Building and a nice modern building the location is excellent and very good access. Lobby and reception very pleasant, welcoming and functional.

I returned to the hotel after 6 years and it is sad to see that the reception staff is still not entitled to chairs to rest. They have to be the entire 8h shift standing.
Managers of this hotel: Believe me, you must treat your employees with affection, who are the ones who help to make the wheel spin every day. I leave here a phrase that I remember many times: "If you take care of your employees, your employees will take care of your customers."

In addition, for a national tourist, ordering 36 EUR for two breakfasts is at least exaggerated and unrealistic. Does not make sense.

Excellent Hotel, very good facilities and rooms, its staff is very attentive and very friendly, although it is not very central, it is well connected, to repeat without hesitation.

My stay was wonderful, service, room, location, restaurant all very good.

We enjoyed our stay here. Proper 5 star hotel with an interesting elevator (all glass, fast and quiet). A bit far from city center though.

The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre. Rooms are OK but not insulated enough from other rooms. Water from shower was leaking on the floor. Noisy air conditioning. Good TV with lot of channels and Chromecast. Only one restaurant that was fully booked at lunch on Sunday the day of our departure without further information.

We had a nice 7-day stay at the Sheraton. The staff are very friendly and helpful, good food, great wine selection, and great craft beer selection as well. The spa is also very nice.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from downtown, but there are a few nice restaurants nearby, a supermarket across the main road, and the Europcar office is walking distance.

One minor issue is that we requested some hard pillows, but they didn't have any.

I m really not sure why this hotel is rated so high, we have had nothing but issues and the food is absolutely terrible! When we arrived we were told the executive suites were not cleaned and would not be ready until the afternoon, so we opted for a junior suite. It wasn t a big deal to us. The issue was the balcony was all glass so the construction across the street woke me up at 6 am and the dogs barking kept me up all night, we ended up switching room and downgrading another level. The lounge is absolutely one of the worst lounges I have been in. Not only is the food constantly cold or luke warm (even when they just bring it out) it s all fried. A guy that was in there complained multiple times and there was no change, so we didn t bother to say anything. There is also an elderly lady who is extremely sick and she constantly is coughing all over the food and touching everything. That alone grossed us out. We told the girl working in there and she didn t switch out the food. We gave up on eating in the lounge and tried the restaurant today. Again cold food and sad selection as best. I waited 10 minutes just to place my omelette order when not a single person was in front of me, but severs would come and speak to the chef in Portuguese and he would make what ever they said even though I was still waiting. Once I placed my order I went to get other food when a different server came to me to let me know it would be a while for my food because he has other orders ahead of me, even though I waited over 10 minutes and he made so many before me. I let him know I had a tour and needed to leave soon. And he just apologized and walked away. The server came back to me a few minutes later to ask what it was that I wanted. When he finally arrived with it he told me they didn t have one of the 3 ingredients I had asked for. The egg was a bit raw in the middle with no spices and was bland. Not worth the wait. We have a couple more nights here and honestly I can t wait leave to leave this hotel. Really disappointed about the hotel, and the construction, we had no warning of all the issues and the hote seems to short staffed. There is always an extremely long cue to talk to anyone. And before you ask I have stayed in hundreds of spg hotels around the world. I have ambassador status so I have plenty to compare with

Luxury hotel with all amenities. Well located in the center of oporto

i stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. the hotel is beautiful, modern in aesthetics. not central but well connected to the center by buses that stop just a few minutes away. once out of the exit of 'highway, it is suitable for those who own car and must not enter the harbor road chaos. sore point, as far as my experience, the cleanliness of the room. I arrived two bed pillows were dirty with huge yellowish spots. ditto for the sheets, even dirty ones. We called reception and they immediately sent someone to make the bed. inconceivable for a 5-star hotel like the sheraton

Not really a family friendly hotel .

-the max occupancy per room is 3. Even very young children are counted, so parents with more than 1 child will need 2 rooms and will have to pay extra.

- the hotel pool hours (1pm to 7pm) make it difficult for kids to use the pool. But we saw other kids after 8pm in the pool so there is no consistency. You have to complain to get in.

- my bed mattress had a strong body odor.

- this Sheraton has its own strange rules and they are very particular. Not always customer first.

- the hotel door man is very helpful and kind.

What to say about the Sheraton ... Just say it is excellent service! The friendliness of the entire team is incredible! The service corresponds to the proposal, 5 stars. Everything impeccable. The price is according to the service and you can risk that it cannot be said that it is expensive. I recommend it to everyone! Congratulations on the excellent service provided.

While a bit out of the downtown area, is only a short tram ride or cheap Uber ride away from what is happening but because of that is great value for what is an polished hotel.

I only visited one of the meeting rooms and loved the space, the lobby. A very welcoming hotel. I loved spending one night.

Last year I spent at the Sheraton, it was very good, good quality of materials, good spaces and good restoration. I was happier to hear that they hosted a right-wing party, Enough. Because they will certainly be right-wing people, who attend hotels. Those on the left and extreme left are dependent on dependency. I will continue to frequent your hotel. 5 *

Amazing hotel. I was only here for 1 night. I stayed here because my flight got cancelled and the airline sent us here without any reservation with the hotel. The hotel service was amazing and they quickly solved the problem and gave everybody a room. The rooms are extremely modern,large, and has a luxurious feeling to it. The food at the restaurant is somewhat expensive( Airline payed for breakfast and dinner at hotel) but really good. The only problem is the hotel is far from the city, but you can take a taxi or metro. Overall absolutely amazing.

Since summer sunset is 21:00, you can enjoy sunset from the lounge veranda if it is a room that can use the club lounge. There is also a drink and snacks and it's perfect for dinner.

Fantastic hotel worthy of its name. Friendly and precise in the reception illustrating both the hotel and the city. Large and beautiful room with separate shower and bath. With 10 euros more you can also access the spa where relaxation is guaranteed. Superb breakfast where you can find from sweet to savory with very high quality. Definitely not cheap but worth it.

Typical, quality business hotel without local charm. but a nice place to stay, with friendly service.

Staying always here for business, but really appreciate the Spa for their extended opening hours. It makes it possible to unwind after a long day. Overall, team is reserved friendly, food nice and rooms spacious.

Ultra-modern, I don't like it. Shower door leaves bathroom floor swimming in water, electric window blind doesn't work properly. Good food and excellent service though.

Very disappointing this 5 star hotel. We were given a room with a wooden door that communicated with another room and there was a couple with a child. Noisy. I have been to 4 star hotels much better than this one. The only thing worth doing is the garden. We will not be back. :-(

A fantastic hotel on the outskirts of Porto. If you enjoy good food, being pampered and don't mind a short drive to the downtown area, then this place is ideal.

In Portugal, it is a more modern and advanced 5 star hotel.

Wow, this place is impressive! Sleek modern design, with lots (I mean lots!) of glass. The entire lobby is two stories of glass, the elevators are glass and go up the glass lobby wall for a great view of the outdoors.

It has THE most awesome bathroom I've ever seen. It's a large glass cube. Inside there are frosted glass sliding doors separating the toilet area. Large separate glass shower. Deep tub with glass window overlooking the bed. Electric blinds inside the glass give you the option of partial or complete privacy.

5 star restaurant and wine list. My partner had wild boar and I had cod. Both were delicious and very nicely presented. The Grand Marnier souffle was not prepared the traditional way, but I have no complaints, it was excellent. Service was very professional, attentive and personal.

I went to 1 congress and the conference room did not have the conditions the horrible and uncomfortable chairs and the room smelled very bad
