Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, friendly desk staff, very helpful bellman. Great place to stay. Add free continental breakfast and i would give another star lol

Terrible service. Over priced breakfast buffet with bad quality to follow. Creepy closed mall next door made everything feel really run down.

Very clean and enjoyable experience, roof top pool was nice and right next to the mall and everything you would need blocks away.

Decent, reasonably priced hotel with roof-top pool and jacuzzi, now in the middle of a major construction zone that reduced parking spots by 2/3, and made access a major inconvenience. Member lounge now requires front desk coupons to get breakfast - a weird and unfriendly practice. I realize this is not all of these issues are unfer management's control. As a guest, you have to weight the pro's as well as the con's, and these ones are not publicly listed.

I am the event planner for an Organization called Levesoval. We had the pleasure of hosting our second annual gala at the Sheraton, the service I got from Kristen who is the manager of events and her staff left me speechless. She worked with and was so patient with all the back forth. The gala was a success all because of their wonderful service. From the bar tender to all the servers I really can't find words to describe them. We are definitely considering hosting the 3rd one there next year. Thank you everyone who that night each one of you were amazing.
Some of our supporters were from out of town and decided to stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and the lay out is very nice. Although the hotel was under construction, however it didn't bother us because we enjoyed the free valet parking. Overall awesome job guys.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Booked a room directly through Sheraton and when my flight was cancelled due to weather this hotel refused to help me. I kept being placed in the managers voicemail and after leaving three voicemails three separate days I called corporate. I was told I would have a refund and my reservation was cancelled but never received anything. After calling again I was told that my refund was not coming and they had no record of me ever calling. Still struggling with the ongoing battle with this hotel and even when I document cancellation numbers and people who I spoke with they refuse to admit they are in the wrong.

The suite is very nice, roomy and comfortable. The room is also very clean which is vital due to COVID19.

Okay place. Lots of construction next door during my stay. Nice staff. Basic business centre.

It's ok, the room is a good size, but the sheets were like paper and the blankets weighed about 100 pounds. Uncomfortable night for sure.

I live in this town and close to this hotel. And I like to walk a lot and explore. So in the time that I could I saw this. On the top floor of these hotel, there is a gym. A sauna and bathrooms. A pool and a hot tub outside. Lots of chair and tables to sit on and a wonderful view only accessible to the room key holder..
They used to have the top floor open to anyone. You could get in the elevator and go to the pool area on top and see the view which is unlike anywhere else! Now you need a roomkey to access the top floor.. which is incredibly disappointing. I loved this place for that. Now locals can't even get to the top floor anymore which is rude. I guess. its not my hotel but if it was I would have it open for all to see. The sight there is like a diamond in the rough. You see the church across the street, you can see way down the road on university blvd. Even the Everglades look effing amazing sunrises and sunsets and the night time life was a sight to behold. Just thinking about it makes me smile. But now I can't even get there anymore. This hotel used to be connected to a mall which I never went into because it closed down. Now they are demolishing it and there's a lot of working and painting going on. The hotel has a office computer area right next to the bar on the 1sr floor. There is a fountain out side the bar area. It is pretty. And you can see the fountain from the top floor pool. Although people smoke cigarettes in the fountain area often. It's still pretty to vibe there. Enjoy the many faces that visit the place.

Air conditioner system was quite, water hot in what looked like a brand new bathroom. There was a pleasant smell of clean in the whole hotel. The bed was firm, but the pillows flimsy. This hotel is doing construction, and they are doing a good job in keeping the dust under control. This is one hotel I will chaulk up as one of our favorites. There was no food due to construction.

The Sheraton Suites in Plantation can be a little tricky to find but if you follow your GPS you won't miss it. There is free parking available which is always a plus, and I came in on a Friday afternoon with a large group for a private event within one of the rooms and was pleased with the all around service provided to our large party. The food served consisted of garlic bread, salad with caesar dressing, meatballs, and pasta. Honestly usually don't get too excited about food at these little hotel spots, but after having my plate I have to say I was surprisingly pleased. The desert provided was also incredible would go back just to have those brownies again!

Hotel it's nice, clean, staff friendly, room is clean, but the bed is horrible hard as a rock, the food in the hotel restaurant it's nothing special. The fitness center in nice...

Very nice customer service from the front desk to the maintenance staff, everyone was professional and friendly, room clean and no concerns especially during this COVID-19 times, I will come back again.

Clean and spacious hotel, perfect for families. Had no issues getting extra towels, pillows and blankets. The suite we stayed in had a bedroom with 2 double beds, a bathroom with a closet and separate toilet and shower, microwave, mini fridge and utility sink, a desk and a couch with a pullout bed. Doors allow the bedroom to be closed off from the living area. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel bar and restaurant are very nice. Common areas (pool, gym, sauna, club lounge) are well-maintained. It's clear the hotel was recently renovated. The only complaint is the world's worst elevators. Seriously waited up to 5 minutes for one of the 3 elevators servicing the 9 floors. Wouls give it 5 stars if this was resolved.

