Review of Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel

I checked in around 8:00 pm and asked for toothpas...

I checked in around 8:00 pm and asked for toothpaste and tooth brush because I had to leave Houston in an emergency.
I was told at the reception that it will be delivered to your room but I never received that got me really upset that if you cannot keep your word then why are you committing to it.
Checked In Date: Sunday evening 03/31/19 around 8:00 pm.
Checked Out Date: Monday morning 04/01/19 around 9:00 am
Really disappointed
I may look around somewhere else next time I am in Dallas/Fort Worth area
