Sheraton Macao Hotel - Cotai Central Review

It's a good hotel. Your location on the map is wrong. The hotel is straight across from the Four Seasons hotel.

The place is large, the room is large, the room is well equipped, the air conditioning is mild, the light is soft, the cleanliness is good, the average is good, the old one is acceptable, the free mobile phone is free, the mobile phone is borrowed, the entrance to the lobby is a bit mysterious, and the names of the seats are also difficult to remember!

Overlooking Parisian hotel, I was quite satisfied with my room. The room was also enormous compared with other hotels such as Parisian, Studio City and Boardway macau at which I have stayed earlier.

The price for room service was reasonable. We ordered a pizza and some snacks. The quality of which was fine, if not excellent.

Taking money and the quality of the hotel into consideration, I believe that Sheraton should come first, followed by the galaxy hotel

Studio city is the worst.

It is good to have a Korean staff.

A hotel with a high CP value. The rooms are large, clean and good service. Connecting nearby shopping malls and hotels, shopping and gambling are super convenient.

Comfortable environment, good service, only check in time is very long

Waiting in line to check in for twenty minutes and still at the same spot. It takes on average ten minutes per guest. Incredibly inefficient system.

The swimming pool is good and comfortable throughout the rooms. Wifi is good.

The bed is very sleepy and the location is excellent. It is very convenient to walk to the water dance room or go shopping and go to the casino. Accommodation here can also be called take-out, directly under the big TV at the door.

Check in from three in the afternoon to four o'clock
When I arrived, it would be better to say that the room was seven o clock.
It s strange that people can do this even more.
There is no place to arrange for people to wait.
I can only spend money to go to the cafe next door.

Calling at the front desk of the hotel, the marketing department has a poor attitude and is rude. In today's prosperous society, there are such staff in the hotel, personnel, management and training are also quite problematic...

Biggest Sheraton (in terms of number of rooms) in the world. The hallway not smelling good though: carpet seems dated. Lighting in the hallway not great. However, club lounge still amazing. Suite looks very homely! Totally recommend club suites!

I'll stay with you again. It's great because it's connected to the mall and food court. The location is good and it's connected to the Venetian or Parisian, so it's easy to access. Breakfast is also delicious.

Got a suite which was nice, and service was excellent as well. Only downside was the utter size and maze-like feel of the hotel (but that goes for every hotel in Macau)

We were told the Sheraton one of the biggest hotels in Macau, aside from that, there wasn t a wow factor for me. You definitely have to be okay with crowds and people loitering in at the entrance and the lobby. It can get frustrating manoeuvring through the groups of people and feel there were not enough staff to direct people to waiting areas or keep the flow moving. Checking in was a nightmare and lines/waits took almost an hour!! Our room was okay and our view was of a rooftop but we didn t mind as we knew we were going to be out most of the time. Location wise, it was awesome - right in the heart of the strip. Easy access to shopping malls as they were linked into the hotel. There are also free shuttle services from the boat terminal to the hotels too! Would probably stay in another hotel next time I visit!

Long queue at check in but only less than 50% of the check-in counters were manned. The kiosks for checking in didn't work for most of the reservations. People jumped queue and the security guard didn't do anything. Service is just totally sub-standard.

Worst service ever....it's more of like self-service hotel. Short of staffs for sure. Everything takes forever including checkin at Spg gold/platinum desk. There are better ones around there to choose from for sure.

Huge property with massive gaming of Pacific and Himalayan - Casino ... Hotel rooms were also good ... It's interconnected with another Huge and Best Hotel and World Biggest Casino - the Veniciah ....

A type outlet used in Japan and the US can be used without conversion tap. Wired / wireless LAN available. There is no mini bar in the room. The bathroom is divided into a bathtub and a shower room. Strong water pressure. There is advance information that there is a bar, but for general guests there is only a lounge in the lobby. Check out smoothly with a PC installed at the reception desk. Be aware that the porter in front of the taxi does not tell the driver where to go. The customer base is bad.

Few rain. 5 star hotel boasting 4000 rooms. So there are a lot of cheaper rooms with promotions.

The facilities are very good and reasonably clean, but check-in took us 35 minutes! I believe the check in process can be streamlined somehow, as I had never been in a hotel that has a long queue to check in!

Waiting for 20 minutes at the hotel check in at 4:45 pm, the lobby is oversized! The room is big, but a bit old, the room has a USB plug and fork, the most intimate is in the room, there is a mobile phone that can access the Internet, to take out the street for the guests, this phone can call the Internet and send Wi Fi, give my mobile phone . There is a 10% discount on the room card in the hotel group's food, and you can join the SPG in the hotel lobby. There will be 8 discounts at the hotel restaurant.

It's a great hotel and resort with very good foods, nice suites, excellent services. Professional staff. Business owners mostly use this place for meetings/conferences. It's also has a casino so you can press your own luck. Many good shows with musical entertainment. Good price for room.

