This place is old and stinky like the food they serve in the restaurant.

I was a pretty brand-loyal Hilton guy, but the European Sheraton properties have been great. We stayed here 5 nights. It's a nice, modern hotel. The only drawback is it isn't especially centrally-located, but it's not too bad either.

Just what you could wish for, the perfect hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The employees are at your service! Perfect stay

Had a nice miss vacation getaway from the kids and in-laws with the husband. Spa was very nice. Tom was comfortable and quiet. Great bathroom. Just just I needed.

5star Fantastic staff food and drink Portuguese hospitality at its best well done especially in the food and wine tasting room excellent knowledge of the wines ports and foods great matching of everything.

Stayed at Sheraton 7 times. Always helpful and friendly staff. Clean and functional rooms. Breakfast is really good, choice and quality.

A spectacular hotel near the sea, in the middle of an incomparable place. All thought to detail. Very friendly staff I treat more than excellent.

The hotel is very modern, and the staff very friendly, but a bit pricey in the restaurant or bar ,and you have to pay to use the facilities in the Spa .
The rooms are very comfortable,with all we need in the bathroom,
It is easy to get into town 10 minutes walk to the tube station
o taxi always outside the hotel.

I was present at a conference, in which I just did not like the entrance tickets to the event, it has to improve a lot, besides it has friendly and attentive employees.

The hotel very well, clean, good service and well connected to the center.
I think the price charged for the indoor pool seems a bit excessive

Service was great. Food in the Club was really good.

Good property. Excellent fitness center and good breakfast. However the club lounge has terrible snack selection. It s generally an assortment of 3 fried items every evening for the hot food. They would be better off offering healthier times like carrot sticks or sardines.

Nice hotel with very friendly service. Large rooms (by European standards). Some good places to eat within walking distance and downtown is easily accessible both by bus and cheap taxis.

The Spa is undoubtedly excellent, the ideal place to relax and enjoy, from the various saunas 5, from salt, orange herbs, eucalyptus, relaxation room, gym, swimming pool with super comfortable beds, and a jacuzzi pool, with several jets ... 5 *.
The staff are super attentive, friendly and very helpful, always replenishing fresh juices, tea, water for free.

Very good hotel! Everything was fine, but you have to pay 10 for the spa, which surprised us.
With an Uber you can get into town for about 4 . Metro etc. is therefore not worth it at all.

Very good ... Staff very attentive ... I did not like the breakfast ... For a 5 * hotel the place for breakfast left a lot to be desired ... Despite having visited it on a festive date (New Year's Eve) ) it can not be admitted that breakfast is served in a conference room ... It does not mix face with face mask ...

Spectacular hotel, very well kept, a lot of staff immediately available, the only missing star is because of the position too far away from everything. For the rest, spotlessly clean rooms, as well as good breakfast is intercontinental and plentiful.

An excellent hotel, with friendly staff members always willing to go the extra mile. The price however, is purely based on the name, since it's usually much more expensive the equally good local hotels.

Beautiful hotel in the more quiet part of Porto. Which means you need to take a taxi to the city center or walk at least 30 minutes.

The service could have been better after what happened to us.

One of the cleaners threw away the bag of my girlfriend are you seriously?? I noticed it after a visit to the Spa and was able to get it back from the cleaners trash cart.... How is something like this possible!

Long story short, they handled this very bad!
We won t come back because of that.
