Sheraton Macao Hotel - Cotai Central Review

The equipment is a bit old, but still has a certain level

We stayed in the Sky Tower. Rooms are clean and cozy and we loved foods here.

My first experience at Sheraton, it was great seeing this property. Excellent service and beautiful Room. Just love this place.

Checking In was a breeze thanks to Ms.Karen,Ms.Amber and the friendliest ground staff Mr.Teddy Wee.

Rooms were comfy and the housekeeping team were ever pleasant.

Great location as well on the Cotai Strip.

An amazing place to get a real feel of Macao and its casinos. Well connected with the Parisian and Venetian Macao to gain access to the casinos there. The rooms and room service were one of the best I have come across. Among other things you must do while visiting this place are visit to Panda zoo and BungyJumping from Macao Tower.

The room is big and new. But the lobby is poor. But hey.

One of the nicer hotels but the walk to the rooms can be long.

I book the hotel via casino homepage. However, after I input the date and number of guest, the homepage direct to SPG homepage. And I did not acknowledge the homepage had reset my input. Those action induced me booked the wrong date. I acknowledge those issue on the date of actual arrival. The hotel did not recognise there mistake, need me book again and charged me no show. Those price and experience was terrible. I would never stay again in Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel.

The price of the reservation is OK, there is no surprise in the room, the room is partial, the TV program in the room is small, and the best is the service attitude.

In general, check in 5pm first, non-holiday for 1 hour and 45 minutes...

The general manager of the hotel was impressed by the kindness of guiding guests in front of the club room. It is kind. The deluxe suite king room was good in room condition, bathroom was large, rooms were wide and hall was wide, so there was not a shortage of teams that came together in one room. The service was good and the food was also satisfactory, but there was a problem with the electricity facility.
It seemed like there was a bad outlet or a light bulb that did not come on, but it was not uncomfortable and generally satisfactory.

Good service, good location, it is very convenient to go shopping, you can connect to many places. The scenery outside the window is seen by the Parisians, and the dazzling lights at night are super beautiful.

Shop new, big, comfortable.
It only takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to check in at 3:00 pm, so you don't have to wait for check in at night. Everyone pays attention to check in time.

Rooms are big and tidy, I chose the deluxe room with king bed for around usd$110 included tax. Inside the room, it wasn t very fancy, but it gives what you reasonably expect for this price in Macau. Like the shower head is the traditional one without massage pane.
And the interior design is alright.
Transportation can be better, it wasn t so convenient to travel to the city center

Great hotel if you are coming from the western side of the world. Large rooms, nice TV with a few English channels including discovery and national geographic. Stocked mini bar but with beer only - any hard liquor has to be purchased elsewhere...

Since the Sheraton is part of the Sands group... The following hotels are all connected on the second level with a walkway: Sheraton, The Parisian, The Venetian, Conrad, Holiday Inn, and Four Seasons...

It doesn't really matter where you stay as each hotel is connected and all share the same food courts, shopping at The Shoppes, etc...

Two issues which were probably only localized however need to be addressed:

A. The shower in our room was broken, with a massive leak that resulted in the actual speed having really low water pressure - as we were only there for a short time we didn't bother changing rooms as it was not worth however a hotel as new as this shouldn't have these types of issues.

B. There was construction happening in the Earth Tower, which began promptly at 730 AM and for those wishing to sleep in could definitely be an issue. We stayed from Sept 22-24, 2016.

The staff provide good service, the rooms are clean, there is a shuttle bus to many places.

We had a great experience, excellent service and comfortable room. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the washroom had mildew in the corners.

The high-rise view is very good. The bathroom has a large space and the quality of the shampoo is normal. Service is good, there is a car to the hotel at Taipa Pier.

The Sheraton Hotel in Sands City is much better than the quality of the Holiday Inn. I have stayed at both hotels

Great location, clean room, good service. First and foremost, I have never been into a Sheraton in Asia. I have stayed in a lot of Sheraton in north America and I can say, this Sheraton is definitely look nicer, the room is pretty clean and have a great view. They also have great service, the people there are energetic, friendly and helpful. Would recommend stay in this hotel if you visit Macau

Worst ever. The smell of mold. I'll change the room.

It was a room that can be stayed with two adults and two children, but it is tough in the semi-double 2 to the point.
As there are many rooms, it takes time to check in. But there is also a pool, and the price is reasonable.
Location is good, too.

I came back in a year. I tried to go to another hotel, but I chose the breakfast and dinner package.

