It used to be one of my favorite hotels in london where previously I stayed several time
It s location , cute and cozy , comfortable, big rooms , kind staff .. all that is still there though rooms & bathrooms needs renovation now
Apart from that I m very disappointed by the caliber of guests visiting or residents that have very low manners and think they can harass women sitting at the lobby or bar or just passing by ! Hotel should have strict rules about such behaviors and this should not need to be addressed to the hotel and until then they take an action !
