Great location, close to Time's Square and other great local venues
We asked for a room with two queen beds and they gave us two singles
It is located right on timeshare, which is perfect. The rooms are nice, and the service is swift.
Good atmosphere, a little crowded. Would be nice to have a bit more space. Great central location.
I like Times Square because it was a new place for me to visit.
This hotel is in a great location extremely close to Time Square. The rooms are nice and clean with simple amenities. The gym in the lower lobby is really nice and the lobby is large and lots of room to relax or grab a bite to eat.
Great space for a training. Staff is very helpful, all technology worked as anticipated, great food and service!
I stayed here for 2 nights for a conference that was taking place at the hotel and I wasn't impressed. The location is great, but that's about it. Like any large urban hotel, everything is incredibly overpriced. It is a bit shabby and really in need of a renovation. The room size was fine, but the beds were uncomfortable and very poorly made by housekeeping with uncomfortable sheets. Probably will look for a different option the next time I'm in town.
Best place to stay anywhere you go can't go wrong beds soft room service is awesome.
I cannot say enough good things about Sheraton Times Square. We arrived at 2:55PM after having flown in at 11AM and carrying our bags around for a couple hours. When we arrived, we were notified that our room was not yet ready, which would have been frustrating had the very pleasurable woman behind the counter not given us complimentary vouchers for wifi and bag checking. (The wifi, in fact, is not free here and you must pay $4 per bag per day if you need to leave a bag with them). Moreover, a staff member was handing out complimentary water bottles to everyone standing in line to check-in! The line was relatively quick and efficient and every interaction with staff was pleasurable. Our room was on the 23rd floor with spectacular views, a clean bathroom, and a respectable size for NYC. From what I've heard, room quality is better if you stay above the 20th floor! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Very clean and comfortable. Amazing views of the city.
The rooms were very pretty and they were well taken care of. The services were great. I went for the Macy's Day Parade in New York. I was with the Davis High Marching Band. The building was gorgeous and clean. They were perfect and very helpful.
We were there one week ago. The location is PERFECT!!! Close to everything, including transportation to the downtown.
Our experience was fabulous from the moment we arrived. Gary, who greeted us and carried our luggage to reception was beyond warm and welcoming. He gave us many pointers for our stay.
All the doormen were helpful with anything we asked.
Our room was clean, very nice and had everything we needed. Our room attendant, and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name, was soooooo great. She went way over and beyond for us. Providing us with extra coffee, creamer, and was continually asking us if we needed anything. She gave us plenty of towels and made sure all was extremely orderly. We just loved her.
I recommend this hotel highly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends. I WILL stay here on my next trip to NYC.
Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful checking staff. Clean, nice amenities. Rooms are very small, only con I have. Central to theatre district. Would recommend for a night in the city for dinner and theatre.
It was as expected for a big hotel in Times Square and my room was okay.
Clean and friendly. Dog friendly too but no dog areas available. Would need to use outside small bush ledge.
Don't lift things in the fridge or you'll be charged. Ridiculous hotel. Guest services was rude. Small print in several places that most people would miss, they don't care, they just want your money.
Spend your money elsewhere.
The perfect location and a truely positive experience.
Convention spaces are small and the hotel could use some updates
Hotel is nice but the beds are terrible and the rooms are small
Nice hotel, great breakfast very close to all the places of interest in New York
Went for a conference. Staff was great, space was nice, no complaints.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, steps away from the subway station. The beds are very small as soon as we entered the matrimonial, they told us that they were standard and we had to do an upgrade for normal size beds. The sheets on one of the beds were stained with blood but as soon as we notified them, they changed them and deducted the daily fee for that inconvenience.
Fantastic service! Amazing views from a top class hotel. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay
Everything is clean and nice, the room service is always on time and excellent cleaning, the staff is very professional, the problem is that they were over charging $900 twice and also $50 for security total: $1,850 and everything was paid, we didn't had to pay anything again. I spoke with them and they renounced the money but then when I left they took the money again. I'm always checking my transactions and I keep calling them to give my refund, BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS CHECK THE STATEMENTS OF THE CARS THAT YOU ARE USING. They are collecting more than they are supposed to.
The best location in the city, Sheraton is always a standard. The coffee shop is amazing too. I would stay there again. Love the surroundings!
Rooms are stuffy and not that nice, food and drinks at the bar are way overpriced. Amazing location though
Stayed in a two bedroom, very clean and organized. The room had everything needed. Had a decent view of the city. Downside is having to pay for WiFi and no breakfast included with the stay.
Nice hotel, great location and having a club room just added to the experience, Amazing.
Special thanks to Muhammad who put with my two boys at breakfast.
We were there to attend an event. They have a very poor customer service. Very poor. I left a small but very easy to find and retrieve item at the hotel. Every time I call, they connect me to a different uni. Customer service, lost & found, events & functions, ... I've left messages for each and asked to call me to give a description and none has called.
The service provided at this particular Sheraton was great. I travel for a living and visit hotels all around the world and this hotel is special. The front desk personnel are alway extra helpful and the club room is excellent. Nicole at the front desk was super nice and very helpful, even when I felt like i may have been a bit of a pain, she was always professional and made me feel welcome. The hotel staff working in the club room were equally friendly and so very kind. Tommy, in the club room, was especially nice and always had a smile. It was very nice to see a smiling face so early in the morning. What a great day to start my day. Thank you Sheraton staff!