The couple and the 8-year-old youngest made a reservation for a total of 3 people.

Of course, I paid more money for breakfast and dinner.

Check-in at the hotel takes more than an hour, the same as it was a year ago. Spg is also meaningless.

Taipa's largest room, don't you want to hire more staff?

However, the meal is reserved for only two people, and they pay one more person.



If you add the additional amount for breakfast and dinner when making a hotel reservation, this is the amount that you can eat 10 plates of 70~100hkd menu at the food court on the 3rd floor.

It's not common sense at all and I feel like I'm cheated.

It's embarrassing to contact the travel agency you booked. I booked a room with 3 people and paid more, but is it common sense that only 2 people will pay for the meal?

If it is not free for 3 people, the travel agency will give you a refund and ask you to bring your receipt.

If you are planning to use Sheraton, we recommend that you make a reservation without breakfast.

There is one restaurant, the waiting time is too long (photo), and the food is hard to expect and noisy.

There are more than 10 restaurants in the food court on the 3rd floor, and they are cheap.

The food court of the Venetian hotel, which is connected to the hotel's second floor by a passage, is much better.

This hotel seems to target Chinese people who can't see Google.

Next time I come to Macau, I will choose a hotel in the city, not Taipa.

You can travel for free by taking the shuttle bus between hotels.

Excellent location with free ferry and airport shuttle. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

Very nice hotel, nice room, nice room view, friendly front desk staff (SPG Counter), connected to the Venetian / Holiday Inn / City of Dreams by walking distance.

Solid hotel. Recognized platinum status and allowed us to use their beautiful lounge. The building is HUGE. Without platinum status, the wait to check-in can be very long.

Gym facilities was top notch, as seen in pictures. Definitely one of the nicest Sheratons.

It's a good hotel with nice room and comfortable bed, big bathroom with bath rub in it and clean. However the check in process is a pain in the arse especially if you're traveling with old folks and babies! Their so called family priority lane, I was queuing for nearly 90 mins to get my check in done. Gosh, will not return to this hotel again if I were to visit macau again. The rest are all fine, there's a good Koufu Kopitiam upstairs level 4 if I'm not wrong. Which is a good place to have meals at reasonable rate.

It was on the thirtieth floor, but the view was cut but the room was smaller than I thought.

I spent two nights during my trip and overall I had a very satisfying experience. I checked in at dawn on the first day and upgraded my room and spent an unforgettable night in the suite. I was very happy to stay in another hostel and then come back to Macau for a second stay, where my family can check in and upgrade to a nice view room. It is recommended for a family of 4 with a student in a clean, moderately sized family room. Just like any other hotel, there is a ferry terminal and shuttle bus to the airport for easy access.

Check in To queue for more than 1 hour, very ordinary hotel equipment is old. The pool is very boring. 1500 Hong Kong dollars No breakfast. It is impossible to visit again.

Superb hotel, luxurious rooms and excellent breakfasts

Staying today, a terrible experience, two double-double rooms in SPG, 4 people staying, into the room scared, only 2 extra single beds, 2 people's spare parts. After reacting with the front desk, after 1 hour, they indicated that they only had such a room. In half an hour, an extra bed was given, and the spare parts were still insufficient. . . . . I wasted 1.5 hours, and the problem still remains unsolved. It is not a star-rated hotel service. Booking information is all reference, the hotel will not provide services. Be careful when booking.

The room is comfortable and open to the south. The restaurant and all kinds of food are complete.

Gotta wait for an hour for check in, anothet hour for dinner buffet, gosh.

First time staying in this hotel and it was nice. it does not have a wow factor for me as there was a long queue just for checking in, there were too many counters and some staff were just standing handling different things rather than assisting guest.
But overall experience,the room was big and bed is soft. All you need from a hotel room is included.

A little cheaper than the surrounding hotels.
However, the crowded breakfast restaurant is amazing.
If you can afford it, you want to stay in a category where you can use the club lounge.
The view from the 8th floor pool from the evening is reasonable.

Amazing! This hotel and shopping complex itself is not so special compared to the other luxury hotels.But we can enjoy amazing view of Parisian and Vientian from the room. This location is also very convenient.

There is a casino on the first floor. There is no problem even if the toilet and smoking area are clean and Japanese.
There are many Chinese people, but there was no particular problem.

It felt like there was a smell of cigarettes in the lobby of the hotel. Overall it was okay, but it was the next day at Parisian.
