My favourite Sheraton. Very kind staff. Great facilities including pool, spa, gym and a nice piano bar.

Definitely one the best hotel chains around, up to the best standards. A bit pricey but that is expected of a high quality hotel such as the Sheraton.
They will work tirelessly to provide a good service even if you need something during the night.

I've been to this hotel a few times on business.
I just have to say it remains a must, overall very attentive staff, very caring and clean hotel, immaculate rooms.
I want to highlight in particular a very kind, available and good professional roommate (Diana Almeida).

Lovely contemporary hotel, great breakfast however spa access, pool and fitness center is not included in the price.

Wonderful hotel, great rooms and bathroom. Enjoyed extra time in the pools and spa. Only drawback is possibly location if using transit, but rideshare worked well.

For a 5 Star hotel, it has been accommodating too much over time. It needs some investment and vision, as some 3 and 4 star hotels are already lagging behind in overall quality.

For it is one of the most complete hotels in the Porto region, without forgetting that the space itself is beautiful

Very beautiful hotel, comfortable and well located!

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were clean, well appointed and hotel facilities were excellent. The Spa facilities was a great way to relax and although not included in the standard hotel room rate, was relatively inexpensive for occasional use.

I stayed in the hotel with my family and the experience here was the worst experience in my lifetime..,the staff ,the food ,the hospitality, the rooms ,you name it and it's bad

Only had a chance to stay for one night for work but had a great stay. Staff was friendly and service oriented. Beautiful city. If I have a chance to return I'd stay here again.

Very modern and stylish hotel with a very large glass front and a large lobby. The hotel makes a very neat and clean impression. With the guest structure is no trend to a certain nationality - except Portuguese ;-) - recognizable. Business people and tourists seem to balance themselves as guests. The room rate seems very cheap, but the prices in the restaurant, bar and mini bar are high, the food (bar & restaurant) rather adequate to high, with the drinks overpriced.

The hotel is conveniently located in a side street to a large main street. The taxi to the center and the airport is always ready, each about 20-25 euros.

The medium sized rooms are decorated with modern, dark wood furniture in very good condition and visually very appealing for my taste. The wardrobe is lit and not very big, but sufficient for one person. The powerful air conditioner performs quiet and well adjustable the service. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall with the usual news programs (CNN & Co.). The glass bathroom is very successful and equipped with telephone, bath, shower (separate), bidet and toilet (separate) and of course a sink. Through a blind, the view through the large disc can be closed in the bathroom. Minibar is available, balcony is not available.

As soon as you arrive, the bellboys tell you that service is in order at this Sheraton, from opening the taxi door to carrying the luggage. The very good service continues at the front desk and does not stop at the bar and in the restaurant. Unobtrusive, the dedicated staff ensures personal well-being. English skills are standard. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.

There is a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant seems rather uninspired, the selection and quality of the food is very good. Also in the bar smaller food can be ordered, the prices are high. The selection at breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the service nimble and unobtrusive.

Everything is perfect but the night is tough. All mattresses in the hotel are orthopedic and hard

Great room, perfect breakfast. Do not forget to try your spa, it's a blast. If I have to put some snag it would be the distance to the city center.

I went to lunch and loved the space, the food, the service.

Room is impressive, well decorated, bathroom is very nice. Love the automatic shades...complete darkness at night. Had a massage at the spa and it was well worth the 95 Euro it cost.

First class hotel at the height of the big chain. Located in the "new" part of the city.

The hotel has a nice facilities. The rooms have great beds and very well decorated and organized nevertheless the location is not the great if you want to be near the city center.

Luxurious hotel a little away from the historical center of Porto in a location not too touristy but with public transport nearby. Quality, service and prices at the level of the chain it represents.

Impeccable service. Breakfast with an incredible variety and availability of items for allergy sufferers. Very nice hotel, clean, organized. Comfortable room as well as the bathroom.
Good accessibility for wheelchair users. Flat entrance, elevator of medium size, large room, with enough circulation area. Ample bathroom, safety bars, sink that allows frontal approximation of the wheelchair. The bath bench is very low.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, along with a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily.

Spacious hotel 30 min walking distance from the city center, with comfortable suites, wonderful bathroom, Portuguese food in the guest lounge (not accessible unless paid for or marriott status). 100% recommend!

I've spent a night. The room excellent. Maybe I value the hotels more for their breakfast buffet. This one, fantastic. The coffee alone, very good.

After the Marriot the Sheraton is my favorite hotel, immaculately clean, it has delicious gourmet buffet and what is located near Av Boa Vista is particularly note ten
