Awesome hotel! Spacious and super stylish rooms. Modern and luxurious. Impossible not to be impressed with the entrance of the hotel.

Complaint made in the complaints book. Among other situations we were not informed of the 10 per person per day fee to use the pool. Yes, the pool only. 2 people going to the pool in the afternoon and in the morning would have a cost of modus cost 40 when we already paid 200 for the room ...

We have been here various times and always liked it. However today was an exception. The counter staff was unfriendly and we are still waiting since 20 minutes to find someone who can help us with places to visit and explain the toll system in Portugal...... not what I expect from a 5 star hotel...

Room you can expect in a 5 ***** nothing to complain about

Had a really good experience at this hotel. It's clean and modern and offers a nice breakfast. I was upgraded to a club room which gave us access to some light snacks. The staff was very helpful and it's a nice hotel if you want to be a little out of the way and not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Only complaint was that bed was somewhat hard for my taste.

Good service attitude! Unfortunately, the bathroom drain is flooded!

The location is in a distance from the city center (Sao Bento) but it is only 30 minutes to subway and 10 minutes to Uber. I was able to stay in a comfortable hotel with a considerable size of room for a European hotel. Breakfast can be a little tough for those who love salads rather than vegetables and cheese bread hams.

1. It is definitely an international hotel worth choosing for Porto. If you are a Marriott Platinum member, you must choose this. 2. But there are many characteristic hotels in the area which are also charming.

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, comfort, quiet, friendliness and good food from the North. Luxury breakfast!

Hospitality at its best. From the minute we arrived Miguel Santos helped us with our bags immediately and was courteous all the way up to our room. Reception was prompt and professional as well. Our room was spacious and classic on its look. They had a large party the Saturday night we were there I we seriously thought it was across the street since we couldn t hear anything from our room. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. When I m Porto again we will definitely stay again.
