Rooms are really nice, but no breakfast or any other services provided unless your a gold or platinum member of their stupid club which is a major negative

An excellent Sheraton, average rooms, but the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, and the staff amazing.

Nice room, basic but everything you need. Minutes from the domestic gates. We stayed in the quiet part which very nice for a early flight! The front desk staff were very efficient and polite.

Presentation in the Collingwood. Good lighting. Good room temperature.

We had an early motning flight and so stayef one night. The locayion is excelent, a short walk to the inter-terminal transportation. Frre luggage carts available. Our room was everything you'd expect - clean, well appointed and with big comfortable beds.

The Envirnoment of the Hotel was amazing. The amenities were good as well.

A pipe in front of the hotel had problems, causing the water to be brown and disgusting . It was freezing cold in the room and there was no heat, only a/c so we had to request a small and not very effective heater. Water in the shower would not turn hot or even warm and the elevator was broken so we had to use the service elevator which was kinda scary and hard to find. Also the shuttle to the airport was not very frequent. Wifi was very slow, if working at all.

This is not the Sheraton Gateway Hotel that is actually walk in distance direct from the airport terminal. You'll need a 5 minute taxi ride at least especially with bags, I booked this hotel accidentally. It's also too far from the airport UP express so complicated to get downtown for sightseeing if that's what you want. Nice restaurant with good food and bar and plenty of conference rooms. Don't book an inclusive breakfast online unless you want a fast checkout because the "continental" breakfast, which is served in special lounges upstairs, is a little spartan (it has fruit, berries and cold salmon) and overpriced and certainly inferior to the buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. I didn't find a room services guide in my room and was left wandering about breakfast times and how to even use the phone to find out but apart from that the rooms are excellent and beds super comfortable (which usually you need when traveling). It's a neat, clean Hotel of Sheraton standard but pricey. They stretched my checkout times a little so that I didn't have to be left floundering around the airport, something that should be normal for a "airport" hotel. I'm a little disappointed because it felt overpriced but that may be because I booked on line only 27 hours in advance by an online agency. You can trust these people.

I reserved two rooms. I paid more dollars than if I go to Comfort Inn. After checking in I am disappointed. The rooms are OK but exterior decorations are outdated. They require you to pay 20 dollars each night for the parking. Ridiculous! The guest service guys are not helpful. They will find excuse and pass you to the third party -- Expedia, when you ask to claify the clause about the parking fees. Not helpful.

I went for a catered dinner conference. My company conference was great, their dinner was not. Food was cold, not served efficient (buffet was always empty), and servers were not attentive at clean up. I say 3 because it was clean, up kept, and spacious but the food service was terrible.

Good ambience and great service. Employees are friendly. Parking is not a problem however either paid or arranged if booked a banquet hall

Amazing hotel with great amenities ... the view of the aircrafts flying overhead was breathtaking! The rooms were spotless and were equipped with everything needed! Location is great. Right by the airport a d central to our destination to visit friends and Albion Hills Conservation Area. The kids love pool where they can watch the planes going over the pool.

My husband and I got married October 29, 2016. We booked a room right after our reception and to our surprise we had a congratulatory card signed by the staff and chocolate covered strawberries in the room. This was a kind gesture by the friendly staff at Sheraton. We couldnt have been more pleased. The room was just perfect. And a perfect end to our wedding night. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay near the airport. They have a wonderful lounge area/ restaurant and more important a friendly staff.
Cheers to all of you and we will definitely book again soon.

Best sheraton experience we have had! These staff made our time there so easy and service was well above! Rooms were well sound proofed as planes flew overhead constantly, but we slept soundly!

I did not go into the hotel or stayed there. I was in the convention hall. That is all i can say about the hotel.

Stayed at the Sheraton for one night because I had a conference on site. Rooms are very comfortable, yes you can hear planes flying overhead but you are right next to the airport after all. Conference rooms are comfortable and the food was good. I would go back next time I have to stay overnight in Toronto for an early morning flight.

Met my girlfriend here. I mean...i knew her before...we didnt MEET here for the first time. She isnt a prostitute. We just met here before going somewhere else....

Came for a conference, the conference room was very cold everyone was complaining, and it was not addressed. Service was not the greatest. I wouldnt want to come back to the same place

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The staff is friendly and truly treat you like a guest. The conference rooms are beautiful. The large room would make a lovely wedding venue. There is fresh fruit at the front desk. If you're looking for a place to hold a conference, I would highly recommend The Sheraton.

Clean room, close to the airport, provide shuttle service, plenty of parking.

Excellent attention from reception, room service and maids. I cannot say the same about the waitresses at breakfast, they have to improve the treatment of customers, thanks to them they are there.

Tried to use my CAA discount after check on and wasn't allowed

This place was good. Great room services by great staff. Everything was well organised. Staff were courteous. WiFi was available. Room was beautiful with perfect lighting.

Nice hotel overall close to Pearson and 401. Good club lounge. Excellent service. However $24 guest parking charge is ridiculous.

Ok I have to update my review, I ranked it pretty low last time, I stayed 3 nights this time (business) and the staff and the amenities were actually pretty good.

Very nice hotel! Clean and spacious room and lobby. Friendly staff. The restaurant at bottom named Olivia also is good. They have a good Indian dish for dinner - Butter Chicken, Nan and rice.

Stay there for 4 day conference every year. Willing to go back, no problems. Good facilities, rooms are comfortable, typical Sheraton quality. But typically Toronto, prices are on the high side. Staff is pleasant. Bonus is only short 20 minute ride to Piatto Bistro, Mississauga's #1 restaurant. With surrounding roads, getting anywhere is a breeze.


Jan 2018 Much improvement. Prompt check in, very friendly. Rates even dropped ! No little issues in room, good stay. Planes are every minute, but not that loud and you get used to them. Nice location because you get on freeways are you are close to everything.
Great place for conferences or seminars. They treat you like royalty. If you have any kind of problem (even if it was not their doing) they will go to the ends of the earth to help you out. Even if it means physically going to other hotels to try and find a delivery gone awry. They ensure you have everything you expect and then some.
