Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa Review

we just got home from a confrence, the food and service was great!

The staff are incredible. From the front desk to the gift shop cashier, everyone goes out of their was to assist you as one giant team. The facilities are well maintained and pretty modern. The receptionist gave me an upgrade to a king bed because she saw how tall I was. Free. And the room is super comfortable! The price (thanks to a half off discount) was great as well. Only complaint is no airport shuttle, which is why I gave a 4 ranking.

I was there for a conference, spacious, relaxing, conference rooms were comfortable and cool!

Took grandson for a night of adventure & swimming. Its so big you can not do everything in one day.

Incredible service, knowledgeable staff working in sync and most importantly an imaginative and creative chef creating gourmet symphony of taste, smell and delectable presentations. If you visit or live in Phoenix visiting Kai is a must. You will always remember it and will want to come for more.

It had a great Conference area. It was sold out by the time I registered. So I stayed at the Wild Horse Pass Casino and Hotel. Both hotels were very clean and large. We got to travel between the two by shuttle provided by the hotels.

Very nice. 1st Time going and it is a good place to go with the loved 1 and or kids. Pool area is awesome.

This place is outstanding. People are lovely, property is stunning, services are excellent, breakfast is delicious and the restaurant dinners are also fantastic. The heated pool was an additional nice surprise, especially in January!

I loved this place not only is it close to the casino wild horse pass but the room was amazing and we hAd a great view of the pool and a balcony to our room it was absolutely epic

Wonderful resort, accommodated our huge Corporate event and it was Wonderful! The food was wonderful and the staff was very on point. The pool and grounds were beautiful and I enjoyed walking around the grounds. Casino staff was friendly and courteous.

Amazing Boys and Girls Club Event, great service and staff, and the rooms are top notch.

I attended a function at the conference center. The venue was beautiful, and the food was fantastic.

Attended and was in a wedding here. Day of planner was fantastic and everything went smoothly.

The ambiance was very relaxing with gentle flute music playing in the hallways. The AV equipment was very well done and there weren't any mics interfering with other mics as I have seen at similar events at other locations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they ran like a well oiled machine. The food was well done, salmon perfectly cooked, chicken was a touch dry. I do wish the portions had been larger however I think that was dictated by the people putting on the event rather than the hotel. All in all a wonderful experience and I hope to attend more events at this location.

This place is huge! Great views!
The parking lot is really really far from the entrance, so you have to drag your luggage a lonnng way. Poor planning in my opinion as it's on a huge piece of land.

Sept. 5 checked in Sept.6 checked out - Saw Bed bugs on bed. Room 1011.Room tested positive for bedbug. Beware. Claim is on file. Very nice Resort though. You will have to follow up with claims. They dont care coz its not them that are affected.

I came to the Sheraton for a work event. Beautiful building with nice rooms.

Huge hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom isn't stocked with toothpaste.

Good drinks at the bar. Comfortable clean rooms. VB Deep bath tubs. They give you al oofah, which is a plus. They have a recycling bin in the room. Shower is really good. AC keeps you cool. The balcony has a lovely view all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable with views of the surrounding mountains and desert. The facilities were great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. My kids loved the slide so much fun. We didnt have a fridge in our room is my only complaint.

Played Whirlwind Catail course and it was in even better condition than expected. Greens were near perfect, fairways were flush and the sand traps were well maintained. I'll definitely be back.

Standard rooms have tiny little double beds that two normal adults cannot sleep in.
A resort of this price should have two queen beds for family rooms. Pretty ridiculous.
Everything is over the top expensive here.

If you are looking for moments of relaxation and calm, you are in the right place! Very impressive environment, which makes you feel that you are "isolated", away from all the hustle and bustle of the city! You are in the middle of nowhere! Unique architecture, in all areas of the hotel! Upon entering, the reception area leaves you speechless ... The cleanliness is exemplary! The view from the rooms to the pools, the golf courses, the horse riding areas, the whole plain, and the mountain range in the background, is incredible! Magical moments of relaxation in the pools, enjoying the sun!! The staff was helpful, and ready to help with anything we needed. I can only point out one minus (for me) ... and this is a strange, intense, characteristic smell (not so good for my tastes), which was present mainly at the reception and in the corridors ... We came from Greece and had a nice time here! I advise you to visit this place.

This is a nice hotel. Salt and regular water pools, movie nights and boat rides and rentals. Very nice.

I've been there many times I like Wild Horse Pass great place to go if you care to gamble it's a great place to go if you are in that neck of the woods, it's a great place to go if you want to spend a weekend, you can get some great rates sometimes you can go on those websites that offer competitive rates, or you can even go on their own website and book a room sometimes even cheaper then the competitive priced hotel websites like Trevajo and the other ones . Amazingly if you go on the hotel Zone website you can get in even less expensive room I'm sure you are all seasoned Travelers and know how to do that ourselves. The last 10 years the travel agency has taken a big hit because we have all become smarter consumers and we all know how to use computers and we are all trying to get the best bang for our buck and why shouldn't we on our own computers?

