Sheraton is already a good hotel. Not much to say. However, it was the customer service lady, Jeaselle, that made all the difference. Excellent and thorough service provided by her. She was patient and thorough with all our queries.

We love the place! The room was bigger than I expected but I still love it. Thank you. The line was long to check-in but we found a way. We'll treat this place the best place we've ever stayed! With a view of the Venetian, it is amazing! Thank you Sheraton Family!

An elegant hotel in a great place. An exceptional location.

Check-in was in line for an hour. I still have a brand name, but I'm missing from the beginning of the trip. I know that many people have made reservations, but there is no countermeasure.

A reasonably priced star hotel, located in the heart of Sands Cotai, has many different types of shops and restaurants.

Sands Hotel Group very close with Venetian and Parisian just walk with outdoor bridge ! The view was great!!!

Hi Lai Hotel Room facilities clean accommodation is very good Jinsha City connected shopping leisure ..... Convenient, the door to the left to see the 1/2 Paris Tower, to avoid the French unsafe look.

Fun here, the view and the hotel environment are OK. Only unfortunately the lobby is less sofa than the number of visitors.

A beautiful hotel. A branch from the Sands company which Marina Bay Sands, Singapore is a part of. Expect luxury when you step into this hotel. Obviously not as grand as the Venetian or Parisian the Sheraton hotel is a nice place to stay. Should you not feel comfortable with large hotel rooms that may be bigger then your room itself, the Sheraton has rooms that are just nice. There is room service everyday as well. However it is very hard to book a stay at these sands hotels as they specialise in casinos and you would probably stay there for the casinos.

There are many travelers who want to check in time.

Good hotel with great size. Our room has a good view of the water fountain at the Wynn Palace, which as a pleasure to look it. Check-in process was a little chaotic (only comparatively to Holiday Inns and Conrad) but this is forgivable since this hotel seems to be busier.

good. There are lots of things to see and lots of food.

The room is clean and comfortable. And there are shopping mall and casino downstairs. Also, the famous 'the house of the dancing water' is just nearby (walk for ten minutes).

I really wanted to give a good review but these people do not reply the emails. At the time of checking they used to get deposit some money and we have been told by them that the same would be refunded after 1 month of check out. It's already been three months, we have sent them several emails regarding the same and yet no reply has been received. This indicates such a poor service of you guys. Please respond or else I will take a legal action against you guys.

Convenient place to stay. Shuttle buses are always available during day and night time. The Venetian and Parisian is just across the street. Or you can just walk downstairs and find many shops on 1st to 3rd floor. I personally love the Taipa Old Village, which is walkable distance from the hotel, going through The Venetian's side walkway - with a cool outdoor travelator. You'll save around 35 HKD taxi fare too.

The location is ideal, with large shopping malls and casinos nearby.

The room was booked by business partner in Macau. I forgot to tell them I needed a smoking room so I asked the Macau business partner to change it. Hotel staff said it cannot be done. So upon check-in, I asked for a smoking room and it was arranged instantly. Why the fuss then? No shaving kit in the room. In the morning, I asked for one and the staff said it would be delivered in 15 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and called again. After another 5 minutes, it was delivered but the staff spoke mainland Chinese to me. Anyway, this made me late for a morning appointment. At 9:45 AM, we checked out. One of us left an identity document and it was discovered at around 12:30 noon. We headed back to the hotel and the staff returned it to us. Why not the hotel staff called our business partner in Macau to collect it? Why the hotel staff not calling us to collect it? What was the purpose of leaving our telephone numbers and email addresses when we checked in? This was not the normal service standard one could expect from Sheraton. Perhaps all the hotels in Macau are to serve mainland Chinese who would gamble and spend a lot of money and not people from other places of the world for business.

Check-in is so serious that even an SPG Member check-in takes more than an hour

Stay 3 nights in this hotel, the location is very strategic and there is a free bus from Taipa Ferry Terminal at Taipa bus station also on the Airport bus, the location of the hotel is opposite The Venetian and Parisian, I have a room with the venetian view, complete breakfast menu. came home there was no free bus because it was only at 10:00 in the morning, so we used taxy which was widely available in front of the hotel lobby

A quiet and quiet clubhouse with drinks and refreshments.

Gigantic Sheraton Hotel in the Macau "new town" in Cotai. Conveniently located next to the airport, en face of the Venetian, it features just about everything you would look for in a hotel. Gym, heated outdoor pool with Jacuzzi,etc. The SPG Club Lounge is bigger than regular Sheraton's breakfast areas. It's definitely worth a visit.

Rooms are spacious and a little bit old but nice and tidy.

High hotel of cospa which is not so high. . Holiday Inn, the meeting area is also connected temporarily. . The casino is a bit small for Macau but you can still enjoy it.

Very large hotel! Sheraton is the world's largest hotel, offering 4,000 rooms to Macau-based travelers with a well-developed gaming career. The dining room is not luxurious but clean and comfortable, the beds are soft and medium, and the internet service is excellent. Due to the large number of tourists, it takes about one hour to check in the housing, reminding travellers to arrange a leisure time.

Over priced - period. I would have much rather stayed at the Conrad next door... The suite we got was one of the smallest suites I've ever been in. We checked out the Sheraton Club too, and the experience was abysmal. Stale bread, drink selection was very limited (they ran out of vodka!), the bartender seemed to have no idea what he was doing (both little to no understanding of English AND Chinese, and/or just no idea how to tend a bar). I am not going to list ALL the other issues on here that disappointed us, but over all I would say they lack attention to detail. This is place is HUGE so be prepared to be "PROCESSED" - even the Gold/Platinum check-in area is larger than the main check-in areas I've been to at most other hotels and it was simply a zoo with long lines. I can only imagine how long we would have had to waited without status. We will definitely NOT be coming back here on our next trip to Macau.

