Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa Review

Great service, room service was splendid! Had a shuttle that will take you to and from the casino. Very tranquil calm environment and comfortable rooms

This was a fun Easter egg hunt. The Sheraton and it's employees did very well.

Nicely appointed rooms, great restaurants & beautiful grounds, but they did not honor the perks & bonus of the online package I purchased.

Good if you play golf or want to chill at the pool all day, however food and service is really bad. Location is tough with out a car...the "cultural activities" are well intended, but not well executed. You don't get a feel for why, how, history... just quick craft and done. Overall, it was great for my son (waterslide at the pool), but I expected more.

I attended the Night of Champions fundraiser for the Boys and Girl Clubs of America. The venue was Immaculate and the guest services were very polite and professional. I walked the grounds with my wife and was taken back by the beauty and serenity. I will definitely put the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass at the top of my list for both hosting professional events and vacation get away.

Wild Pass was amazing! The hotel was the best we ever stayed in. The rooms were so spacious. The hotel employees were so friendly, always with a smile, greeting you whenever you walked by. The beautiful pools were stocked with towels. They have a shuttle that takes you to the mall, casino, airport. Wild Pass couldn't be any more people oriented. The food was awesome, too! I can't say enough about our visit other than is was absolutely wonderful! Thank you Wild Pass

Gorgeous property, comfy beds, and accomodating staff. I stayed here for a conference, and the staff made it a great experience.

Great property with very friendly staff. It has a very desert native American decor, which is a nice welcome break from the generic decor of most hotels. There is a great spa and a nice walking/running trail outside. Would stay again!

I attended a yellow ribbon event here but didn't stay overnight. That said, the meeting area was spacious and clean. The food was good and the beverage bars were available throughout the day. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked, and pleasantly decorated. There are many meeting rooms and the grounds are nicely laid out and appear well kept.

Went for dinner at Kai, so can't comment on the rooms, but the staff is all very nice. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and makes you appreciate the beauty of the desert. Will definitely consider a night or two during summer for staycation type stuff when rates are a little lower.

I recently was at a business conference at the Sheraton at Wild Horse Pass. The service was excellent. The food for breakfast lunch and dinner was provided, and was excellent with no issues.

We attended an event here this weekend and it was a great experience. Everyone from the resort we encountered was very nice, helpful and professional. Our server in the ballroom, Dave, a 16 year veteran of the resort, was extraordinary. He was attentive, took great care of my special meal (which was made to match my request and was delicious) and was nothing short of the epitome of professionalism in his job. The resort was maintained well, everything was clean and well decorated. Although we didn't stay overnight, we had the opportunity to see one of the rooms and they were well designed and decorated - especially liked the flooring in the entrance and bathroom. Overall a great experience and thanks again to Dave who made our dining experience a real pleasure. Thank you!

Was a wonderful time at the resort it was me my wife and 3 kids once we book The Room when we went to check in they put us on the first floor closer to the pool for our kids convenience food was amazing they had lots of activities for our children along with the movie night that they put on so we could watch a movie from the pool so I would recommend it to anyone very clean professional

What a great resort for family or business functions. Outlet mall is minutes away. Food was amazing and the facilities throughout for any function were very Impressive.

The Sheraton Grand is just that. The resort is immaculate and there is so much to do. I was only there one evening on business but am considering bringing the family here on a vacation. There are two golf courses, an equestrian center, spa, and a great pool. I greatly recommend.

Amazing employees. Beautiful location. An oasis for sure! Above and beyond customer service at every turn. Very pleased with our stay. I can t wait to go back.

nice enough joint for a business meeting. no complaints except for packing the chairs in, all jammed together. it doesn't work for adults.maybe for 5th graders?!?!

Beautiful resort and spa. The people and service are tops. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Also, had room service twice and the food was hot and delicious when it arrived. Will return and recommend to out of town guests.

We made a family vacation out of a gymnastics meet at nearby facility and we were so happy we committed to this resort. The pools, activities for kids and dinning were all fabulous. We really liked our servers at the pool and at the restaurant too. Beautiful sunsets, Smores by the fire pit with delightful Native-American story telling and musician. We were pleased beyond all our expectations. Will go back for sure!!!

I will never come here again. Booked a king room, paid nonrefundable fee for king room, traveled all the way across the Country, check in and find 2 double beds. "Manager" says "Didnt you read the fine print? Room types are not guaranteed. We were sold out of king rooms." So, I asked why the website misrepresented a king room as an option." Manager tried to pass the buck to the booking site. Complete BS. Take your hard earned money somewhere where they won't bait and switch you. Borderline fraud.

