It's a good hotel with nice room and comfortable bed, big bathroom with bath rub in it and clean. However the check in process is a pain in the arse especially if you're traveling with old folks and babies! Their so called family priority lane, I was queuing for nearly 90 mins to get my check in done. Gosh, will not return to this hotel again if I were to visit macau again. The rest are all fine, there's a good Koufu Kopitiam upstairs level 4 if I'm not wrong. Which is a good place to have meals at reasonable rate.