This hotel is always on point for me,from the front desk all the way to the clean well kept nicely done rooms.right now there's some construction going on there which shouldn't obstruct your stay,but I'm just letting you guys know.so I would recommend this hotel for a fun,restful,peaceful stay.

The hotel itself is great. The room I had was amazing. Some people complained about the noise, I didn't hear anything or have complaints. Others talked about parking, they have complementary valet parking! The employees at the desk as well as the driver in the shuttle was great. My only complaint was the glasses inside the room all had lipstick marks on them showing the lack of removing and cleaning. Otherwise Aaaaaafrigginmaaaaaazin *EDIT to response* YES! You are the hotel of choice for us in the area! No doubt about it! I didn't even get into the 8th floor breakfast and evening hor'dorves 5star! what was I thinking! A friggin glass? Use the plastic like we did or they will im sure take care of them

I would be remiss if I did not take the time to show my appreciation for Benny and Athena. After staying here for three nights, all I can say is thank you .. thank you. Athena has been there to answer and deal with any issue I may have had prior to going on our cruise. She is not only helpful, but patient as well. No matter how busy that front desk becomes.. she handles it with such ease. Thank you Athena!
Upon arriving after our cruise, Benny was also helpful in settling our rooming issue. It is ironic how as out of towners, finding this hotel was god send. It is clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff is amazing. I would stay another week if I could. Thank you for for service.

My room was very pretty and professional looking. It was also updated and clean. The staff here were also friendly and very accommodating. The gym is small, but good for a quick workout.

Liked the service staff and although the hotel needs a little touch up in the common areas such as elevators and the carpeting in the lobby the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

The suites are spacious and very well appointed. Sheraton beds are always comfortable. The regular bartenders, Paul and Adam are both very professional. Location might be an issue for some but I travel for work and it is centrally located. I try to stay there whenever I work in Broward county

Where to even start. After arriving at the airport 10pm we call for the shuttle, they said it will be there soon and describe what we should look for (they're description os completely off) we stand there for an hour before calling again around 11:15pm They say their guy drove by and will circle around again. We finally locate him and jump in as fast as we can around 11:30 After a 10 min ride to the hotel we go to check in and they say that were at the wrong hotel. This is 2 hours after landing in the middle of the night. They refuse to help us get to the correct hotel and want to just send us back to the airport, he writes down a number for us to call the next hotel for their shuttle and they say their shuttle is not longer operatingfor the night, he wont help us get a taxi and refuses to ask their shuttle to take us another 10 min to the correct Sheraton (there are 3 in the same area within 20 min) extremely frustrated we call 2 uber cars and make it. Once at the right hotel they were still not very helpful with getting checked in. We spent 400 on this trip and will definatly not be staying again.

The whole hotel was very nice and it wasn't crowded at all. The room was huge and had a lot of nice little touches, like a free bottle of water, and lots of towels, and lots of soaps. It had so many blankets on the bed I felt like a 7 layer taco dip. There were lots of slide doors and it made it feel like the room had 4 rooms. The pool on the roof was really nice but there were some empty alcohol bottles around (it was Saturday at midnight). It had a sauna and a handicap accessible jacuzzi. I also liked the express checkout.

Very spacious rooms with a wonderful layout. I would have enjoyed it more if not for the construction going on around the area. I would stay here again.

Back in March, pre-Covid19, my daughter was married in Plantation. We used Sheraton Suites Plantation for our home base and getting ready for the weekend. The staff was phenomenal! So kind and helpful! We have zero complaints about the housekeeping. It was a terrific experience start to finish! Thank you, keep up the good work!

Serious confusion upon initial arrival due to incompetent placement of road construction barriers. Had to ignore the signs and just aim for the hotel.

The hotel's restaurant was ordered to shut on 6/26/19 because of the amount of live roaches all over. Doubtful that those roaches didn't lay eggs and walk over to the rooms.

This hotel is currently going through renovations. Lots of construction around makes for a soar eye. In addition there have been several roaches in the room. When I first checked in I was tired and wanted to take a nap. When I got into bed I noticed a womans hair was all in the sheets and pillows. It seemed as if the sheets were not cleaned and the bed was just made up from the last person staying in this room. With such a big hotel you would also think they have more than one set of elevators. I have to literally walk around almost the entire length of the hotel to get to the elevator. With all the construction they are offering complimentary valet parking. Just don't leave anything of value in the car. I had at least $3 of quarters that have been taken. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the fact that someone is stealing. Thats just from my car. What about other guest.

This hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very big and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool is very nice!! Just FYI there's a demolition right next door, so construction can be loud

Do you like dated and depressing hotels? Fifty shades of brown and popcorn ceilings? If you're into that kind of stuff you'll love this place. The roof top pool is a plus and saves this place from a 1 or 2 star rating. Housekeeping does a great job as do the bartenders and wait staff. Front desk employees could cheer up a bit.

Mute than Good enough hotel to stay if you have business to do around the area. Rooms are quite big, and facilities are good too. Nothing fancy, but does what you need.
