Very good and clean rooms. Amazing location few minutes away from tines square. Restaurant and bar have good food and beverage. The only thing its very noisy.

Nice room, good location, crowded lobby and elevators

Nice location and room! Only two stars because 1. the room key did not work in the last day. had to either go back to lobby or call security; 2. called security, who had a BAD attitude.

Great Hotel. Good placement for Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, Subway and many other points if interest. Staff were lovely. Rooms were comfortable and adequate. No shower caps in the bathroom which is unusual. Beds comfy. Didn't eat in the Restaurant or have breakfast so can't comment on this area.

I was there for a convention so I was not in any of the guest rooms. The public areas were well tended and the staff were polite and helpful.