Went for an event. Not very impressed with hotel or staff. Better hotels and food in the area for same price.
Amazing location in a very safe area surrounded with many Michelin stars restaurants and world wide known restaurant. Walking distance to everywhere. The room was tight but normal to new york city.
Great location, rooms are rather tight but then it's in n y times sq.
Very well located between times square and central park. Pretty lobby and rooms. Beds were on the hard side. Terrible elevator service. Long waits only to find that, when it finally arrives on your floor, it's completely full.
Great location by Central Park, subway station and Times Square. Room was fine. Stupid $30 per night resort fee for no resort amenities.
Great location and nothing else. I'm on the 6th floor and have to waste a lot of time to get the elevator. At reception people are standing in ques as it's not a 4 star hotel but a railway station.
Great location on 7th near Central Park and Broadway. Average hotel for tourists
Excellent service. Wonderful room. Awesome location.
I just passed through visiting friends who were attending a meeting, but the hotel was easy to get to, close to times square and other tourist spots, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful
Located in a great spot, near subway and walking distance to many shops!
Tiny room, leaking plumbing in the bathrooms (water in the floor from under the sink) the food is expensive and not worth it. However you are a short walk to central park and times square.
NO FREE WIFI. That is a lie. Its only available in the lobby, not in the hotel rooms. Its $15 per day for Wi-Fi.
Rooms were very small.
People were nice and hotel lobby was beautiful, but please go to another hotel where you get basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and have larger rooms.
The 4 star status if this hotel needs to be reviewed. This is a 2 or 3 star at best for its quality. I've stayed at comfort inns and holiday inns with better quality rooms, amenities, and service.
As we are SPG gold member I would expect at least a little more in terms of customer service. We stayed here for one night. When we checked in, the AC did not work. We called in to have it fixed, it doesn't seem it was fixed at all. So in the morning, we went to Hudson to grab something to eat, and to use our $25 destination fee, only to find piece of plastic in our food. Restaurant manager was really nice and accommodating and told us she will wave it, and also offered to bring something else from the kitchen. At this point our appetite is gone. So we went back to check out and told them what happen at Hudson, and they refused to wave $25 destination fee, as we were told that it was mandatory. After back and forth they finally waved it. Will not stay here anymore, but yes, location is great.
Went to attend a pharmacy event at one of their ballrooms. Very nice setting with great dinner service.
The location is good. Rooms are tiny as well as the bathroom. Extremely expensive anything so plan to spend money if you stay here.
The beds are extremely hard very uncomfortable. I'll pay more to stay elsewhere, primarily because the beds are horrible.
I loved this hotel! The location is great, couple blocks away from Times Square. My wife and I walked everywhere from here. I would
Recommend this hotel to visitors! I had a great view.
Wasn't bad; wasn't memorable. I did request to change rooms as I was placed next to elevators/ice room. The request was made after a few people went for ice noting the noise would most likely wake me. After room change it was pleasant (2 inch gap under my door let in noise; fixed with rolled up towel - room 719). Staff were exceptionally nice. It was a place to sleep quietly after spending most of my day exploring the city. Got a great deal on Hotwire!
Great location!
Check in staff could be in a better mood...
Stayed for business for one night. Solid hotel, clean courteous staff, higher end feeling. Would stay again
Very nice hotel with great location. Rooms could use some updating. Front desk could use more staff to decrease wait times.
Great service. The employees were attentive and really nice
Great location and good hotel. The price was right, and the room was about what you would expect in NYC. The service was the deduction of a star (would take much longer to get things and sometimes multiple requests) but overall was decent.
Very nice. Rooms updated. Good location to Times Square.
Terrible place will NEVER return. When I checked out I found out that someone had charged 157$ bar tab to my room. I do not drink and when i confronted the front desk about it I was told that they would take it off my bill because they do no checks to verify what room guest is actually in whatsoever. So anyone could walk in off the street and pay a room number and charge it to any room in the hotel. Then a month later I find I am again being charged for that same bar tab. How are you still a business?
The general manger should be a shame to charge working people $3000 for three nights to stay in this hotel around the Balldrop when rooms are only worth $250 during the year
Service was fine and the place was clean and comforting, but the overall selections of food and drink were lazily put together with zero focus on quality.
The hotel is fine but just watch how the rates change suddenly.
I overpaid by 30% because I booked 2 days too early.
I called Sheraton resv they said sorry we cannot help you. Really!!??
Not good business practice.
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is so comfortable! I love the place!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The service is impeccable. Even the house staff knew my name and wished me well each day. They went out of their way to accommodate me and any concern i had, like switching rooms on the first night due to loud neighbor. Location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!
Busy but very nice hotel. Rooms are small but very clean
Nice, clean hotel. Didn t have a problem with the elevators as many previously mentioned. Rooms are on the smaller side, however, it is NYC. Staff is nice and courteous, beds could be more comfortable. However, enjoyable stay! Loved the location (not too crazy like Hilton Times Square)
