The rooms are beautiful except no refrigerator and people are very helpful

The main reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the hidden charges ( Wi-Fi) , when I booked and paid in advance it was and still is clearly advertise that Wi-Fi is FREE , however I was charged for this service, also during the booking process I asked for a high floor with a nice city view, I got 5th floor , room 509 with the view of air conditioners motors.....otherwise the hotel is pretty nice and so close to all the action, between Central Park and Time Square

What a great place from check in to the club lounge. The rooms are great on the 50th floor lots of space in the suites. Love our view of Central Park. It s a great location with easy access to subway and walking distance to Time Square and Rockefeller Center. The service is great and the staff so friendly.

I stayed at this very busy hotel between the 16th and 18th July 2017. The hotel was very clean and very appealing. I originally stayed in the Upper West Side of New York city but transferred to this hotel because of all the shopping I intended on doing and it was a great move. A stone's throw away from Times Square and beyond. I found that the housekeeping staff were very helpful, polite, respectful and very attentive to details. At one point I thought that I had lost my phone which had my credit and debit cards in the case with the phone and I was running around panicking but the staff were very helpful and kept an eye out. It turns out that my phone had slipped in to a pocket within another pocket in my suitcase - needless to say that it was quite funny for both myself and the staff. I had read that the lifts (or elevators as they are known in the USA) were recently upgraded and that the system was flawed and slow but I had no problems at all..the lifts were fast, never took too long and wee always clean. All in all..I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I have nothing bad to report in regards to my stay. Keep up the good work!

Rich is also good, close to Times Square, there are many Japanese food shops around. The hotel is also beautiful.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect walking distance to times square and Central Park. Rooms are typical New York size, but were clean and comfy. Will stay here again!

I only walked in to charge my phone and deliver an order. The staff was very nice to me though so I would say they are a pretty nice hotel!!!

Crazy hotel in the middle of Manhattan. Spacious lobby with also shops and bars. large rooms you need, comfortable beds and proper cleaning. Some rooms have a nice view a little less.

Standard Sheraton Hotel. Nice atmosphere as you enter a very large lobby. Central to several major tourist spots but not the best for business travelers.

Super noisy. Outdated style. There is no place to sit during breakfast in the club room. If you are not a first time tourist is not the best location either. Good Gym though!

The hotel does a little maintenance, and its internet service never served, some tv channels. They had no sound. And the attention was very bad for me, not to mention that they have a restaurant that doesn't give you access to one you pay for

Rooms are nice and in a central location. Please check your bill. We were overcharged and it took almost an hour to resolve the problem. Missed our lunch reservation which they care nothing about. Customer service should be a higher priority.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel is really one of the best hotel in which a have been. I was there on a 2 days event with my company and we had lovely time. The staff working in the hotel are doing there best to make you feel home. The food and drinks are amazing. The hotel rooms are big and they are always clean. Good job and thanks you for the great time. See you next time.

Smells like rose water in there, and thier food is at its finest:)

The room is a little small but the bed is really comfortable

I stayed 7 nights at the Sheraton on a business trip to NYC in May 2017. I stayed on the "Club Floor", which allowed access to the Club Lounge for free breakfast and evening h'orderves, as well as free WiFi (which is otherwise $16/day). The breakfast food was decent but not amazing (decent pastries and bagels (wide selection), scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit). The h'orderves included a pretty good cheese and cracker selection, fruit and veggies. Not a good meal substitute, but if you just need a bite, it works well.

The rooms are okay, but not great, in terms of comfort and quality. Not as comfortable as I would expect given the price, but it is NYC, after all.

The location is excellent, an easy walk to most of central Manhattan, and transit access is good. Times Square is only a few blocks away, as is Central Park.

The hotel is working on updating the elevators, which caused significant congestion and delay during peak use times.

The bathroom could have used some routine maintenance, but the water pressure and availability was good.

I did not utilize the fitness facility.

Hotel staff service was good, friendly and efficient.

Overall, the hotel seemed like a good value for the service and comfort given prices in Manhattan.

Great hotel , very close to Times Square . We could easily fit in 2 full beds room with a family of four. The hotel is accessible and has a great gym with nice restaurant

Huge hotel like others at NYC. Nice rooms but service and elevators were not cooperating during my stay! Long lines to get the elevator that seems to be "intelligent elevator".

