Like the overall experience. Parking is not close to the rooms at all, so lugging your stuff to the room is a pain. There is a limited amount of elevators, like one on each side of the building, so we ended up taking the stairs mostly. The pool is nice. Extra charge to have a refrigerator in the room, which most hotels I've stayed at include without an extra charge. Don't like the $25 resort fee. The shuttle is convenient when you are wanting to go between the hotel and the shuttle. Staff is not that friendly. I didn't meet one person that I felt was very nice, except our server at breakfast and the bartender at the pool. Breakfast buffet on Sunday was yummy!
