Nice hotel with friendly and courteous staff. The rooms were very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel, friendly staff and in a good location. Club lounge is a bit small and with little choice for breakfast tho.

Service according to the 5 stars it has, excellent. Quality buffet breakfast, even with the limitations due to the covid. Of course, it is a bit far from the center (20 minutes walking or 4-5 by uber)

A realy nice hotel with large rooms, only a bit out of the city centre.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very attentive. It has a full and quality breakfast buffet. And the spa is amazing. Feel great at the end of the day relax. I will repeat on my next visit

The hotel itself is a little dated but only a little but the staff more than make up for that. Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Would definately stay here again. The food is delicious.

Solid Hotel.. Located in the Business District but still a relatively short walk to the tourist areas and the beautiful Garden of the Crystal Palace..

Excellent standard! The welcome, the availability, the smile, the advice. A real pleasure for those who wish to spend a stay in Porto without worrying about the nights. The breakfast is also very varied and plentiful. I highly recommend for a good dose of well-being!

Well, I was hesitant to stay here, being a long time Marriott client. But I trusted wifey.

I cannot emphasize enough how excellent this hotel is. It is modern and renovated. The rooms are light and spacious.

On the first night we dined at the in-house restaurant. Wow...! I'm generally skeptical of hotel restaurants, but this was an exception!

The staff was unbelievably informed and friendly, and the food was spectacular! My wife is from Brazil, and I'm a foodie, and I can say it was exceptional!

A five-star hotel named after the spa, guests need to add another 10 euros to swim, so this is outside the city center but the price is not high. The Sheraton breakfast is not worth a five-star rating.

Upscale hotel with a very nice spa. Staff is very friendly and rooms are luxurious.

We both loved the hotel. For our usual standards, it might not have been close to the center, but taxi was cheap and metro is near. The glass wall and interiors gave that touch of stylishness we have seen nowhere. Had different experiences with Mariott hotels but this was by far the best.

Amazing hotel. I was only here for 1 night. I stayed here because my flight got cancelled and the airline sent us here without any reservation with the hotel. The hotel service was amazing and they quickly solved the problem and gave everybody a room. The rooms are extremely modern,large, and has a luxurious feeling to it. The food at the restaurant is somewhat expensive( Airline payed for breakfast and dinner at hotel) but really good. The only problem is the hotel is far from the city, but you can take a taxi or metro. Overall absolutely amazing.

Lovely stay. The staff is so attentive and professional. Do not miss the rooftop bar with a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast buffet is delicious & has many options. Club lounge is always a plus, with daily breakfast & happy hour.

If you are platinum member of SPG, you are still treated as non members. Forget to get upgraded. Not many queen size bed, charge for extra bed and no kids allowed in the swimming pool after 6.30 pm because the pool even though the pool is opened till 10 pm!

Club launge is old and no food/snacks options, the plates are broken and old and this seems to be the new Sheraton standards. Sheraton Lisbon is even worse!

A nice and modern hotel in Porto. Cleanliness, we only wrote large. Could be better. The rooms are nice and spacious. Very nice staff that is very hard.

I have stayed at least 2 times in this hotel, the service was good. Great staff and a good breakfast. But I could never identify or positively evaluate a hotel that welcomes fascists with open arms and hides under the mantra of freedom of expression. Hate and fascism are not opinion. I will never come back.

Great service. While within walking distance to metro, you do have to walk through some back alley and residential streets. Staffs are friendly and the rooms are large for european standard. You do have to pay extra to use the gym/pool.

Nice hotel near Avenida da Boavista. Parking in front of the hotel is possible on the street. Free of charge from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on weekends. Nice large rooms, modern furnishings. Rooms are clean and very quiet. We didn't use breakfast. Service at the front desk was nice. Contrary to the description on the hotel TV, the rooms were cleaned every day.

Very good service. Clean rooms, comfortable reception and varied breakfasts. A little high price but I highly recommend it.

Amazing spa and gym available with different daily classes. Superior room is spacious and a bathroom is great! Highly recommended!

Today one of the best hotels in the city of Porto. For those seeking quality and excellent service this is the best option in town. Great location with many quality options around. For those looking to relax the spa is fantastic. I recommend!
