This place is very old, not an antique beauty. The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Not to mention the view from my room is horrible... The room"s decor can only be described as prisionish in it's color scheme.. The restaurant in the hotel is not great. At breakfast I ordered an egg white omelet with cheese. It took more than 30 minutes to arrive and when it finally made it to the table it was more than half raw.. Not joking..Not sure how since it takes no more than a few minutes to cook an egg... If you enjoy a good cup of coffee like I do you will be disappointed with that as well..May as well be brown water..

One good comment.. The sheets were clean....
Would not recommend to anyone....

Place could be wonderful like the pictures. But the management has not kept it up. The rooms are really dirty, floors not vacuumed or mopped. The phone was so nasty and refrigerate not cleaned inside or outside. The people who spoke little English did not really know what they were doing. Felt kind of sorry for them, but it comman since on how to clean or help with a problem.

Attended a high school reunion at this hotel. Most of the food/music was brought it by outside vendors but the facilities/staff were ok. Probably wouldn't book an event there myself - most people left early to experience downtown Chandler.

I stayed in a Jr suite during my stay. The place has a resort fee for what you would assume is a place full of entertainment, however the shops were closed all the time. The poll was very nice, but the hot tub was too big and felt more like a large kids waiting pool. The room felt as though it was just a remodeled motel room. Not layed out well. The tv had very limited channels, you entered the room from an unsecured outside courtyard. The neighborhood around the hotel felt run down, over all I was not impressed.

The worst experience, towel smelled like cigarette smoke, lipstick stains on the paper cover of the glasses, poor next day cleaning, lack of room supplies, dirty dirty dirty, the list goes on and on. Location was the reason for they stay. We will not stay again.

Stayed one night so we could attend the Octoberfest. Hotel was kind enough to have room rate specials for those going to the fest. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Chandler. On our drive home my husband and I talked about how every person we dealt with while in Chandler were helpful, kind and friendly.

This place is a gem. The hotel has been here for quite a while and it shows. It would appear that they spend a lot of time keeping it up. The staff are too notch. It's in a great location and pet friendly too.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I only went somewhere when I had too. My room had two beds that were nice. The vibe in the room was good paint and color of objects (lamps , table, chairs) all were picked with the wall color in mind. It also overlooked a small putting tee. Happy maids and and other staff

We came to this hotel for our anniversary based on reviews, unfortunately. The room smelled like dog pee and cigarettes, I soon figured out it was because a dog had peed on the bed skirt and it hadn't been washed. The bathroom floor looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. The shower does not drain almost at all and on the patio there were 3 dead cockroaches. The next morning my husband woke up with a grub worm on his suitcase, I chalked this up to us being on the first floor. Until the following morning when there is another larger grub worm on the bathroom floor, a baby wasp on the couch and a beetle on the desk (this was on our last day in the hotel). Thankfully, we have family in town so we didn't hang out in the room during the day and just slept here at night. We won't ever be staying here again.

Surprisingly run down. Pool area had unpainted, patched stucco around walls. Rooms had dingy bedding with the bottom sheet not even covering the worn mattress. Shower had dirt/mold in cracks. The breakfast cafe was so poorly managed that we couldn't find a waitress to serve us. Pretty disappointing.

Yikes! Beware of creepy crawlies! I only made it a couple hours and was moved to another room and it was even worse. If your going to stay there don't turn the lights off..... I travel a lot (125+ nights a year) for work and stay at IHG properties exclusively. Hopefully they post the pictures that I have attached. I almost abandoned my luggage and everything but I ended up taking everything out in the parking lot and shook it all out before I left. I am sure IHG or the health department does not approve.

Unprofessional to the point of full on bullying. They deceive guests out of money and turn to insults when guest point out mistakes in their contracts. There are many more quality choices but Crowne Plaza Hotels is not one of them. They are cheats and liars.

I was there for a senior year prom. The venue was nice but the dance floor they provided was mutch too small. They provided water and cups which were always full and re stocked which was awesome. Would recommend again!

The room i stayed in was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfy and warm with large pillows. My friend also had a wedding there and the ballroom was big and beautiful. I highly recommend it as a venue for any event.

Our go-to favorite hotel in this area. Always stay ground level with our small dog. Hotel staff very helpful; rooms always clean and nice; walking distance to everything; lots of ambiance; love the history and architecture. Stayed 1x in 2019 and again in 2020 already. Recommend it to everyone who wants to base their AZ vacation out of Chandler. The hotel is centrally located, & convenient to drive to lots of AZ attractions and areas. A solid 4 star and pushing a 5 star because it is well priced with lots of ambiance. Great bar and outdoor dining area. They are continually making improvements, but this did not detract at all from our stays at any time.

Venue is very South West and excellent curb appeal...but the rooms very dated popcorn ceiling with cracks just for starters
Hotel rooms need a major redo to reach what should be Crowne Plaza high standards
Very pricey for what appears to be discount hotel/motel rooms

Updated and large room with a comfortable bed. We had a small problem with our original room and the staff had no problem switching us to a different room. If we are ever back in the area we'll stay here!

I was here on a business trip and the stay was very pleasant. The property had great amenities, the staff was very good, and overall an excellent stay. I would not mind coming back here. Jill Turski in particular was very helpful and always willing to help.

This hotel is VERY cute! I love the romantic/vintage style of the complex, especially the walk ways being filled with cats claw like bushes sprouting and consuming the outside walls. The customer service is pretty good too! The rooms are even a good size and set up nicely. I was very impressed.

This hotel refused to honor their own contract and fleeced my wedding party out of a ton of money. Additionally, this hotel has been mindblowingly rude and have caused major problems and stress to what should be the most wonderful day of a couple s life. Save yourself a lot of headaches and book yourself event somewhere else.

Overall nice stay. Enjoyable pool, close access to everything. Walking distance from lots of entertainment, lots of parking.
Continued issues with television and remote. Showers are small and made smaller by the incorrect use of curved shower bar.

My experience wasn't a great one. We arrived at 930 PM and our room wasn't even ready. Which was a first for me especially that it was 930 at night. When I think of a RESORT I'm think of high standards. Our room did not have a mini fridge, a toaster and the coffee was a mini on the go coffee maker. Light bulbs were burnt out. The beds did not even have a comforter. Now they did give us free breakfast which is NOT INCLUDED in your nightly rate which we were never informed of. They were also hidden RESORT fees that they charge you when you check out. They wanted to charge us these fees and the resort was not up to par. Wall paper falling off in the bathroom, food left under the bed. Overall experience very very low. Maybe my standards are too high for a RESORT. All there was is a golf course maybe that's what is consider a resort.

Every aspect of my stay was amazing, except for one employee. After a long day of exploring Arizona with my grandchildren, I went to the bar to enjoy a few cocktails. The bartender, Lynna, would not stop talking and appeared to be on some type of stimulant. Her erratic behavior makes me think she appeared to be intaking meth or something of that sort. She randomly would tweak and I couldn t relax and enjoy my drinks. Otherwise everything was great and I enjoyed my stay.
