Suer hotel, everything is top. Only the sight is missing

Beautiful place and spa ! Still a bit desappointing to pay extra fee to use it

Always the quality and good service that Sheraton traditionally provides. Great.

I can only give 5 stars, but it is very little for the excellence quality of this hotel.

4 or 5 star experience.

PROS: Staying on the club level, you benefit from the club lounge (see my photos) which means you can help yourself to beers, soft drinks and snacks all day. There s breakfast served in the club lounge as well which is not as good as the main breakfast provided in the restaurant but is adequate in case you can t be bothered to go downstairs. The spa is so big and has many different rooms and is a must visit. There s direct access from the club level to the spa via a special lift. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a stylish bathroom. Staff were friendly and attentive.

CONS: The hot breakfast options could be improved in the club lounge (bacon in particular) and one of the rooms in the spa was not working properly. Location is not the best for a weekend break

We have returned to this hotel several times that I cannot recommend it because I like it in every way.
We are in a modern, attentive, refined and quality 5-star hotel. The size of the standard room is just mind blowing (35m2). Inside everything is beautiful with a special mention for the bathroom which is equipped with an Italian shower, a bathtub with a view on the TV and the possibility of blurring the glass more or less. The sound of the TV is also in the bathroom.
Bedding side, it's very good, very large, very comfortable. The carpets are clean, all the decoration is in wood and the air conditioning is perfectly adjustable and adapted. The play of light is very practical to vary the atmospheres.
On the cleaning side, nothing to complain about, it's a great job. The different magazines are neatly arranged, it always smells good when you get in, the bed is always perfectly made, everything is clean and the soap and shampoo samples are changed every day like the glasses.

The service is very pleasant: you are offered a very good glass of Porto upon arrival. From baggage handlers to people at the reception, everything is done to feel comfortable. The people of the hotel will give you their best places and secrets to enjoy the most beautiful bars and restaurants in the city.
As for the bar, it is superb, jazzy, Thiago Batista is an ace of cocktails. We talked a lot with him and he has a real passion for mixology. You can even ask him for specific cocktails, he will be happy to make them ... always a delight! You can also eat at the super francesinha bar, as efficient as in town.

On the restaurant side, breakfast is certainly expensive (20 or 25 ) but on the other hand you eat for the day: champagne, pastries, salty, sweet, orange juice, cold meats, cheeses, fish eggs.
Small disappointment, it is difficult to have pasteis de nata ...
Everything is delicious, and it quickly pays off.

On the spa and pool side: here, it becomes real luxury. For 10 or 15 per person, you have unlimited access to the spa per day. Pure happiness: hammam, sauna, 3 special rooms (classic steam bath, salts and herbal), 12m swimming pool (on foot) and above all a very large jaccuzi. It's the foot ! The changing rooms are superb, perfectly equipped, with bathrooms and showers.

Finally you have free access to the gym which is very beautiful (although a bit dark) but with very modern machines (they indicate whether the movement is well done, speed, integrated television, etc.). Maybe not as complete as a real gym, but more than enough and equipped for serious training. A teacher will always be there to help you.

Finally, on the massage side, they are expensive (normal), but they are long, and of very good quality. A real relaxation.
There is also the presence of a hairdressing salon and the lobby frequently changes themes with very beautiful windows.

This hotel is one of the best I have tested, and the price (80 per night during the low season) is just incredible. The location is also good, in a very good quiet but not inanimate area (Boavista), you can quickly go to the city center with the metro.

The moment to leave is always a great sadness.

Sunday is the family Brunch, with a clown, for the children to be distracted and play. The buffet is very good, with all kinds of dishes. 35

Sheraton Porto Hotel, undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Invicta, with excellent room service as well as catering, personalized service could not be otherwise for this hotel that is already an integral part of the City so keep on serving so well who requests your services.

Great hotel. Good gym and spa. Rooms are nice. Most impressive were the employees always attentive and willing to lend a hand. Staff is excellent and very hospitable. Only trouble was at checkout when the staff member ran the wrong credit card and said we had to call and go through accounting to reverse it. Then 5 mins later said he could reverse it himself (after realizing it was his own mistake for not verifying). Wish he would have been upfront, taken the initiative and just fixed it himself in the first place.

Visit mt short, invitation to a fashionable hairdressers event, but a bit mt time well past, congratulations to the staff as much in sympathy as in efficacy and quantity, in general I loved it, I recommend ...

Great hotel, loved the glass walls for the bathroom. Food and lounge was good as well. Only negative is location, some distance from old town and river front.

Highly recommended- lovely hotel, great breakfast. The spa/ pool is also excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach by bus or taxi, and into the centre of Porto by train.

Pristine and bright hotel that seems relatively new and quite big too. The spacious lobby with glass elevators and windows all around gives a nice first impression. The bar at the end of the corridor is a completely different ambiance with a warm and felt feeling.

The room was also spacious. I was not a fan of the bed as they were quite hard but overall this is a great hotel.

The experience couldn't be better as we did meet the president in the lobby on our way back from dinner. He took the time to talk to us and was extremely friendly. I mean, it couldn't get better than this :)

I have been an SPG member for years and have stayed at many of their properties around the world and this hotel is easily one of the best we have been at.

The hotel is as luxury as what is expected of a 5 star hotel, the treatment of the excellent staff, the impressive spa really charmed me and the room clean and with all the luxuries of detail, the normal of a hotel with these characteristics.
The problem arises when a computer fault makes charges to the bank card that you have to give to the hotel upon entering.
The good part is that the hotel manager did everything possible to solve the problem and which in the end was solved, but I think a 5 star hotel can not have those mistakes.

This is the most kodern sheraton i have stayed in. Very nice rooms, great spa with lots of water elements. And a good bar. All hotel stuff were extremely service oriented.