I like the luxurious facilities and comfortable bedding. Bedding is one of the best used hotels. Soft, moderate weight, not cold or hot. Swimming pool is fine, and facilities are satisfactory. WiFi is available in most areas of the hotel and most of the staff are friendly (you may feel blunt and unfriendly, but it is kind), next door Water show in City of Dreams

The room is clean, and the location is so good that it is 5 stars.
The reason why I gave the best score among these reasons is by far the view. However, I was too busy at check-in time so I was in line for more than 2 hours and my leg was very sick. If you are staying in Shiraton, please go ahead and check in early.

Fine snacks, the price in the casino is high, so you can choose it well, the soup bag is very push, there are 8 kinds of noodle types.

You can stay at the hotel for Christmas holidays, and queue up to get a room for more than an hour, that is,> 70 minutes.

The underground mall restaurant is delicious.
Never trust the buffet.

The check-in takes a long time, but I chose this because of the low price.

The check-in time is longer, but the rooms are large and clean.

Many of the advantages of the Taipa Sheraton should be worthy of a five-star rating, but there are serious shortcomings that need to be seriously improved. If you don't improve your individual, you can only give a two-star rating.

Serious disadvantages:
As a mega-hotel with 4,000 rooms, during the peak holiday check-in (1 pm - 4 pm), even if the hotel does its best to open all check-in counters in advance, guests still need to wait in line for more than two hours. Two hours waiting for two hours is a loss of twelve days! Seriously affect the itinerary!

But the advantages should also be praised:
1 Restaurant buffet breakfast food is very rich and quality, and will be arranged to enter the venue, do not have to worry about the location being preempted.

2 The price of the room is reasonable and the overall price is clean.

3 24-hour fitness room, ready to enjoy.

4 There are no other hotels in the design of the Jinshacheng Center and the shopping malls. The shopping is relatively comfortable.

fantastic service and strategic location. sheraton casino is far more accomodative in terms of slot machines. if you are not hardcore gambler, sheraton casino is your choice. it is also well connected to venetian, parisian, holiday inn, conrad, cotai shoppes and has a food court. at price of 1000/- hkd per night, its a steal

Lovely room, comfy bathroom, great view. Only thing else I would like is more towels. Still have yet to try out all the facilities but having a good stay so far.

However, it is not to be accepted, and it is not acceptable to be high. The hotel has Panyu for many years and is somewhat dilapidated, and the service is OK.

Suites are great. wide. I can see the Win Palace fountain show in the room. I also offer a bath salt. I also have six capsules of coffee. There are three TVs in the living room, one in front of the bed, and one in the living room. But it's only Korean channel KBS world.

Nice hotel in central location, convenient shuttle bus at the door..

I stayed at Hongdi Building this month. There is no so-called handy phone in the room. I asked the service staff that I have cancelled the service. I don t know if it is the relationship between the room type or the reason. Because the Internet crawling text says that there is no network. Feel very inconvenient

Very good hotel. Pretty large room and good service

The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The service was great, from front desk and room cleaners. They always provide just 2 towels so we had to ask one more for our child. The swimming pools are plenty and not too deep, so perfect for families with small kids. They also sell inexpensive swimming outfit if you happen to forgot them. They have nice, expensive restaurants as well as decent price restaurants and McDonald + Starbucks. BTW, the food court is ok, cash only or Macau Pass or AliPay. The Venetian food court has more choices but it's way more crowded than Sheraton's. They have nice selection of shops, the not too expensive and expensive ones. There is a role play game area - the Planet, where you get an electronic scroll book and you use it to solve puzzles/activities on each room. The only cons - the hallway smells pretty bad, it caused them 1 star from my review. Tips: get their Sands membership card for discount on the restaurants through out their group.

I took my mother to stay at Sheraton Hotel again on 2-3/9/2018,
Feel comfortable, the room is sanitary and well-lit;
We are celebrating my mother s 90th birthday and visiting relatives and friends this time.
The hotel s concierge specially presents birthday cakes.
We are very surprised and thankful for the arrangement.

In the past, we visited relatives in Macau every year,
Have stayed at Sheraton several times,
Feel comfortable and kind every time.
We will visit again in the future.

It's so popular, so there are so many people, check in to wait for the first time to go to the room.

Feeling very bad, this hotel checked in from four o'clock in the evening, there is no room to stay, we waited for a long time, there is no compensation to make up for the no-stay, I think they are inertia deliberately dragging, not necessarily oversold We are very disappointed. The first time I decided to give them a star, because I really waited for a long time.

A very good experience in Sheraton. Great room and great service. Quite at night. Not like other casino which is very near between casino and hotel room.

The floor of the guest room is well insulated with thick carpets. The room is spacious and comfortable. It also provides a mobile phone that can be taken out of the city. The service is also very good and I like it very much.