Ballroom was great for large event. Great service, good food and nice ambiance.

Bathrooms were not clean upon our check in, we had to call housekeeping twice until they finally got rid of the mess in the toilet that was left for us to see from the previous occupants.not too shabby forma $350 a night hotel ....

Nice hotel I am one of those exhibitioners for promoting an art. The hotel is big. Restroom also clean and large. Made you feel comfortable. I like here.

The lobby and overall facilities were nice. The room was a bit dated though. It could use new windows and a new air conditioner. But everything else was clean and nice. The staff wasn't very friendly but they were fast and effective.

The room service were superb and although the food there was average, they made it up with their kind service

The rooms were nice but the check in was not good. Took forever for the rooms to be ready and they never called to tell us when they were ready. The People at the bag check were great. The elevator system is confusing and not clear about if the car was on its way up or down. The elevator wait times were from 1-15 mins to go up or down. Also overheard a woman who said her friend was stuck in the elevator for 45 mins, this is just overheard not sure how true it was but I'm not supprised.

Clean hotel, friendly service. Check out was a bit of a wait but that is because I didn't want express check out.

Rooms are small but well kept. Sheraton club room is awesome. Elevators are garbage though.

Very helpful staff, found us a hotel nearby with vacancy at 1 am after we were stuck without lodging and they were full. I have stayed there before this for a professional event, elevators are fast and rooms are clean, no issues there.

Inessa is the best. Great customer service! The room was a little small but Inessas customer service out powered that fact.

3 stars because first I got a dirty room with broken toilet sit. Second room was just dirty... Seems like that their cleaning standard is not great. Good location if you are looking to stay in Time Square area

The concierge desk was extremely helpful in directing me to nearby bus, and the other services desks did a good job of directing me to the concierge. The staff at the Sheraton is very professional, courteous, and kind.

This place is convenient and beds are comfy but it's very tired and needs a refurb. Breakfast really wasn't great and was expensive. Only are there once in the 3 days I stayed.

Bell boy kind of ignore us when getting down from a Uber and unloading luggages. Responded rudely when I tried take the cart to move our luggages.

Coffee packs, bottle water were all missing when checked in.

Bathroom was never cleaned properly.

However Reception staffs were very friendly and worth 5 stars on their services

It s even less than 1star, we have 3 ppl and they gave us 2 Twins bed?????? I asked the front desk they were not helping at all. Super disappointed, and feel frustrated at the first day of visit.

I only stay a night each time I come to NY, but there has never been a problem. Rooms are spacious, and the wifi reliable.

Attended Flamecon at this hotel, very clean and vibrant, with attentive staff.

The location is great, right by the subway, and their rooms are modern with great views. However, I'm not a fan of their club lounge on the ground floor; their food options are relatively poor, especially for being in the heart of New York. And it's absolutely ridiculous that they charge $4/item to have luggage held upon checkout.

Great service! Had a few minor issues about our room which weren't noticed until the second day but the woman at the service desk, Jade, listened to the minor issues and recommendations and she instantly corrected them by whipping us up a new room. Jade was genuinely interested in what we had to say and provided outstanding customer service. So far our stay has only been one night but I am confident if anything, issues or otherwise, arrise they will get taken care of very siftly.

Was told I could upgrade for free to a higher floor and bigger room... it was anything but. This hotel has a great lobby but is very hit or miss on the rooms. Will not stay there again.

We feel very good in the hotel, privileged location, but checking my visahome, I find an expense of 77,09 usd, since we do not consume anything and we do not know to what corresponds that expense !!!.. When I wanted to check out, a staff told me to leave it in a mailbox and I could never do the paperwork with the receptionist. They asked me for the credit card when I checked in, how it is usually done in all the hotels in the world, in case I used something or to make a call, but I never made the announcement. It surprises me!!!

Rooms were clean with adequate space. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a few short blocks from Times square, Broadway and Central Park attractions. Hotel bar and restaurant were pricey, but that seems to be the standard for that area.

The Sheraton is elegant and in a bustling part of town. The hotel itself has great amenities and restaurants.

Just not impressed with the hotel, staff, etc. Just an underwhelming experience overall
