I had actually started with very positive experiences there..... But when I came in for my last refill I sat for over 45 minutes before anyone bother to tell me that my prescription was up, that I would have to see the nurse practitioner again. For the number of alerts that I had gotten when I was due for B12 shots or anything else I, seemed to get a hundred alerts but not one saying that m refill time was up. nevermind they let me sit there for almost an hour before they even bother to tell me that there was nothing they could do to help me that day it was late it was snowing and a waste of my time. The staff seems to be incompetent..... way more interested in interpersonal relationships and their personal lives than to care about the people sitting in the waiting room.

never mind the time I came in to get my hormone levels checked and out of five people not one person could actually draw blood. I had more bruises on my hands and arms then anything I've ever experienced.

this company is super close to my job and relatively convenient but I'm not sure I'll ever come back.

Staff is very friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions you have. I would recommended this place to a lot of friends that are also very happy.

You guys are so awesome about scheduling and allowing me to come in as a walk in. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and accommodating I appreciate everyone I have worked with.

Made an appointment here and decided based on others reviews to call to confirm I should come in at my appointment time only to be told there wouldn t be a nurse on site today. Why let people schedule appointments for appointments that require a nurse NOT send them a cancellation? Glad I didn t drive all the way over there for nothing.

The weightloss program works great staff are very friendly love it

Nice people. I couldn t get appetite suppressant because of medications I am on, but they were super nice and the b12 injections are awesome. Overall great experience.

The stuff here is extremely rude. There is always. 3 or 4 people behind the counter at all times but if you ask them a simple questions they put you down and make you feel terrible. Don t waste your time and money here and go to the other location in DTC.

Staff forgot my name, then laughed at me when I corrected them. Nothing like being made to feel insignificant. I wonder what else they forget...

Last two visits had to wait over an hour just for an injection. Not going to purchase anymore.

Medical assistants are great. Really friendly nurse. The PA was very nice as well. Front office staff are alright. I have used various groupons with this location for about a year now. Happy with my results.
The online portal allowed me to schedule an appointment for January 1st which was great because most medical offices are closed on the holiday. I drove about an hour to their office to find out they were closed on the New Years. Seemed like an oversight on their part and I never recieved an apology which is all I actually wanted.

This clinic has become overpriced and ripping off the general public. I have been coming to this clinic over 4 years and it is sad that they would have 30% increase within a month with no notification. Not only does the owner not communicate these changes through ongoing marketing updates but he springs these changes on the employees . Therefore they have no idea how to handle the situation when they have to abruptly inform us patients..

Your stent of overpricing your services will be a long term decrease in revenue..

Walk ins are the best way for me since my schedule can change at any time.

I love the products and you see results fast. But... The nutritionist or whatever you want to call her she is so rude! Get someone new in there, someone nice and professional

The staff is nice, and the service is quick but I'm not convinced on the product. I have been getting the B12/lipo injections for about 3 months as well as taking the phentermine pill daily. I also work out 4-5 times a week. I will say I have more energy and am sometimes less hungry but that's it. I have only lost 6 pounds.
All these other reviews fail to mention anything about the product/service so hopefully this is helpful to some. I still have another month paid for so I will obviously continue it but once that is up I won't be going back. Hopefully no one has false hope about what these regimens will do for you, certainly not much weight loss since I could have easily dropped 30 pounds if it worked like everyone said but since I lost less than 10 I would hold out hope.

Would highly recommend this medical office. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They take the time to address all your concerns and you do not feel rushed

So a few weeks ago I came in the middle of the week to get a shot and noticed they were closed from 2-3 for lunch. This is a bit frustrating because I dont know many other places of business that have the luxury of closing an hour each day for lunch. I wasnt upset, just a bit annoyed. So last weekend I went in for a shot, and they had it posted that on the weekends they would no longer be closing from 2 to 3 for lunch - only during the week day. So today I showed up at about 1:55 and they have the sign up that says they are closed. I asked the lady at the front desk about it and she said that they are closing now because they are short staffed. Well, now I am upset because I drove 30 minutes to come get a shot and they refused to give me one and told me I needed to come back. Really? Nice customer service. This is starting to feel like the old Weight Loss MD again. Very annoyed today!

The people who work here don't know what they are doing. I wish I never set foot in this place, and would never recommend them to anyone.

This business deserves NO STAR rating!!! Rude, unprofessional, incompetent staff and upper management! Don't waste your money!!
This place is a JOKE!!!

