Good hotel and very spacious rooms, maybe the views are not beach hotels being in the city, but well connected.

THE BEST HOTEL ON OUR FIRST VISIT TO PORTO PORTUGAL

In the center of Porto, a classic space with a lot of class, with professionals of excellence, always ready to stay on the crest of the wave. Quality on all fronts, in an exquisite environment and with a service of excellence. One of the obligatory spaces in the north of the country: to sleep, eat or simply relax. Distinct wines, from small houses, that are worth knowing.

Standard hotel without being exceptional. You save for the professionalism of the chain, but it is quite impersonal. It's about 3 km from the center, the metro is a 10-minute walk away. By taxi the average cost for the center is euro 9. Comfortable rooms without cuddles, there is no second passage of accommodation that should be standard in the 5 stars. Excellent and varied breakfast.

Sheraton standards plus very nice rates as of 2016. Away from downtown, though...

I love this hotel. I have been there several times and I have frequented the SPA that is wonderful ...

It is not a 5 star hotel. However the service staff is very attentive and pleasant. Needs renovations and maintenance, air conditioning, mini bar (this one was changed 2 times during my stay ) ... they work very badly or simply do not work. Ask them to make your room when you go out in the morning or it will be done late afternoon.

Great hotel and Spa in Porto. Excellent service and facilities with restaurants and Spa tucked away from the crowded areas yet in close proximity to the attractions.

Long wait in the lobby to check in with a hungry and crying 3 month old. Had to wait for the crib to show up in the room. After over a half hour, I ended up going down to the lobby to get our luggage myself so that we could feed the baby.

Contacted the manager who said that they would look into it and get back to us. Never heard anything else.

They say it is a good hotel -but if this car focuses on me as it is not it is more sand PA my truck

Very large room with luxurious bathroom with bathtub. It has fridge, lounge chair, electric shutters, office desk. Restaurant and fridge expensive.

Very good hotel I only give it 4 stars since it seems to me that the common areas except the spa are small. For the rest magnificent. Great Attention, quality, treatment, rooms, parking, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very good if you want to visit Oporto and feel like a King.

Prize is quite high and you need to pay extra for using spa... The hallways are a bit worn out however the rooms are nice... Overal impression is good but minus for charging extra for spa. In most hotels that i have been to spa was included in the room prize...

I used the Sunday buffet, starters excellent, however, the food was lacking but the desserts were good.

Wow, what an incredible hotel and spa. Not only is it the best Sheraton I've ever been to in the world (and I've been to a lot!), it's also the nicest spa I've ever visited.

The staff here are so, so friendly and kind. The spa has several saunas, a beautiful and clean pool, a jacuzzi, massages, steam rooms, and even amazing locker rooms.

It's also a great city to visit, and the all glass provides full visibility.

If you're visiting Porto, I'd strongly recommend this hotel.

Clean sleek and modern, rooms need new carpeting but other than that it's a solid choice for Porto.

Lacks in charging a fee for guests to use the pool ... What they miss for other hotels, unfortunately.

Bellman was excellent and their breakfast staff are very attentive and helpful.

This is a very spacious Sheraton situated near the beaches. Though it is a 2km walk to the beach, I loved the path towards the piers and the fort. Restaurant serves excellent Francesinha, the local dish which is famous in Porto. People were amazing, and the service was excellent.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful, excellent service, excellent food tb.Td of good.

Very nice hotel. Very good service. Old Town can be reached by taxi and bus.

Excellent Hotel, with the high standard of the chain. The breakfast service is particularly appreciated. Large and well furnished rooms. The only detail that I personally do not appreciate it, bathing the crystal walls: if you use it at night, ie., It is impossible not to wake up those who are in the room.
