Huge room with beautiful view, friendly staff and convenient all around.!

Great hotel in the Cotai strip, large good rooms, good pools and food, a great spot to enjoy macau strip.
Great huge casino inside.

Very convenient hotel. Located in the very heart of Taipa. Easy access to everywhere. Connection bridge to Venetian.
Easy transportations.. taxi, free bus, public transport and hotel limousines.
The hotel is in three connected buildings with 4 hotels management. St. Regis, Conrad, Sheraton and Holiday inn.
All-in-one place. You can find pretty much everything here.. shopping center, entertainments, theatre, concert hall, meeting & wedding halls, fine dining restaurant, Michelin stared restaurants, fast food, and of course Casinos!
We booked the 2 bedrooms suite. The room is clean, well decorated, spacious and nice views.
The room includes 2 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, 1guest toilet, 1small kitchen, 1pantry, 1private entertainment room, 1tv conner with sofa, 1 playing table, 1 dining table, big living area.
Good service. We enjoy our holiday here!

I had to queue up at reception for one hour waiting for check in.
Union Pay was not accepted for paying room deposit (and I did not bring my Master card/ Visa card), I had to pay $1000 cash. Fortunately, I just had enough for paying it. However, I did not have enough money for dinner.....

Very nice hotel except too many people in the lobby because of casino.

Check-in is very slow and basically has to line up for two hours.

This hotel has a large casino and can be moved from room to other hotels via a shopping center.
You can exchange Japanese yen at the casino corner, and don't worry about exchange because the rate is not bad.

Stayed here for two nights, the room was large and comfortable, but the quilt was a little stained, and the room service meal was delicious.

The room is big enough, there is a comprehensive shopping mall in the hotel, there is a food street, a whole window sill, just sit and watch the night scene.

Spacious and comfortable hotel! Online check-in is not possible and the Korean staff is very kind and helpful when the show time is over.

[Room Condition] I made a non-smoking room, but it smells in the hallway and the room condition is a little old, but it is clean

[Surrounding situation] Location was optimal because it was connected to other famous hotels and shopping mall

Took us a while and had to hike a fair bit to find the lobby. Lines everywhere. Had to line up for an unreasonable length of time just to check in. Massive line to check out. Got a good deal when we stayed there and the room was well decked out. I'll find a pic of the check in lines to post if I can be bothered.

Communication passage is connected to Venetian, Conrad, Holiday Inn and is convenient.

The room is good.. but the service is not so good... there are few things after the housekeeping

Just happened to run into a travel agency to make a special price, I will come to Sheraton for a day.
The front desk staff is very good! The room was large and comfortable. awesome!
The only downside is that there are a lot of people waiting in line to check in, and the staff is small, so wait a long time! Also, the self-check-in system does not support the registration of new identity cards in Hong Kong and expects to upgrade as soon as possible!

The price is good, the location is good, and it is comfortable to live.

Largest Sheraton in the world. It's huge. The room could be cleaner. Room carpet and bathroom has lots of stains. Service is friendly.

The swimming pool was not very big, but it was better to play than I thought. Outside the window, watch the fountain show at the next hotel at night haha Although the hotels are all attached, you have to walk a lot to see something

The price is cheap, but the check-in time is long and noisy because there are many Chinese people.

Although Sheraton is known as a five-star hotel in the center of Sands Cotai, the quality is only a small difference between the four-star holiday hotel and the difference. Therefore, under the premise of sharing the resort facilities, Sheraton does not see the advantage of the holiday.

Had a great stay here! No issues whatsoever and very friendly staff!

Overall wrong, the number of swimming pools is large but too thin, and it is suitable for swimming.
In fact, the hotel is too big for the hotel, and it takes ten minutes to settle down the building.

The people of Sheraton Grand was very courteous specially the Guest Relation Staff named Jetrix Pasamanero he s very accomodating in all our queries and needs. He s very equipped on his job. Superb! While his superior Josie Bilag whom attend our special request out of our expectations they impart a exemplified customer service. We felt very special as they give their extra mile without asking for it. Thank you for your exertion and sweetness.

On this,my husbands birthday was execute perfectly. It was amazing stay with the hotel.Im very touched how they prepared little surprise for my hubby. Would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends to stay on this hotel.
