by a worker knocking loudly multiple times on our door at 8 am. When we answered a simple sorry was given as the worker turned and walked away. I would expect these types of problems from a cheap hotel, but not a resort. Was not thrilled with our stay

Hotel grounds are beautiful and hotel staff is simply amazing.

Should have been great - Not even close. Everything was hit or miss! Would not return to this hotel. Honestly, it still grinds my gears when I think about how messed up our experience was at this hotel. They could not even get their shuttle right! Depending on who answered the call, you could get, no, we don't go there or yes sir, we're on our way. Same with almost everything. It was CRAZY!

Very tranquil atmosphere. Was a bit disappointed that the indoor waterfall wasn't flowing.

Very laid back atmosphere. It was nice to relax, and the staff were excellent. Great little gem in the desert.

Food was great. I especially enjoyed the zucchini in the antipasto dish, and the cod was great too.

This is a wonderful resort. Stayed three nights snd loved it. Service is excellent and the food was very good. I recommend it for families or couples.

You can t beat the price for how nice this resort is. The views are unparalleled anywhere else this close to Phoenix. I m giving 4 stars and not 5 because the resort is not exactly relaxing if you re looking for quiet. It s a family-friendly place, so the shrieking kids at the pool were hard to get away from because 3 of the 4 pools are in the same pool area (and the 4th pool is at the spa and allows regular volume talking, so there were people talking loudly at that pool too). The spa itself is a nice treat. My friend loved her pedicure.

Decent place...but spa activities were outrageously expensive. Also is in the middle of nowhere.

Paid extra to have a nicer property to stay at. Big mistake. It's almost midnight, and there is still music blasting across the resort from a wedding party or something. The bass is literally rattling my patio door. Never again Sheraton. Will be cancelling my three day stay and will be rebooking at another hotel in the area so that I can sleep at night.

Had an event from work at the Sheraton Grand and it was great.

Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, the service commendable. A beautiful place to visit.

Beautiful Resort However I wasn't impressed with my room especially for the rate I paid. I had to call and request a fridge After I got to my room and was told they would bring one up if available. The pool was nothing special.

Perfect fairways,greens and tee boxes. Two great tracks Cattail is longer and a bit more difficult than Devilsclaw. The staff is great and a great value at 50.00 non-essential. Must play if you have not!!!

Fantastic Hotel, everything was clean, service was great, comfortable bed, great amenities, the views and landscaping were excellent as well!

I love this place! Built in traditional Hogan style with great native American art and music everywhere. They even decorate with cactus ribs. Plus comfy beds, great food and a fun waterslide.

Great resort! We stayed 3 nights. Service was great and we had a good time doing area activities. Only complaint would be that rooms were a LITTLE small, but once we experienced the rest of the resort we forgot about that.

Excellent service and a nice place. Found a flying cockroach in our room, but with a balcony it could have easily got in. Staff was excellent and upgraded us right away without us even raising a fuss. Super people that work here!

In their assessment, they refer only to the Congress Center. The center itself is spacious, well organized, clean, beautifully situated. There is nothing that has caught my eyes. Everything on Plus.

Property is OK overall. Rooms clean. Food is average and WAYYYYY over-priced!!! $25.00 for a bacon-avocado burger, give me a break. The pool grounds are horrible; concrete is breaking up/coming apart and uneven, total trip hazard and not to mention the lack of ground lighting too. (Bring a flashlight for nighttime!!) Pool area is currently under construction as well. The Aji spa, well it it is lovely and super expensive. The golf course looks incredible. $30.00+ daily resort fee.

We were there for a conference CLDA and the accommodations we're very nice good food at the restaurants perhaps more vegan or vegetarian options would be nice. Drinks at the lobby we're very good and service was excellent and the property is very large. The casino is a shuttle ride away about 5 minutes.

The rooms are quite big and very clean. Every window is a scenic view. Just beautiful.

Amazing oasis. Awesome grounds, friendly staff, quiet and relaxing. Great rooms with a balcony and very nice conference center. Spa is amazing!

Too far from everything. No restaurants, no shopping

Staff is nice never stayed here always worked here.

Great place. Staff was wonderful. They worked extremely hard to make sure everyone was able to get the service they expect. Hotel was very slow do to renovation and Covid which actually made it perfect. Hotel staff all wore masks and cleaned regularly from everything I saw. I will be back again. Can't wait to see the pool renovation.

Beautiful hotel. Room was cleanest I've been in in a long while. Location is perfect. There's plenty for family and adults. Highly recommend.

Was here for a conference recently and amazed by how beautiful the place was. The staff were all very curious. The conference area was large and quality.

Such a nice place to stay. The bathroom alone was worth it with that amazing tub.

I've been a guest at WHP many times and also had excellent experiences. Highly recommended.

Prices are somewhat high, but resort is nice overall

Was a wonderful experience!

Only down side is the walk from customer service parking to room, it's a good 5 to 7 min walk to do every time you need to drive somewhere.

But other than that, I have zero complaints!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Rooms are awesome. Scenery is beautiful and the staff and very courteous and professional.

Internet in the rooms is really slow (cell phone internet is 3x faster). I will try working in the lobby or conf rooms tomorrow or leave all together.

Other: No fridge, but this is minor.

It's a cool place with nice decor. Clean and quiet rooms. AC works well.

Visited for an event so I can't speak to the rooms but the restaurant was really nice. Pool area is great and the property is sprawling and fun to walk around. All the staff we ran into were very helpful and courteous. It's just about off the beaten path so I took one star off for that. You must drive a few miles to the nearest off-campus stores, etc.
