While this is a delayed review, I just couldn't pass up taking the time to share!! WOW, first off. What a great experience we had. My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary here on September 8th. This place holds a special place in our hearts as we got engaged here during the 4th of July firework show in 2017. We were sure we wanted to come back to celebrate 1 year.

We arrived and were greeted kindly by all staff. I had checked in on the app but we decided to swing by the front desk just to make sure we were good. The front desk woman (didn't grab her name!! ) was incredibly welcoming and sweet. I mentioned it was our anniversary and asked if we could be on a higher floor with views, without hesitation she switched our room to top floor with a view of the golf course rather than the parking lot like we initially had.

We got to our room and started to settle in. It was a Sunday afternoon, and my husband is a huge football fan. We went to put the Cardinals game on, but the channel would not come in. We called down to ask for someone to come take a look. A tech came up and spent about 30-40 minutes trying to fix. He determined he was unable to and offered to either switch the TV out or move us to a new room. For ease, we just decided to move. By this time it was close to 4:30 and we were really hoping to catch a quick swim before our dinner reservations.

I called down to the front desk and requested to move rooms. The woman who answered asked to place me on hold. About 2 minutes later the manager, Esdras, got on the line and apologized for the troubles. We chatted about our reason for the stay and he thought it was so special we were coming back to celebrate 1 year. He then told us that with the low occupancy, he wanted to upgrade our room to a 1 bedroom suite, no charge! It was wonderful!!!

We ate at Ko'Sin later that evening. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She asked if we were here for any special occasion and we shared. The food, atmosphere and staff were all amazing! At the end of the dinner, our server brought a beautiful dessert on the house with a cute chocolate banner that said "Happy Anniversary".

Overall we could not have had a better stay and anniversary! We will be guests for life here and absolutely recommend!! Thank you Sheraton Wild Horse Pass for making our anniversary one for the books!!