I have been going to Medical Weight loss for a while and for the most part everyone has been nice. Today I went and the receptionist was so unbelievably rude I almost walked out! She was not the least bit helpful as I was trying to decide what type of shot I wanted. She acted like I was putting her out by asking about the prices. I asked for the manager as I wanted her to know about her employee. The manager, Josie, asked me what happened, right in front of her employee! That is so unprofessional!! I told the manager I don't deserve to be spoken to in the manner her employee spoke with me. All she said was "sorry" for the experience!
In a customer based business, where there are many other options out there, customer satisfaction should be top priority! I am totally disgusted by the way I was treated today!

I prefer this clinic over the others nearby. They are friendly, and offer more options.

Total sham, they try to fit in way too many customers in a day, leading to poor customer service and super long wait times.

I've never had an issue with any of the staff (all women). They are always friendly. Sometimes the parking can be difficult and the wait can be long but that's only because there are a lot of people now. I've lost 30lbs so far in the first 6 months. My only recommendation would be to move the clinic to another location so there would be more parking. Other than that, I could not be happier.

Been a patient for about 3 years or more.. One of the best prices in Denver, great Groupon deals, they are fast, friendly, there products they offer have helped me.. .i wish you had a closer location though!!

Very helpful. My wife and I have never, ever felt anything buy respect from the staff. They listen and get you on track for what you need. The hours alone are great but the staff brings the whole thing together.

Terrible customer experience and very disorganized as far as appointments go!
I finally resorted to contacting the owner about my concern with getting scheduled and he set me an appointment at the wrong location (him and his office manager were on the call with me) I showed up for my appointment which I scheduled before a busy work day and still wasn t able to get seen because they had no provider.......
There are many places that offer what they offer so I would highly recommend selecting another business if you want a good guest experience. Which you should expect when paying for it!!!!
I m highly disappointed! I liked the services and products they offered but I dreaded having to come in because the vibe was not ideal.
I was a customer from when they first opened up, before they had construction even in the works. I was getting my B12 injections and laser hair removal with them.
It took me a year to decide on doing the Hormone Replacement Therapy they offer and ended up having to walk away from doing business with them for everything (and sadly I just seen they are now offering Botox which I get done 4 times a year so they could have gotten my business there as well)
When I decided to go for it I was told after paying for my labs it would be a quick and seamless appointment. I was told they would call me in 5 days for the consulstation and my results and after waiting 2 weeks I had to literally show up in person just to see if they got my labs because nobody called me. I called after a week and I was told someone would call me back with my labs and nothing. So after having to drive 45 minutes from home to go into the office in person just to see if they had my results the receptionist treated me like I was the problem and I would have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment because there was no availability. However I could of paid another $75 dollars that day for someone to discuss my labs with me???....
I was never offered to schedule at another location. She didn t apologize that nobody got ahold of me. Instead she claimed I had a voicemail that wasn t set up??? I couldn t believe all this just to get an appointment but they were able to charge $99 for the lab work as a walk in the very same day?? They would of also charged me $75 that day I walked in just to discuss my labs but still no actual appointment.
I loved the esthetician she was great! However it s unfortunate I won t return for future services with her because of the guest experience as a whole.

I started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs so far! Staff is always friendly, courteous and on time with my appointments!! Overall it's been a great experience. I follow the diet plan exactly and do a light cardio workout 2 to 3 times per week and I walk everyday. I highly recommend this clinic! It works!

I purchased a groupon for the lipozen injections and phentramine a few months ago. The staff are always great and while the office does tend to get packed with walk - ins, myself included, I've never waited for what I would consider an unreasonable amount of time. The treatments are working, though since starting nursing school I admittedly have not been doing all I should to lose as much as I could.
I am only using the phentramine now as the shots left me jittery and made it too difficult to sleep, but I am sensitive to stimulants to begin with.
I am very happy overall and have every intention to continue to do business with them.

Staff were talking on their cell phones, unhelpful and the nurse was rude.

I went in today to start a weight loss program, I went for the HCG, knowing little about it I was counting on the nurses/Doctors to explain a little more about the program and it s benefits. I was given the first shot with no explanation or risks of it. Went in with another nurse also was not given any information on how it works only then getting asked what my goal is. When I asked if I had to go in everyweek to get the next shot their only answer was no, when I checked out I was given boxes with injections but no instruction as to how many times or how often, and or where to add the injections . Their customer service is horrible for the amount of money I paid. I hope this gets resolved for the next customer seeking help to loose weight.