Pretty resort. Location is very nice and you forget that your just outside of busy life. Including a casino and premium outlet mall.

I was there for a professional engagement. The hotel is lovely, and the service is great.

The customer service is 5 star. The guest rooms are clean and organized. The food was outstanding. I was here for a conference and the rooms and customer service was friendly and professional. The experience was wonderful. For a quick glance of Phoenix this is the place to stay. The gold coarse looks fun and challenging.

Like the overall experience. Parking is not close to the rooms at all, so lugging your stuff to the room is a pain. There is a limited amount of elevators, like one on each side of the building, so we ended up taking the stairs mostly. The pool is nice. Extra charge to have a refrigerator in the room, which most hotels I've stayed at include without an extra charge. Don't like the $25 resort fee. The shuttle is convenient when you are wanting to go between the hotel and the shuttle. Staff is not that friendly. I didn't meet one person that I felt was very nice, except our server at breakfast and the bartender at the pool. Breakfast buffet on Sunday was yummy!

The Ambiance was fantastic. The water features were very soothing. Overall it was a very relaxing experience, and the drinks in the bar were served graciously and was a fun time. The bartender/waitress was first-rate, a very pleasurable experience, fantastic ambiance with a waterfall in the lounge. the Personnel was very knowledgeable about the property and enthusiastic about all the services they provide. We will be going back there again and we are now planning a stay vacation because it's in our same city.

While this is a delayed review, I just couldn't pass up taking the time to share!! WOW, first off. What a great experience we had. My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary here on September 8th. This place holds a special place in our hearts as we got engaged here during the 4th of July firework show in 2017. We were sure we wanted to come back to celebrate 1 year.

We arrived and were greeted kindly by all staff. I had checked in on the app but we decided to swing by the front desk just to make sure we were good. The front desk woman (didn't grab her name!! ) was incredibly welcoming and sweet. I mentioned it was our anniversary and asked if we could be on a higher floor with views, without hesitation she switched our room to top floor with a view of the golf course rather than the parking lot like we initially had.

We got to our room and started to settle in. It was a Sunday afternoon, and my husband is a huge football fan. We went to put the Cardinals game on, but the channel would not come in. We called down to ask for someone to come take a look. A tech came up and spent about 30-40 minutes trying to fix. He determined he was unable to and offered to either switch the TV out or move us to a new room. For ease, we just decided to move. By this time it was close to 4:30 and we were really hoping to catch a quick swim before our dinner reservations.

I called down to the front desk and requested to move rooms. The woman who answered asked to place me on hold. About 2 minutes later the manager, Esdras, got on the line and apologized for the troubles. We chatted about our reason for the stay and he thought it was so special we were coming back to celebrate 1 year. He then told us that with the low occupancy, he wanted to upgrade our room to a 1 bedroom suite, no charge! It was wonderful!!!

We ate at Ko'Sin later that evening. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She asked if we were here for any special occasion and we shared. The food, atmosphere and staff were all amazing! At the end of the dinner, our server brought a beautiful dessert on the house with a cute chocolate banner that said "Happy Anniversary".

Overall we could not have had a better stay and anniversary! We will be guests for life here and absolutely recommend!! Thank you Sheraton Wild Horse Pass for making our anniversary one for the books!!

I stayed here for a fitness convention. This is an awesome place to stay. I loved the grounds and the views are breath taking. The people employed here were so lovely I did not want to leave. I am already planning a trip back and would choose this awesome

Being at this resort was like stepping inside a post card. The views were stunning. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. The coordination of our company event seemed well-planned and executed. I also was very pleased with the fitness center equipment and maintenance. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite hotels that I've ever been at. Massive compound with restaurant and bar, I think THREE large pools for the kids, and within walking distance of the golf courses and spa. Also super close to the casino and outlet mall (I think there are shuttles to those)

Only stayed here one night but we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool and there's a cool trail you can explore. Hotel itself is very clean

Nice and expansive pool area. Easy access from the freeway, but set back a mile or so away from the traffic. Sort of secluded, which was nice.

Nice place tucked away in the desert on the reservation. Lots of desert interaction and visualization.

We came for a charity event, and the service and food were excellent.
The bartenders were friendly and the servers were attentive and very professional.

This resort hosted 17 of us for a 4 day work retreat. From the time we arrived to the time we left, everything was perfect. From concierge to poolside service to rooms and grounds... cannot say enough about the friendly and accommodating staff. This resort clearly prides itself on perfection. Well done Sheraton.

for a real AZ desert feel for meetings, conference, events

The only down is the wifi. You have to pay to have it to your room or you have ti go down to the lobby to have 2h free.
