An absolutely beautiful resort. The pool is heated and the rooms are very large and spacious. Friendly staff. Their are cats roaming around aswell, so that's a plus. It's lovely, and I'm looking forward to going again!

Nicely modernized, still under construction but looks great in rooms. Comfortable and private.

The room was falling apart. Broken glass table. Broken closet mirror. The heater was so loud we couldn't sleep.

Location is good, a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are nice as well.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, reasonable price, and great location near lots of nice restaurants in Downtown Chandler.

Attended a work event. Great ambiance, food and very friendly staff. Very enjoyable!

Gave four stars because the price was great. Overall, hotel seemed a bit outdated and could use some updating in the rooms but was clean, nothing broken, beds were very comfortable and pleasant staff.

Nice report, amenities were readily available (workout room, swimming pool, hot tub, etc). Location allows for night life to be easily accessible. Only complaint was a cricket chirping through the air vent - it was very bizarre. Annoying, but nothing worth complaining about.

My husband travels for work and being originally from Chandler, chooses to stay here when he has a chance. When we where there this month, we forgot some jackets in our room at the time of checkout. My husband called the front desk and was told that nothing was turned in from housekeeping. The front desk did double check with housekeeping and called my husband and stated again,that our jackets were not turned in by housekeeping Needless to say, this was quite disappointing and we will not be staying here again.

Nice but old school. They have put some money in it. It's in a prime location in downtown chandler. Also Arizonas oldest golf course. Lot of history here. Close to a ton of great restaurants and bars

Attended a work event. Service was good and staff were professional.

The grounds are nice, it is walking distance to downtown where the shops and eateries are. I loved staying there, we'll be back. It is loud next to the event room and front desk should have told us that they had an event going on.

Have been staying here for many years. This is the only hotel in downtown Chandler and with the more recent room renovations, it is a nice place to stay. Staff have always been very friendly.

Just checked in today- wish we could get a refund and go elsewhere. The room isn t very nice or clean. The beds are subpar and have a very thin comforter. I really was hoping it would be nice, but I ve stayed at Fairfield Inns that were nicer. Won t be staying again. I think it was nice at one point, but seems very run down and old.

Beautiful setting in the heart of downtown Chandler

Seemed very outdated and dirty and we found bugs in our room on a daily. Everywhere we went smelt SO bad.... don t recommend.

Stay and Play at San Marcos golf course was a good deal.

Facility here is great and the complimentary breakfast (work travel booking got this) was a nice touch before heading to a round of golf.

I honestly don't think my room was really Non-Smoking as it smelled like an ash tray and I woke up very congested.

Otherwise good place and a great deal for golf next door.

It was a beautiful evening with professional staff.

The facility was clean and had good sound and video equipment for the presenters.

Great spot, clean comfortable rooms, friendly service, nice pool.

This place used to be such an amazing property. I have stayed here for 10 years consecutivelyevery August. This year the elevator bottomed out on us and we fell from the 3rd floor to the 1st. Gladly no one was injured. After that we booked with Home 2 Suites. Pool side food shack hasn't operated since 2008 and no one comes to take orders pool side any longer. Starbucks gone. Please fix this place.

Quite hotel with rooms in several separate buildings. The buildings seem a little old but the grounds are kept very clean. If you are in the farthest building from the lobby, you have to walk a ways to get to the facilities (restaurant, lobby, gym, etc.)

Pros: The offer guests drink tickets upon check-in; free bottled water; free wireless internet; friendly staff (but when we checked in there was only one person at the desk so had to wait a while); Keurig coffeemaker in each room; fridge in each room; good-sized rooms; all rooms have a patio and patio furniture; desk; plenty of free parking; many restaurants nearby and one at the hotel location; grounds very well-kept

Cons: Rooms are a little dim from insufficient lighting

The rooms are reasonable the property is laid out nicely it is not a golf resort type hotel that you would expect but it is clean the pool is nice and they have food for breakfast lunch and dinner, dinner restaurant and the grounds are well taken care of . the place is a bit dated, Worth the money for staying in downtown Chandler all of the night life and things to do are within walking distance including very good restaurants and night clubs

Not my first time spending a night here and I can say they are the best when it comes to neatness and quality services.I would recommend this place to any guest

Nice place overall, the hotel lobby is really nice and filled with happy and friendly staff who work hard for a pleasant experience for us. The grounds are very clean with a beautiful tropical look. Rooms are very nice with all the amenities that you may need. This is a resort style hotel, fully loaded and very Beautiful. However their cable service is the absolute worst I've seen with basic channels and loss signals. I watched blank screens and boring TV cutting off periodically, so sad for a hotel of this luxury. Would of got 5 Stars if not for this problem. And beware of hidden resort fees

Bit of a disappointment. Rooms okay, member of the family was injured because of a safety issue, which a member of management acknowledged had been an issue for several weeks. Staff provided immediate and responsive help, which was appreciated, and no complaints about room and service. But would think definitely twice about visiting the place again.

Ok place. Nice pool and hot tub, very big. Hotel rooms were decent, beds were uncomfy though. The bathroom could use some work. There were small things in this hotel that showed it's age but fixed up nicely. It was walking distance to downtown with a nice variety of restaurants.

CPA Senior Dinner was held in the ballroom. What a beautiful facility!

Decent accommodations. Nicely air conditioned, which is a huge plus for summer time in Arizona
