The room is clean, has everything that we needed. Service is good. I would like to point out one thing that impressed me the most - It was my mother birthday while we were staying at this hotel. The staff from the hotel went above and beyond to send my mother a birthday note and a cake to our room, which was a surprised to us. We truly felt loved and welcoming. We really appreciated it. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends and family when they come to Macau,
