Sheraton Porto & Spa Reviews

Wow. One of the best experience I had in any Sheraton hotels I stayed so far. I stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Bathrooms are absolutely stunning with large bathtubs and shower areas. Beds are supper comfy. Breakfast also too good with good selection of breads, fruits, cheese etc. They have live counter as well for omlets etc. Only thing I missed is swimming pool is not free for all the guests. You need to pay 10 euros extra per day to use it.

Everything about this hotel is like a dream. The staff, food and accommodations are perfect. We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and truffles on our first night. We do not speak Portuguese, but everyone who works at the Sheraton speaks English and were very kind. Go to the spa! We had the best massages of our lives at the Sheraton. We dream about come back for our anniversaries in the future.

Amazing experience. The room was perfect and the bathroom was very modern. We have a toddler and those black out blinds really helped us sleep. Staff were friendly and room was very clean throughout our stay. They only provide 1 bottle of water for free per day and it's a bit far removed from the city centre but it was a nice walk for us aftwr our activities of the day. We quite enjoyed it. There is a grocery store nearby and many pastry shops. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and modern with glass elevators. For additional security purposes, your key can only access your floor.

Porto is Oporto. The people of Porto are 6-star people, there are no forced smiles, unparalleled sympathy and professionalism. The SPA is total relax, the rooms fantastic, breakfast service quite diverse. I loved it.

Hotel five stars .... I was very ill treated right on check in by Mr. Abel Silva, rude, arrogant and rude .... I did not even know the hotel .....

Excellent in comfort, cleanliness, location and friendliness.

After a very long flight to get to Porto we checked in and our suite wasn't available. The staff was very quick to offer us to use the spa to freshen up. From that moment on it was nothing but fantastic service. Everyone we met had a smile and was more than accommodating. The room is quitet and has blackout curtains! If you can, make use of the spa. The rejuvenating pool and lounge beds/chairs are fantastic after a long day of walking. Your calves will than you.

The best hotel in Porto, super comfortable, top service

Very nice hotel. The location is not that close to the center but if you plan to take the hopp on hopp off bus the distance is ok. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly.

Optimal for wheelchair users.
Central between old town and beach. Shower with shower seat and grab bars. Toilet with handles. Disabled parking in front of the door (19 - 9 clock). Helpful staff. It could not be better!

Decent hotel with gorgeous glass elevators. I would avoid the restaurant and bar, but the facilities were fine although the location was remote.

A great place to stay. Everything was perfect. I can't say anything about the price because I don't pay for it. Breakfast was great but it will be nice to find more chocolate there.

We went on December 31 and there were not many people. We were able to enjoy the spa, Turkish bath, sauna and relaxation area. Really highly recommended if you want a few hours of disconnection and peace of mind! The staff were attentive and helpful!

I ve been visiting this place quite some times in the past couple of months due to professional reasons (meetings). The rooms, equipment and all infrastructure are all very good but in some rooms you can hear whats going on inside just by passing in front. That coule bw improved. Afterall, its a 5 star hotel

The location is a bit far from the old town, but not far from Uber. It is neat and spacious and the staff is friendly. The lounge is a little narrow but the view is also good.

This is a very modern hotel with clean lines and a glass lift which was amazingly quiet. We were on the 7th floor and heard no sounds from it. The hotel itself was great but the staff were all over the place with differing answers to our questions. When paying so much per room you would expect the pool to be free, and to bring up a plate and knife and folk with the milk which was not in the room we were charged for it. Having coffee making facilities was great but paper cups which were not strong were actually a hazzard. We kept on having entries put onto our account which we did not use or sign for and after asking this to be reversed as we had paid for what we had used, it took numeous phone calls and emails and nearly 4 weeks to reverse, not good practice. Be prepared for 7 star prices.

The facilities are modern and luxurious, the rooms are spacious with everything needed for a good stay ... Good decoration and important details make for a better experience.

The hotel space for events, having a meal and the large rooms are extremely comfortable, modern and appealing to anyone. I had the honour to participate in an event at Sheraton and it was worth it in every aspect. Though prices can be tough and expensive if you are wanting to have the ultimate experience Sheraton is the hotel.
