Brilliant hotel. Free shuttle for guests to the centre of Rome too, saved a fortune in taxis! Pool was nice and the food was brilliant, always good service despite the language barrier.

Comfortable parking, a little room or perhaps the event was more successful than expected?

Location not very happy, dated structure, TV does not work in the room, pastries are not fresh at breakfast. It is a 4 stars, but ....

Great hotel but the location is not so good because it is situated 10 km from the city centre and the metro station is 1 km away wich is not a lot but the street is not too safe for pedestrians.
Take a taxi to Magliana station and than metro to whereever you want to go. It is the fastest, safest and the cheapest way.
After 22:00 PM there is no metro line, only MB night bus.

Service and courtesy in the media .. prices a little high

The hotel is really a nice hotel compared to European hotels. The pool is big and handy, breakfast is good. Shuttle service to the city center. Gym available. Rooms are available to use on the amenity kit.

Taking part in a work event I must say that despite the years the structure is always of a high standard, well maintained and comfortable. the spaces are well studied. easy to park at nearby hotels without paying parking. in short, a beautiful structure where events can be organized

At 4 AM I woke up that someone tries to get to my room. I called reception for security. Two man were making loud noises in the hallway, falling and trying g to get up, cursing. 10 minutes later they were still there and I called again, they said someone is coming. Later someone got into the room next to mine and vomited several times and made loud noises. Security never checked on me and reception did not call to inform me or check if I am OK. I was awake until 6 AM. I travel for business frequently to every continent, things happen but I was never scared before this night because the lack of help when I call in an emergency.

Friendly and helpful check-in staff but I called (the hotel) 3 times by phone between midnight and 1 x to find a taxi to take me back to the hotel and no one answered.

Guest for a professional event. 2 large conference rooms. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Note that the tree is a little dated

The room was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work. They did send a technician to fix it, but it didn't really help. They do not have regular pool hours and only open it if they think it's a nice day. So, if you're paying the extra money to make sure you have a hotel with a pool, then this is not the hotel for you. I do not recommend the restaurant. Although they do serve gluten-free food, it is very expensive and just doesn't taste good. There are many cafes to be found in the city that are 1/4 the price and 10 times the quality. The hotel advertises that you can receive a voucher for 5 euro off food and beverage if you don't get clean linens everyday, which we attempted to utilize only to find out the voucher can't be used. The hotel advertises free parking and they have it, for 15-20 cars. If you aren't lucky enough to find a free spot, you can always just pay for it. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience. The hotel is adequate and the room was clean. I probably wouldn't stay with them again because it was a bit too pricey for what you really get,

I stayed one night on the occasion of a corporate event, with unfortunately disappointed good expectations. Wifi not working and in addition paid in the rooms, a little dated furniture, poor lighting ,. From a large structure like this I would also have expected the supply of additional services compared to the standard ones, basic wellness services, or simply candies at the desk, small appreciated devices that make the difference for those who often stay away from home for work

very poor experience ,the front desk service is very poor ,on my checkout day ,someone female open my room without my permission ,even there is pls dont distrub sign outside the door, the good thing is im not naked at that moment.after 18 working days until today,my reward account didnt receive my points and stays yet which make me need write a email to SPG service center to check it.will not recommand this hotel

Staff not very helpful, tv and wifi for a fee and no breakfast included in the price which is now standard everywhere especially in hotels of a certain level. At check out I was charged for a dinner which I have never taken. I will certainly not return.

A click away from the city center. But there is a shuttle at the hotel. It takes you to a point that is not too close to the city center, but you can get to the city center in 5 - 10 minutes by taxi. You can also walk to Vatikana for 25-30 min. The metro is also available, but the metro is currently being refurbished at 3 points in the center, so taxi use is compulsory. The hotel is not very new but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, I can say.

I was there for a fair, I didn't sleep, the exhibition part is clean the buffet and good

Place a little far from the center.no movie channels on tv . No kids channel also.the shuttle bus dirvers not all nice. Buffet is not rich but good quality. No shops near .you have to take taxi.min. 10

Slightly unkempt exteriors but the interiors and rooms make up for it

a super-structure such as the Sheraton, for the Security Summit, it expected a REFRIGERATED exhibitor space as everything else.