Nice place, out of the way and quiet. Shuttle will take you to the Outlets or Casino (which isn't as sad as the typical non-Vegas casinos)

I didn't stay at this hotel, but enjoyed a conference hosted here. Building and landscaping is beautiful, well maintained, and super nice, hotel staff was great; I would definitely return here.

A beautiful, lovely venue!! Still....for the price I didn't get a mini fridge, and the room wasn't up to par. Nonetheless, the staff made up for that in miles. Super friendly and accomodating. I'd stay again

Polite and efficient staff that offer great service other than those of the Sheraton itself. The conference rooms are elegant and well equipped. The landscape and outdoor facilities are marvelous. The building itself is very wide, which might create a sense of distance between different places. The low height of the building might give a nice feeling of simplicity and freedom but it still cause some inconvenience...

It's a beautiful resort with great service. The beds are super comfortable. And go to Rudy's for really good bbq.

Nice quiet hotel with scenic desert views. Friendly staff. Doors close very loudly if not manually assisted. Kai is amazing! Ko' Sin very good as well.

All staff from front desk to house keeping to bartenders are super friendly and professional. My only gripe is my fridge in my room didn't work and the walls to the other rooms seem super thin. The decoration in the rooms seem a little outdated but still very nice and well put together. Softest towels ever may I also add! Drinks and breakfast seem a little pricey.

Lovely grounds but poorly designed layout with little direction

If you have to poop, you will be charged , if you need a ride, your screwed. Uber not available, they won't call a taxi, and you must use their car service. Whip out another hundred. Need to print documents? Good luck! First walk a few hundred meters , and don't forget your credit card to turn the computer on. Pay to access, than pay to print . Did you pre pay the room? Forget leaving this trap hole. We "can not reverse charges". By far, with over 30 years of world travel experience , the worst nickle and dime experience of my life. It is almost my purpose in life now to steer as many people away from this resort/hotel as possible.

We were at the FFA event last night. We were well taken care of and a big thank you to Sharlyn and Dave H (do not know last names) for all the service and attention to detail. We do appreciate being treated so special and will return again and again. I have to say Sharlyn always had such a smile and always willing to make you smile too. Side note..Sharlyn had me try the spring roll and yes! It really tastes like a cheeseburger..love love. Thank you for a fun night!

Gorgeous resort hidden away from the world out in the desert. Felt like a great escape from every day life.

I went to the hotel pool bar for drinks with family in June. It was closed, but we were able to get food and drinks from the lobby, and sat by the pool for the view. The staff was friendly and drinks were good. The food options were horrible and were expensive. Would not recommend for off season.

I attended a convention and it was difficult to find the conference center. Once I finally determined where to park, there weren't enough signs to point me in the right direction to my event. Although a nice venue, everything is too far apart. Additionally, the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. I was told by peers that lunch was served till 2 but a staff member said it had ended. There were supposed to be tables with water and coffee which were non existent until almost the end of the day. I've stayed at the hotel before and it's very nice so I won't mark them down too much especially since I'm not sure if the confusion with the lunch and beverages was due to the resort itself or due to the organization holding the conference.

No body new where companys booth was located. Walked around for 30 plus minutes

It is a great place. I just didn't give 5 stars because they fail in some minor details, like some minor issues in maintenance of some decoration items. Anyway, it is a really amazing place.

My wife and I were just here for a conference. This hotel meets all expectations of a resort of this caliber. The staff was amazing and attended to our every need in a timely manner. The only complaint I would have is that the pictures online don't do this place justice.

Nice resort about 20 mins outside of Phoenix. Service attentive - nice amenities. There's an odd, overly-solicituous-yet-passive-aggressive service vibe I can't quite place yet - but that's just my take and it's not a reason to avoid this place. Setting is very nice w lovely pool and gorgeous sunset.

Another great experience at the conference center this year.

We we're well taken care of from the start. We got a fantastic Starwood preferred guest room. For my wife's birthday they send us chips and salsa with Coronas in the room. Then came some chocolate cake. We spent a day in the aji spa. It was very relaxing. We also had a great breakfast buffet.

This is a great resort associated with the Wild Horse Pass Casino.

Nice hotel and property, great staff in all areas. The hotel is widely spread out, however, so expect to walk quite a bit.

Our company held it's national meeting here. This location was very clean. The staff was welcoming from the beginning and extremely attentive during my entire stay. Great job!
