Clean, comfortable and spacious guest rooms. Club floor is well equipped.

Comfortable bed, clean modern room, but overpriced and the breakfast was not very good.

I like the restaurant Olio here. Really great food and a nice place for dinner or lunch. Lots of options nearby in the airport strip but a great starting point.

Very handy to the Toronto airport , great for attending meetings and conventions.

The food during a conference I attended here was excellent and the staff were wonderful. My room was big and clean but besides that, I was disappointed with the facilities. For example, about half of the stalls in the conference-area washrooms didn't lock. And the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere (e.g. In the hallways outside the conference area, and the smell of cigarettes poured into my room through the ventilation system all night). I'm normally a fan of the Sheraton brand but felt disappointed this time.

We went there for a 2-days business retreat and it was great. Great food, great service.

Really enjoyed the stay here. From check in to check out, the service was excellent. Staff were very professional and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Good options were good. Although I wish they also catered towards the vegetarian and vegan dietary needs on the menu.

Rooms right next to the elevators are a nuisance, but if you are a deep sleeper, it shouldn't effect you much.

Overall, really liked the hotel and will certainly get back.

Stayed at the Sheraton for a conference at the Toronto Congress Centre. Rooms provided were cleanly and comfortable as any other hotel. Some minor plumbing issues in our room but all and all a comfortable stay

My truck was stolen from the parking lot and was used in 2 armed robberies.

Polite staff, comfortable environment, very quite rooms good sound proofing, bed was comfortable, close to restaurants and the airport

This hotel is overpriced. My experience with this hotel was not upto my expectations and it lacks alot and is not worth the premium price tag. I have been to a 2.5 - 3 star hotels that provided me with way way better service within the same area in this same week. I thought I was upgrading from a 3.5 stars and decided to pay double the price but little I knew that this hotel is no where near the price tag. The rooms lack basic supplies as small as water was tagged $3 no sink or microwave no basic bath supplies. Parking lot is empty but parking is very expensive even for guests $20 for overnight parking until 7am. $30 until 11am (checkout) Design and decoration is very basic and not a 4 stars. No complimentary breakfast or any kind of service even though they make me pay double cost of better hotels they still want you to pay for basics. My check in was also very unprofessional and wait time was terrible. Power kept going in and out and room was super cold and heater did not work. Overall I was very disappointed with this hotel don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent hotel confirming its 4 stars. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning however with good quality variety, paid separately.

Place was great. Attended a children's birthday party. Service staff were great and courteous.

This place is great. The shuttle was quick and safe. The check in was fast even though it was busy and the front desk staff were very friendly. I got a free upgrade to a suite as I am a platinum member. They were renovated and are very spacious and modern. The beds are really comfortable and the TV is huge in the living room. I also received a greeting card as I asked for a surprise in my comments section of my reservation. Staff signed it and I got a coupon for a free breakfast. That was a great touch and they make you feel appreciated here. I will be back

Excellent food for the event accommodations in the hotel and conference room

Was here for a large family gathering for an anniversary. The food was outstanding, the space was beautiful, and the staff was so welcoming to our party (which included several kids). Highly recommended for a large gathering like this!

We booked a day use room but were not provided one until lyre in the day. Staff wasn t very friendly and did not help us beside us having a small baby. Not worthy booking a short stay. Not coming back.

Food was pretty good but the chairs in the meeting room weren't great.

Attended an event located partly within the Sheraton; the lobby and event areas were clean, cool, and well-kept. Friends attending the same event who stayed at the Sheraton had an unpleasant experience with a room mix-up (booked several months in advance and were promised a two bed room, but upon arrival were told they had been given a one bed room and no foldout beds were available). The issue was ultimately resolved as the staff were able to find them a foldout bed to use.

Exhaust fan not working. Air conditioner did not cool the room... may be set to predetermined limits.

We went for lunch and we were the only people sitting and being served. My chicken sandwich had so much grease.

Really nice hotel, try to stay on the club level you get access to the lounge. Staff are nice and very friendly. Room was very big, clean and the bed was very comfy, can see the airport from the room.

Conference with lunch, very tasty food and the roo was sufficient fir our needs. Didn't feel cramped, even though all seats were in used

It was nice enough. Work functions can really be only so fancy, so yeah...

Conference areas were good. Food was great. Rooms. So super comfortable. Only negative was the planes flying over could be heard in the rooms.

The dirty and neglected entrance. You lack attention

Fantastic. Great value for money. Second stay for work conference and it was as great as the first. Simone in check in is the best. Easy to talk to and very warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the over all ambiance was great. Would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

We only needed a hotel for the one night as it was just a weekend visit to Toronto. The check in was fast and easy. The rooms were huge, and the bed was incredible. My wife even filled out the breakfast card so in the morning we had breakfast waiting for us. And the hash browns were incredible. The only regret we had was the fact that we did not have enough time to try out the pool.

Overall stay was good, I was allowed to check in earlier than since my flight was early. Check in was relatively good as there was a trainee but very courteous. Room was standard with 2 queen beds. Large TV which was appreciated although was not working well the second night. Lounge is very with decent selection of food and beverages. Footprint was relatively small. Check out was fast less than 5 minutes.

Very nice place. Easy to navigate and lots of cold water everywhere. The shuttle buses they had were high quality as well for the convention I was attending.

Great, large rooms, good food from room service and very friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, but you will hear the planes take off and land since it is right by the Airport. Car parking and Wi-Fi is free.

I went to this hotel for a work event so I could not see the rooms. What I could see were the facilities of the halls and common areas. The areas are very well maintained in addition to modern. The service is friendly and the areas have a good size. The food has good seasoning and cooking. They are imported for special food requirements. If I would stay here.

Hotel is very easy to get to from major highways, great location & friendly staff. Very close to the airport, with lots of planes coming and going all day - not too noisy however.

The Sheraton is a fine hotel and the staff should be commended for withstanding the onslaught of Furries they got this weekend.