Its very nice Hotel. If you like you can walk to the metro, or park nearby. Breakfast was decent, but they charge for omelettes FYI. I have been there a few times now, no complaints (so far)
5 stars when they get an airport Shuttle, Sheraton can Afford it!

Excellent location, ideal for business meetings. It is very close to Fiumicino airport and to the main companies in Rome. International environment and well cared for. It also has many rooms equipped for events.

The modern, very well-maintained property is located at EUR and offers a shuttle service by metro

Great hotel, operating each service. A few steps from the Euroma shopping center where you can eat at discounted rates.

Complicated because of the location of this hotel compared to the city center and the capacity of the shuttle (12 people for a hotel of 600 rooms). Moreover, she leaves only every hour and a half. If you take taxis, you have to budget for it. Hotel aging and overlooking a fast track .... the picture is misleading. Cost prohibitive bar (14 mojito) and poor quality of the restaurant. In short, I do not advise.

My hotel room is a relic of the past

A design straight out of the cold war, that looks like it has not been renovated for years.

Everything has damage: lamp shades have water damage, desk and closet is chipped, power plugs don't work.

AC is ineffective at best and not working at worst

WiFi connection is weak

In the halls the carpets is coming up, and the walls are badly marked

Staff attitude and professionalism is below par for a Sheraton branded hotel

For the crazy price they charge one expects top quality ... But instead you get something that you should not pay more than 50eur per night, and even then I would never recommend you stay here

Great hotel near the Eur. Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms with every comfort. It features a beautiful outdoor pool and excellent restaurant. When you book I recommend that you ask for a club room which entitles you to access to the Club Lounge where you can have breakfast or an aperitif in the evening. The possibility of paying the bill directly in the club lounge is also very useful, avoiding possible queues at the reception.

Positive experience as it has been customary for some years now. Fabulous cuisine. Absolutely recommended. Unfortunately I have never been able to take a bath in the pool but only admire it.

NO , communication skills, different staff gave different information and in some cases no information at all!! ... the male staff were rude and abrupt.. the pool was closed.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great hotel in Rome's EUR neighborhood, perhaps starting to show its age but it is under renovation.

I was a guest of an event and I had the unhappy idea of having a coffee .. result: 7.00 euros two shameful coffees ...

Aging hotel. Broken mirror in bathroom, mold & rotting baseboards in bathroom. AC was good but ours broke they did however fix it right away. The conference food was horrible. We were stuck at this hotel (which is not close to anything) due to the Delta disaster so no other choices for food. The front staff was not always helpful and the pool is about 50 degrees. Definitely find another place to stay in Rome!

This hotel, frequented by commercial airline flight crews, is situated midway between Rome City Center and Leonardo da Vinci @ Fiumicino airport. It's walking distance to the Ex Fiera di Roma events venue. Service here is very professional but still friendly. WiFi is free for guests and complimentary breakfast buffet is provided. There's a nice rooftop terrace concierge or club lounge offering free drinks and appetizers. This place has just about anything a business traveler could need.

I had already been to this hotel and I found the rooms very neglected the window did not open the wallpaper ruined and the bathroom handle remained in my hand!
Need for maintenance

Room old and partly worn, small bathroom, but at least clean. 4 stars are not mmn. Location unfortunately not central, footpaths to the hotel over confusing country roads. Nice outdoor area, partly renovated. I hope the rooms will follow soon ...

Classic Sheraton depersonalized, but always tasteful.

Hotel convenient for people like me who work in the EUR area. Large, clean rooms and helpful staff.

I do not recommend. Rooms are in terrible state. This place needs a refurbishment!

Rooms with antique furnishings. Decadent walls. It smells like smoke in the room. Lack of minifridge.

Just a normal Sheraton conference center. It is outside the city of Rome but at the end it turned out that it was perfectly located - between Rome city center and Ostia Antica. For a weekend it is very ok. The rooms are quite old and need a refurbishment. You can walk to local train station of "EUR Magliana" for about 15 min when leaving the hotel at the south side. I would not recommend to walk this way at the hours of darkness.

The hotel is ok. The standard of the rooms and service are also impeccable. As for 4 stars, only disposable cups in the room are surprising. At room prices, sun loungers by the pool could be included. There are enough of them for those using the pool. After visiting Rome, such a pool is a relief. Access to the metro station terrible. Dirty and dangerous.
