Staff were fabulous, friendly and very helpful indeed. Hotel Restaurant and bar are both great.

Lovely hotel, stayed in room 229 (suite) great views and stunning room. Well worth upgrading. Breakfast was lovely. About 5-8 minute walk to the marina on one side and 5 minute walk the other way to some family old style run seafood restaurants, friendly and helpful staff. Only one regret we only booked for two nights sadly going home tomorrow, would definitely come back.

The location is excellent, the possibilities are also there, but it doesn t attract five stars, you can be pleasantly surprised by an untidy room when you enter, the staff obviously don t pull on a five-star hotel, I rest for the second time and amazed at the changes, the hotel turns into a bazaar. It's a pity

Very nice hotel, right next to the beach and close to the marina.

This hotel is in a perfect location in Vilamoura. It is walking distance of 5 mins to the Marina where there are lots of shops and restaurants.

It is clean and modern. The Spa facilities are all very good. The outdoor pools are not heated and if you travel in April the water may be cold. The breakfast buffet is worth paying extra for as there is a lot of choice.

The staff are very friendly and hospitable and make staying at the Crowne Plaza feel like home.

AT THE ACCOUNT OF CERTAIN SUPERIORS THE SERVICE STAFF IS ANTIPATIC BY ORDERS WANT TO SPEAK ABOUT PEOPLE AND THAT HOTEL SEEMS THE ALBATROZ PRISON OR COMMANDS. It's hard to deal with people like the general government and the head of the laundry.

Very fancy tranquil yet near all the bars clubs marina etc they do excursions from the hotel transfers etc very comfortable, friendly staff good for anyone wheelchair friendly also.

Fantastic... just fantastic... only had 5 nights bed and breakfast but wish we had stayed longer .. breakfast was unbelievable, the choice seemed endless.. staff so friendly and helpful .. we will be back next year (or sooner if we can)

The dinner was ok but not great.

This is a beautiful Hotel , very helpful Staff , relaxing , immaculate, excellent food , fun place for children , with pool and play area , this is our second visit and would highly recommend for couples , family and children alike.

The service does not correspond to 5 *. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work, despite our complaints to the receptionist. The cocktails in the bar is really not top, plus we do not bring you towels! You can wipe your hands with what you find around. Breakfast is average. The hotel is for senior citizens and families with children.

Beachfront hotel with a large, quiet pool

Old rooms and and with a certain precariousness, the closet instead of doors has a curtain that is nothing more than a breeding ground for dirt (like the pension in my town) food of very very low quality with 7n service.simply the waiters do not wear gloves no They wear a hat to protect from hair loss on food, they even cook and serve with street clothes as can be seen in the photos
Something totally unacceptable with the problem of covid and in a 5-star hotel (not even the pension in my town) they make you stand in endless lines to pick up food when later when you get to the pick-up point they meet you with more clients with the dishes that you are ordering on the collection table and everyone shouting over them so that the waiter hears you since a screen separates many gel dispensers around the hotel but they do not usually have

I think that when it comes to health issues, much more precautions should be taken

The hotel's attitude towards the covid is fully reportable

Stayed 7 nights.very clean hotel.attentitive staff who were on hand 24/7 for all your needs.exceptional food.great sea views.lovely surroundings and very close to the beach.ideal for couples.overall an exceptionally good stay and would definitely book with them again

We are spending 7 days in this hotel and the experience is very pleasant. The people who work here are very friendly, they take care of the details, the beds are very comfortable, the cleaning is very careful. Many details in the bathroom Bathrobes, Nespresso machine to take a free coffee when you want, wifi, free parking but above all a great breakfast. I recommend it!!!

Nice hotel, but some rude staff. Made mistake of upgrading to room with afternoon sun but being February the sun didn't get there until late afternoon and the noise from people leaving the night club and casino opposite until 5.30 am. Would we go again it's unlikely.

The rooms are spacious and pleasant. The decor is simple but tasteful, it feels good. The staff is pleasant and at your disposal. I recommend.
