It was a very satisfying place to enjoy my first trip to Macau. The acquaintances were very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, so I asked for the non-smoking floor and the Eiffel view. I was comfortable with the Korean staff Joletta Cheong who took care of the request. It was better to be in a good location to get to and from Cotai. The luggage storage service was comfortable before and after check-in, and the staff were friendly.

Hotel room is sizeable , breakfast place is too crowded but if you are a Spg member who can enjoy the lounge , breakfast there is lot better

Great bed. we recovered our bodies after many trips. . The size is good, not as big as other but offer everything as others.

Stayed here while I was attending a conference in Macao, lovely environment, with lots of entertainment, excellent breakfast as well, except the queue can be quite long

Spectacular hotel for all events. Sheraton s rooms are beautiful, great beds, bath, TV etc. Huge ballroom with several other conference rooms for breakout sessions. High quality power point projector displays at all places.

I signed up for membership and checked in without a line
I went to Studio City for a similar price.
Overall, it feels like an old hotel?
The view was also poor, I could only see the empty field.
I just regretted staying at Studio City.

Spacious room with excellent service and cleanliness. We have access to the lounge too and the food was great! Highly recommended for those who are going to Macau.

I booked a four-person room, but said that there is no room for four people, it is an extra bed for a double room.

Although I would like to say that it is a Sheraton, it is a place like a one-rank down compared to other countries' Sheraton.
The condition of the equipment (especially around the water), the condition of the overall cleaning, the fullness of the amenities, etc., I feel a little dissatisfied with the price.
However, I think that the bad point never stands out but it is a good hotel.

The front desk has an atmosphere mainly for check-in only and lacks some hospitality.
It is good that there is a bus that travels from the airport to each hotel, but the guidance and display are weak and unfriendly.
I think that speed checkout is good, as checkout returns the key to the box.

The room started to be a bit old, SPG members can only delay the check-out time, can't upgrade a bit disappointing, other rules are fine, anyway, it is not expensive, that is, the service of the buffet is a little worse.

Regardless of each employee, the attitude is first class. The facilities are perfect and the environment is comfortable. Worth staying again.

Every time I take the elevator to the room, it is full of serious smoke, which is not the case in Continental hotels. It feels bad.

After checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. It took me 10 minutes to find my luggage. I never tried to wait for so long to get a piece of luggage.

The room is okay, but it is definitely not a 5-star series, and one of the main lights in the room is broken, I am too lazy to call the counter

The room is clean, has everything that we needed. Service is good. I would like to point out one thing that impressed me the most - It was my mother birthday while we were staying at this hotel. The staff from the hotel went above and beyond to send my mother a birthday note and a cake to our room, which was a surprised to us. We truly felt loved and welcoming. We really appreciated it. Staffs were very kind and helpful and room was nice and clean. But my room was one of the connected room,so I can hear noises from next room very clearly. And, too crowded.

The staff were very attentive. Though they have 4000 rooms combined, the staff are always on a lookout to assist guests. The ladies in red were wonderful. Whoever we came across they were smiling and assisting us all the way through.,. We will definitely return to stay again in the future.

Gorgeous and comfortable international hotel, surrounded by popular tourist attractions, free shuttle bus routes, there are buses nearby to other tourist attractions, self-help tour is very convenient!

Went here for christmas holiday. Hotel was very busy, we had to queue for around 100metres to check in. Luckily we got family priority check but still took almost 1 hour for the check-in process. Staff were very nice but i could see they were understaff. Hotel was very nice with big casino and connected with shopping centre and foodcourt

The reservation was canceled and I found the reservation after 3 days. If you book a club room, the main breakfast is not available for breakfast only. Lounge Breakfast is not bad but you do not expect much.

I had a wonderful time in Macau and my stay at the Sheraton was the icing on the cake.

worst hotel ever. very bad service, keys don't work, room service took hours, poor wifi connection. was trying to catch a flight they told me running because it may leave a mark on their floor
