I used the shuttle service to the airport.

Solid Airport hotel. Good food and local craft brews.
Excellent Place to stay for a couple of night . When flying out of DFW you can leave your car in parking lot and a shuttle will take you to and from Airport
Event hall was amazing, very large group was at event.
The bartenders were a bit rude, and the front desk was a bit slow....but it's all about those great beds!
The food was horrible prices for everything too expensive was there for an event you would have the food would have been edible but it wasn't I barely ate anything
Nice location next to the airport! Gym is great as well!
Ok first I will say that only in a few times I give five stars, but in this case they earn them, room was awesome real clean the amenities were what I need the people here real nice, so there's just one thing to say, money well spent.
I was on hold for 20 minutes wanting to make a reservation for 11 rooms. If I was not part of an event at this hotel I would have hung up a long time ago and booked at another hotel. The first person who answered the phone after a 10 minute wait totally ignored me when I told her I had been on hold for 10 minutes and would have hung up and called another hotel. No apology or any response. She just transferred me to another department who left me on hold also.
The conference center is very spacious. The hotel is a bit dated in decor, but well maintained. Some rooms are not as clean as the others.
The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Very friendly people at the front desk.
Comfortable and clean room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was amazing. Very close to airport.
Checkin was rather tedious. I think the Sheraton Marriot merger is causing some chaos. Otherwise, the hotel was clean. Shuttle service existed.
We went to watch a ballroom dancing competition, and it was very nice.
Conference center and lobby were nice. Rooms felt cramped and dated. Not a room for more than 2 people.
Disappointed for the price I paid. Hotel was very short staffed. One person working the bar and he was NOT a bartender. Waited in line almost 30 min and my margarita was terrible. Also, windows need to be cleaned.
Friendly staff. Located about 5-10 minutes from food, etc.
This hotel offers a solid lodging choice when needing to stay near the Dallas / Fort Worth airport..A few minor quirks led to the 4 star rating...but no major issues to knock it out of the running...I would stay there again of in the area.
First of all, the website mentions a free shuttle service to all guests. What they fail to mention is that if you have a flight arriving later in the evening (I landed at 10:30 pm) then you will be on hold for 30+ minutes and eventually have to call an Uber to get to the hotel. My call was ignored multiple times and I was on hold a ridiculously long amount of time. Thankfully there was an Uber driver nearby. Unthankfully, I paid $16 to go 4 miles that could have been avoided if the hotel shuttle service followed through with their "24 hour service" all the time. Secondly, I booked a room in advance for a KING sized bed. What I received was a room with 2 queen beds. I was not notified of this at check-in and found they put me in the wrong booking room when I arrived to my room. Luckily for them I was too exhausted from traveling 24 hours at this point to deal with the matter and just went to sleep. Third, at check-out, the man at the counter was extremely rude to me. He told me I owed a certain amount of money for my room but I had told him that my card was charged online when I made the reservation to begin with. He had a small argument with me about how I was wrong. I showed him my statement and he had already charged me twice at this point. He told me one of the charges would drop and I will just be left with one. I am watching my statement to see if this is true. Fourth, I was offered NO assistance in helping me with my bags until I was outside and the shuttle driver took them. This is very rude considering I'm a 120 lb petite female with 2 oversized bags. I will not be returning to this establishment if I am ever in the Dallas/Fort Worth area again.
I didn't stay here, but was in one of the conference rooms. It looks nice and updated. The restaurant was also pretty good for breakfast.
This is a clean Hotel spacious in the lobby and lots of TVs.. nice to host meetings
Don't do the hotel parking. Had to wait over an hour and then managed was ok with it
Pretty standard airport hotel with parking for guests.
This was a very nice atmosphere. The gentleman that checked me in asked if I wanted the airport side or city side. I told him to choose and he said the airport side is great. I have to agree. I loved looking at the sunset on that side and got great pictures. Also, the restaurant has great food and the breakfast was wonderful. Would love to come visit again.
Lady at reception was very nice and friendly.. we lost our fly and my mom was on pain very bad so the first thing we want is get our room and rest. Our room was very nice and clean thank you !!
Front desk is always amazing to me, I deliver to this hotel regularly and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful
The room developed a smell they couldn't get rid of, and the restaurant was expensive. The room was clean and the spaces were nice.
Good hotel. Close to the airport and good shuttle service. Restaurant staff slightly disinterested but fine other than that.