This place used to be fast. It's so slow and takes way to long to get a B12 shot.

I'm so disappointed coming here. I don't take advantage of Groupon like everyone else. I must find a different place!!!

This place has always been friendly and fast. I'm a long time customer as now I'm very disappointed with the service. Maybe 2 MA giving shots with 30 people in the lobby.

Service has gone down hill.

This place is a dump. Pay the extra money for better service elsewhere. The b-12 and phentermine is probably expired, not like that effects much but if you re paying for it, might as well have new stuff right?

As for those complaining about the staff and how rude they can be, I don t blame those girls behind the desk at all. Their boss, doc (he isn t a doctor, he is a chiropractor) is the one making everyone miserable. It s amazing they are still in business. But it s only because they thrive off of Groupon. Can t make a name for themselves because of how bad it truly is.

If you re planning on taking a job here, DONT! RUN AWAY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Save yourself the time, energy and headache. You might gain a little bit of experience that s needed for school or whatever your needs may be but I promise you can find a better practice. The owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional and will cheat you out of money on your pay check by editing your hours then lie about how you were let go or how you left. The turn over rate in this place is unreal and for good reason. I could list a million things that s wrong with this place. But I won t because I don t have enough time to write a book. Just don t do it.

I really like her. She knows how to give an injection to someone that is very afraid of needles.

One of the worst companies to do business with or work for. The company is filled with loopholes, untrained staff and unprofessional upper management.

When from 179 to 130 in six months when I had been trying for 4 years. A success for my weight goal needs.

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable provider. Always a good visit.

First, Phentermine is amazing! And please LISTEN TO THE NUTRITIONIST! She told me go on a low carb diet along with the Phentermine and I didn't really listen to the low carb part, but as soon as I did I lost the extra weight I was hanging on to. And it gave me a boost in energy. (fyi- most energy drinks have up to 60 carbs per drink and 60 carbs is what most women should be having A DAY! I was going through 4-5 drinks a day and couldn't figure out why I wasn't losing the weight. And the best tasting low carb drink I have found is GoFast light, not zero)
But the medication alone took me down from 193lbs to 160lbs (the first time I took it many years ago). And then it took me down from 165lbs to 140lbs this time (and as you can see, I really didn't gain a lot in the 7 years I didn't take it so it is permanent weight loss if you are worried about it coming right back after you stop. Just continue with your new eating habits and you will be fine). And those were the pounds that don't want to come off no matter what I did. Also, this works great for men too! My fiance is actually on it as well (since I make him eat). And in the first month he lost an average of 5lbs a week and he is still losing weight. And yes, we still have our pizza nights here and there, and alcohol occasionally, and sweets but we listen to the nutritionist most days and have had very pleasing results! We usually do the high protein Slimfast shakes in the mornings, Atkins bars and their sweets during the day and a high protein dinner. The Atkins products allow yourself the sweets without breaking your diet. Plus, they taste the best but don't get their shakes, hence the Slimfast shakes. If you mainly do the Atkins and Slimfast we usually have 30+ carb allowance by the end of the day. So if you are craving something high in carbs you can have a small amount of it and still be good. Just a tip. Also, neither one of us have been to the gym, we just added extra activities like biking and walking and working on our house more.

Second-The guy who runs it is very nice and cares how his employees are doing. On my second visit he was casually sitting in the hallway and started chatting with me about how well it was working for me and how the staff was (not letting me in on the fact that he was the boss). And after I gave him assurances about the attentiveness and bedside manner of his staff as well as the effectiveness of the meds he then introduced himself as the manager. I was embarrassed but he loved hearing a non-biased opinion. And if you ever do have a problem, ask to talk to him. He is easy to talk to and cares if you are happy.

Thirdly-The ladies do most of the check ins, shots, and medical consulting but there is one guy there who works the front desk. EVERY ONE OF THEM are EXTREMELY friendly and chatty. And they are super understanding if you are running late (as I usually am). They are so sweet that I have even invited all of them to my upcoming wedding! You just need to be patient with them if you call, since they are usually slammed with customer calls and working the check ins and cashing people out. So they tend to get a little frazzled during the rushes. Just try to talk with them like you would a friend. You'd be surprised at how much they open up to you as well. :)

Bottom line-I will continue to refer people here because of how amazing they and their product is!
