The staff are incredible. From the front desk to the gift shop cashier, everyone goes out of their was to assist you as one giant team. The facilities are well maintained and pretty modern. The receptionist gave me an upgrade to a king bed because she saw how tall I was. Free. And the room is super comfortable! The price (thanks to a half off discount) was great as well. Only complaint is no airport shuttle, which is why I gave a 4 ranking.
