Lovely hotel and really helpful staff.. pool is lovely and not too crowded so great to just chill for the day. Food is lovely also. Only downside is I didn't realise how far out the centre the hotel is and so have to get the hotel shuttle bus which is 10 a day. Otherwise lovely place

This is one of the largest five-star hotels in Rome near the airport. The buffet restaurant in the lobby is a wide variety and delicious.

Something outdated. It admits big conventions. Breakfast with real orange juice ... how difficult it is to find it. The WiFi a chestnut.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and my wife and I had good service at the front desk and from the bar. A fabulous breakfast each morning at our leisure was included with our stay. We enjoyed walking the path the circles the perimeter of the property. We had to travel a few miles for the nearest market, and we were gouged for the cost of internet in our room-- we consider the grossly over-priced and restricted access to the internet a significant flaw in value of our stay.

Quite OK for a short stay / business trip. A little too far off the beaten path for a city trip. Rooms are OK.

Apart from the expensive and low quality restaurant

I would not recommend this hotel, dirt and dust in room, woke up one morning to no toilet tissue in bathroom, and no water, in the restaurant the food was lovely, tasted delicious, but very expensive, the swimming pool was great, one of the best things there, friendly staff, the whole place smelt of sewage the whole week, and don't expect to get a cup of tea in the morning before 9am, or pay 30 euros for a buffet breakfast, lovely gym but no air conditioning. A build up of dirt in corner of bathroom floor, stains on towels, 19 euros for 2 glasses of wine over priced.

The price is quite high, and services as parking are over your expenditure expectation, but another does this service even if is in the park of the hotel

Slow in the ceck in, I waited 30 minutes in front of the operator. Old rooms, no bathrobe, no toothbrush and toothpaste, disappointing

There was some problem in the booking, unfortunately the staff is not very aligned on the discounts, promotions and reservations for which, on my arrival, they demanded payment for entry into the pool which was already paid and included with the booking. Problem solved in 30 min. All in all a good experience.

It is in the Magliana district in a very dirty street. I stayed in a double room where in the bathroom there was only 1 specimen of shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast is horrible with stale bread, only two types of jam, no wholemeal bread and an undrinkable coffee. Dinner was not very good and very expensive, with not too kind staff.

Hotel chosen for business needs, wide availability of rooms, but the structure a little 'too dated, especially the rooms of the first 2 floors, smelly carpet ...

Typical Sheraton. One has the impression one is in the USA and not in Rome.
It is not the latest and on my floor it smelled of fecal matter.

Only a part of the hotel is renovated, many of my colleagues had much older rooms and were not satisfied. The transport links to the city center is possible by train, but you have to go to a non-asphalted way, which is not suitable to travel with luggage.

We had a night here paid by the airline for a plane problem but we were given a very uncomfortable and very noisy chambre. Even the bathroom had a problem, fortunately it was free and we only spent one night there

Excellent structure, well organized for mini fair events

Hotel bottom. One of the worst hotels I've slept in. Everything hackneyed, badly bitten by the tooth of time, dirty, very dirty. The windows are barely transparent. A very high price that is not adequate for quality at all. Food mediocre for Rome, could be better.

I have known this structure for more than 10 years, as on many occasions I have happened to organize events in their rooms. It is a very well organized structure and it is always pleasant to visit. Highly recommended for professional events or a private dinner.

The Sheraton Roma is large and clean with all the services that you could need on the other hand there is no tea and coffee in the room the restaurant is expensive with slow service and access to the town center is limited.

Not so close to the city center but you can get to the metro station by a 10 minute walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The service was terrible, Food absolutely disgusting and very expensive. We understand that when you're a tourist prices go up, but in return we expect the best service and food which failed.They have a beautiful pool but even as a guest you need to pay for the sunbeds. The cleaning lady has thrown away our stuff three times but we let it slide. It is a very nice looking hotel overal but next time we visit we will not go back to The Sheraton Hotel.

Nice SPG property, a little far from the city center. Connectivity via metro is only good if you are coming to the hotel, not while leaving. Hotel also charges for using shuttle service. Amazing pool and good gym

I had blood orange juice for breakfast (it was also full of flesh) and I was very satisfied with that. There are no supermarkets near the hotel.

Old equipment, poor hygiene, poor sound insulation, restaurant waste.

Not worth EUR 150 per night. I spent 3 days/2 nights for a conference here, and I was pretty disappointed. Nothing really bad, but quite below normal Sheraton standards.

The meal was good and the room was very comfortable.

I came here from Turkey. I was so excited when I learned will stay in Sheraton. But when came here said Here isn t Sheraton,it s a normal hotel bathrooms are so dirty. Carpets are too. We add a bed to our room. But this is broken.You can t find my reservaition. Because we came here with a group (FARMASI) You can find my parents name in reservation. Just find my surname.

It seems incredible that four stars are given to a hotel that has not been reformed for at least 20 years

Very warm room, competes with everything, clean very comfortable

Hotel eighties, a bit old, the reception, the restaurant and the common areas are quite good, not the rooms that are good size but are outdated and need an update for at least about 15 years. Despite being close to a subway station (10-15 minutes walking), reaching it is a crossing, either because there is practically no pedestrian route through which to travel or by the women of easy life that surround the park You have to cross on the road.
The best of all the buffet breakfast.

Hotel that needs renovation of the rooms, they are not 4-star. I was there for work, the room on the first floor.

Good hotel, realy helpful Multilingual staff. Loaction abit off putting but no real drama. Local taxis on site or a 15 minute walk to train station or local town with good architecture

The hotel is nice, cozy, very large. Surely no costs for all budgets, but you put into account when choosing this type of structure. The outdoor area is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, although not particularly new, especially the bathrooms. Beautiful the Club area on the sixth floor. Overall I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

A Perfect, upscale business hotel also suitable as your home while in rome for holiday, metro station within walking distance, quiet location. For the same price you spent in a bad Termini's 3 stars hotel you have the possibility to sleep in one of the best SHERATON all over the world

Rooms at this hotel was nice and clean. The location is outside of room, near the highway, so nothing really around.

Good location for work meetings. The seats were pretty much unconfortable and the catering service was bad in one occasion and good into the other.

Location beautiful, service good but not wonderful. Food is good but not exceptional.

Hotel located in Rome EUR area. Spacious entry and well-equipped conference room. I was the organizer of a presentation event for my company and the service was excellent. The only flaws: the lack of assistance from the hotel due to our technical problem, and the very small parking. In summary highly recommended

I was in this hotel for a job interview for Trenitalia. The room was very clean, the reception staff was very kind, the parking lot covered a little bit expensive but there can be. Great!!!

Sheraton, just the word! and then terrace for Platinum customers for breakfast. In this regard, however, the colazine better get inside the room, because it is much more rich and varied.