We stayed here 9/21-9/23. I was a bit hesitant about this place when we were awoken by a pounding sound next door on Sunday. Granted, it was almost noon, so I guess it s normal that they re constructing (putting in new carpets) but I really would ve appreciated a heads-up.

The five stars goes to the guest services and manager Alrie who helped me avoid an embarrassing episode of not being able to board my flight. When I had only few minutes to spare, Alrie and another nice gentlemen stepped outside the hotel into the taxi waiting area, so that I could swoop up my passport and dash back to the airport. It was 7:40, and my gate closes at 7:55.

The guest services lady had kept me informed when my passport was recovered, and under my persistence told me Alrie would come wait outside. Thanks to this wonderful service team, I was able to make my flight. (Otherwise I would ve had to waitlist on the next flight which was delayed for 4 hours, or spend the night in the airport and pay a fortune the next day to fly back.) Thank you all! Would definitely recommend and feel safe staying here again!

Oh and bonus, the beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights.

Great hotel, casino PR accommodation, great room and dining, two-bedroom, two-bedroom suite, one person is a bit too big to live.

What a amazing 5 hotel with smart use of technology!

There are swimming pools, casino, and most importantly ...... but there are still 300 yuan gaming tables.

I stayed in an executive suite. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. There's plenty of free bottled water, and some free fruit provided.
The hotel is part of a huge resort complex with a shopping mall and casinos, and links with other hotels like the Venetian and Conrad, and you can get views of the Eiffel Tower.
I had access to the executive lounge too and enjoyed some excellent food and drink. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The gym was modern and well equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive!

Beautiful hotel with one of the most modern gym I've seen, with coaches, sauna and steam and great cleaning.

Add one extra to the early morning check-in room upgrade
I was really tired with the baby, but I felt comforted
Room service pizza is a bit disappointing.
It was a pity that there were only 2 beers in the room.
In addition, the room condition was good and the accessibility to the Sky Tower Mall was good.

Best hotel to stay with beautiful view and breakfast is very scrumptious,lavish meal which takes at least 45 min to 1 hr to enjoy your breakfast. There are three towers of hotels....near the reception there is also a showroom of Tesla cars and on level 2 is the shopping arcade. Shoes has lot of sale going on here. Rooms are very beautiful and spacious and two drinking water bottle are given complimentary to the guest. Key card is must while operating elevator.

I'm hooked. I'm connected to the Cotai Central.
Macau will surely come again

Good hotel. Located opposite the new Persian. The view from the window is amazing. Buffet above all praise! The room has a kettle and hairdryer. But alas, the marble floor in the bathroom is hell! Feet rush instantly.

The location is concentrated and convenient, because even if a few suns or lightning lightning hit the wind and rain, I am worried that I will go to the Venetian or the Parisian, because the channel can be directly passed by the Sheraton Hotel, it is true. Awesome

This place can get an award for the lamest service ! They send you 3 different persons and we wait half an hour for each drink we ordered. The Barbecue is a joke, you never get what you ask for, and they try to charge you for more that you get. JUST GO ELSEWHERE !

Waited for check-in for an hour at 2:15am. After 45 mins wait, the check-in staff said there s no more king size bed yet our booking clearly shows we booked a king size bedroom. Then he said there s no more normal rooms, they offered us a smoking room/ a room that the carpet is wet etc and we all refused. Anyway, by the time they finally gave us a room, it s 3:10 am. we got a suite but we r exhausted.

It is the most delicious of the fried rice Macau food that I have eaten in the Sheraton, but the fried rice which is the best among the ones that I have ever eaten is fried rice. Do you enjoy the fried rice? Dim sum is one of the things I tried. I called it fried beef. Drink 4 beverages recommended by the employee. Take 68. Apple juice.

It is a huge shopping area connected with hotel sheraton grand cotai central shoping arcade and Venetia. The area is coverd by good restaurants and casinos near to this there is a place qubic on 2nd level of this there is pub star of dreams.

The hotel was not perfect. The swimming pool was the worst. I wouldn't say there are swimmng pool in the hotel. There are few ponds in the hotel instead. You can't properly swim in there. They are for kids only. Also, there are so many leaves in the pool. You don't even want to go in there.

Also, we need to leave bond when we checked in. The bond was even more than the hotel room rate. It was so strange. The check in took us 45 mins which were not acceptable by a hotel chain. We have been other hotels in macau. Their check-in were much smoother than Sheraton.

If you have more budget on the hotel, go to five star hotels for better experience. Go to one at least have a standard swimming pool.

There are too many hotel rooms and too many people. The service simply can't keep up. Check in queued for 20 minutes and couldn't find my name. It turned out that its system turned my name to the left and never tried to book at Expedia; apparently there was a problem with the canal system. After another 20 minutes of fines, the feet were humble. The compensation is two hours late for check-out, and it is completely unnecessary. Up to the room, for a 5 star hotel, it is not a big room. The decoration is like a general business hotel, which is totally unworthy of 5 stars. There are many people in the hotel lobby, and the corridor is narrow; you have to turn left to avoid the crowd. It seems to go to the market. I heard that many people have breakfast and have to queue for a long time. I didn't expect to be on line at 10 o'clock on Monday. It took another 20 minutes to sit in. At eleven o'clock, the staff did not care and there were many guests. The rumbling pushes a big takeaway car and walks behind the guests. Obviously want to catch up. The pool and fitness room are very thin and not luxurious at all. In general, the service is not caring. Also can't keep up. Give the two stars exactly three words for the Sheraton, the rest.

Fine comparable with price. As normal, too many guests. But fine for swimming.