I had a very comfortable bed, the black out curtains were very effective too. I was disappointed that there weren't any accessable electric outlets near the bed to charge the phone with. I was also disappointed that the only microwave in the hotel was in the restaurant. I got in late and the restaurant was closed, which means the micro was hard to find and all the lights were out.
The room was pretty good, and the staff was friendly, over all, it was a good stay. Overall, there were a few bumps, temp, loud people, but it all got taken care of, and I was able to enjoy my stay
Nice place to stay when they don't jack the prices up.
Standard airport hotel. Clean and close to the airport
Nice and clean, lots tv, large bar, friendly place.
The location is very good and the ballroom is spacious. The outside foyer of the ballroom is perfect for food and entertainin.
Good hotel near the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from airport. The air condition is kept very low and it is very cold in lobby and initially in the room. Overall, food at the on-site restaurants was good.
Clean comfortable rooms. Convient shuttle to airport (15min ride).
Decent basic Sheraton Hotel. No surprises. Good condition with adequate facilities.
It's a clean beautiful hotel. The lobby is spacious and there is always plenty of people at the reception
Poor check in experience. Old room with cheap/limited furnishings. Lounge basic with few options. Staff average.
The staff was more than friendly and completely accommodating. The hotel was clean, the rooms were very comfortable and well placed. I was there for a symposium and I heard no complaints about the hotel or the service. Job very well done Sheraton DFW.
One of the nice 5 star hotel with eye soothing view.
Clean, quiet and close to the airport. Also offers 24hr shuttle service to and from the airport.
It was fine. Rooms kind of small, but other than that, fine.
Its a wonderful place, the only miner thing I noticed was although the bathroom looked clean and well kept the stalls inside walls didn't look very nice, but that is possibly just my opinion
The service was rather bad. Reception and room service were rather rude and disrespectful. We also paid for a suite and booked it weeks before, but got a one bed with a couch. Couldn't get money back either. At least the a/c works. That's all that's good here.
I checked in around 8:00 pm and asked for toothpaste and tooth brush because I had to leave Houston in an emergency.
I was told at the reception that it will be delivered to your room but I never received that got me really upset that if you cannot keep your word then why are you committing to it.
Checked In Date: Sunday evening 03/31/19 around 8:00 pm.
Checked Out Date: Monday morning 04/01/19 around 9:00 am
Really disappointed
I may look around somewhere else next time I am in Dallas/Fort Worth area
Very friendly staff, nice rooms. Great coffee in rooms.
Has all the basic amenities, but all the furniture and decor are olf and outdated. Asked for a late check in, which was not communicated with staff apparently. I had a staff member literally unlock my door and walk in on me while I was trying to sleep in.
The hotel was nice enough. The issue is these hotels that are suppose to be on the higher end more often than not tend to disappoint. The light sockets in our room where crooked and loose. The maid service never showed up on our second night. We also had a dirty wash cloth. Just a little underwhelming for a property like this.
Attended a conference. Conference rooms were nice. Food was good.
They got me a room fast when I missed a connecting flight due to a delay.
Booked through Hotwire so I didn t know where I was staying. Staff was friendly and fast. Elevators were fast. Room didn t have a refrigerator so I used the ice machine to cool a beer down. The ice had black specks in it so I would assume they don t get cleaned regularly. Room was big enough and the king bed was very comfortable. Desk and chair were comfortable for computer work, and the shower was hot.
Only negatives - old dirty ice maker and rough parking lot that is currently under construction. Lots of uneven areas so watch your step when going to the car.
Sheraton DFW overbooked the hotel. Told me when I arrived, without any attempt to warn me or contact me, despite being a Marriott Gold member, that I had no room. I was on a business trip, and their solution was to put me up at Great Wolf Lodge, a kids water park resort, but to charge me Sheraton DFW rates. They didn t give me any choices and didn t explain how I would get charged. In the end, I switched to Hilton in Southlake, which is a very nice hotel, nicer than Sheraton DFW, and was $100 cheaper, but about a 10 minute drive away. Won t stay here again. And wondering whether Marriott is getting overpriced and losing sight of customers.
Was just really nice. Big lobby with a bar and a lot of tables. Nice conference room.
Very well run hotel. Courteous and professional staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Great bar and lobby atmosphere. And the restaurant is delicious. We always enjoy our stay here.
Good reception and location near airport, free shuttle
Clean rooms, friendly staff. be aware if you do not want to eat in the hotel you're going to need a car to go somewhere as there is not many choices within walking distance.
Very clean and nice hotel right off the highway! Easy to get to with a nice layout.
Nice meeting rooms, friendly staff, free airport shuttle.
