This hotel is really not nice. The carpet has stains, the vinyl chair has peeled apart. I asked for a roll away bed for my child but they could not give me one because my room didn't have a king size bed in it, which was the requirement. I booked this hotel on Hotwire for a price in the 60's, but it was not even worth that. I booked two nights and I am dreading staying here another day, but Hotwire doesn't allow refunds.
Visited for business meetings only. Nice facilities. Service was very good. No complaints on anything.
so when I first arrived the guy at the front desk did not meet standards with the 15-5 rule.. he look directly at me an then put his head back down as if he was doing something. I walk over and asked where were the computers so I could print my papers to check in. Anywho when I finished that I walked back over and was not greated by neither front desk agent they looked at me as if I didn t belong almost. So I proceeded to walk up to the desk to check in. Things quickly turned around when they found out that I was an employee for Starwood brands and hotels, I was almost at a shocked when both of the agents started working on my reservation as if they really cared.. so I get up to my room and I m checking it out it was pretty nice the only problem I had was my coffee maker was dirty as dirty can get. But other than that the stay was great up until my check out date. So check out is at 12 I had a house keeper walk into my room at 8 in the morning at 10 in the morning and at 10:30. Need I remind you that I m on a green choice. So that was pretty aggravating but overall nice hotel and I would come back if they could fix those few problems..
This place is awful! I waited 30 mins to be told that ONLY this company must be called to come pick up. Another driver for another cpmpany had to tell. I have my Receipt and bo where on it is there saying to call for pick up.
I'll never use again and will save $5 by choosing a Best western!!!
I frequently travel to Dallas for work and if given the chance I will stay at the Sheraton. Their staff is always super nice and friendly, their food is excellent and they have a very well equipped gym.
I've stayed twice in the last 2 years. The staff is great: always friendly and willing to help.

Got a Great deal for a lovely room. I would say this is Great for a shorter or corporate / company paid stay. There are plenty of shops places to see and eat out or the hotel has a good menu selection but on a longer stay, dining out so much can add up quick. It was less than i expected regarding the "fridge or kitchenette availability which IS a filter i checked when letting a 3rd party choose my hotel for me. (For example; A Mini-fridge was available upon request & the staff was friendly & quick to bring it up to our room however ir was one of those where MINI is literal ! Just a cold area / no ice or freezer compartment tiny cube that just sat on the floor by the closest open outlet also, no microwave avail in room at all, but again the staff was friendly & directed us to use the microwave in the restaurant/bar area downstairs with no issues) . Room did have coffee maker with yummy starbucks pods =) Again, great price, nice room, lovely staff, smaller building only one entrance /lobby/exit area so it seemed busy always but was kept clean & truly never crowded. Parking lot is small but there are constant shuttles overlapping nonstop it seemed.
Sits right next to the airport so if your room is on the west side of the hotel I hope you like airplanes.
Very nice stay, went there for work and I will book there again soon, nice bar area.

Just to clear up the last statement for guest Dennis M who stated it was a possible Covid-19 quarantine hotel. It was Hurricane Laura evacuees receiving assistance witha room and meals. The military was there to verify their info and provide a safe environment.
Used the park and ride services. Lot was light well, drivers and attendees were very helpful.
I was stranded at the airport 8/26. Their wasnt enough room at double tree because evacuees( yay double tree). Jim, the shuttle
driver, God bless him, called the Sheraton and got me a room through Kerrie, God bless her also. Thank you Jim and Kerry for all you did.
The pork belly appetizer was the best dish of the night. Truly, the appetizers tasted better than the entres.
I m in room 631, it is a corner room with a spectacular panoramic view windows on two sides. It is amazingly soundproof and an incredible experience. LaVida at the front desk is exceptionally helpful. It is definitely a remodeled older property,But it is exceptionally well done. The property manager should be very proud of their entire staff and the work they put into bringing this property up-to-date.

Rooms were ok. Comfortable beds. No fridge, and hardly any movie channels, if you like to watch tv during your stay. Room service was prompt and breakfast arrived exactly when requested. Pool was a bit dirty, so I backed off from using it. The fitness center was larger than most hotels. Nothing in the vicinity so this is definitely just a place to stay at in transit or if you have a car.
It'is just 5 minutes away from the Dallas airport. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. Rooms are really confortable.
They have every 30 minutes a car that goes to the airport.
The sevice was amazing, the comunication was very good, the room was well clean and organized. But the breakfast was closed way too early, 7 to 9 am.

American airlines put us up over night. The location is perfect for traveling by air. But, the big suprise was the restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent! Could have used a little more seasoning for my taste. Crab cakes and bone in ribeye cooked perfect medium rare. Would eat again!!

Stayed here for free.... Paid too much. Stayed here on a airline voucher after my flight was delayed. I am not sure if it is the lowest elevator in existence or cleaning carts. I was woken up at 2am. It's now 6. Every few minutes there is a loud rolling sound. It's like living inside a bowling machine. Also, I understand the concerns with covid ( though not in Texas as they just lifted the mask mandate and opened to 100%). But there are no vending machines. I was in the airport all day yesterday. Super dehydrated. No vending. I did go to the desk and was given one bottle of water. Felt awkward to ask for more as they had no drinks for sale....Sooo exhausted. Flight in an hour. Spent the whole night trying to sleep with the loud rolling sound. I think they are doing some renovations as well. Whatever the noise 2-5 am is not the time. Rooms were clean enough. That's all I can say positively.
Our marketing group recently stayed at this hotel for four days while conducting our meetings. The facility is nice, clean and modern. I was VERY impressed with the service of the employees! They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a pleasant expererience.
Beautiful hotel friendly people, restaurant had good food. Everyone was very nice. Flight was canceled and the airlines put me up at this hotel and I had no complaints, several of us stayed here and we were all satisfied. The staff made us feel very comfortable.
Unexpected overnight layover in Dallas. The Sheraton was very accommodating, friendly, clean, and professional. Booked our rooms and arrived at the hotel by their free 24/7 shuttle service within 45 mins or so.
This place had bed bugs. Yuck! We were covered in bites after staying one night. There was food on the floor and in the window seals. Definitely wont be staying here again. On a bright side, the staff was nice.

Not only did the shuttle service pick me up late and made me miss my flight (45minutes)..when. I returned they made me wait 1hr 15minutes..I called twice and they never scheduled my pickup.
Due to the ice storm hitting across the country our flights were delayed due to an act of God. Hotel charged me for the evening our flights got canceled. Instead of putting that toward the credit for the night we were staying the "hotel manager " refused to accommodate us. Plus our room was filthy. Towels were stained and we found the remote on the floor under the bed unsantized
We called the front desk they said they didn't have another remote. They don't have plastic around the remote during covid. Plenty of hotel to stay at. Don't stay here
This hotel was a great place to have our MathCounts state competition. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent open areas and conference spaces. I've never seen 400 kids get fed so efficiently.
Had our high school choir banquet here. The service and food were great.
I was there for a company meeting. We had over 100 people in attendance. It was a little crowded and ended up getting pretty warm in the room, and had to ask the hotel to turn the A/C on. If our company keeps growing we will probably find a bigger venue to accommodate us, but was nice meeting there while we could.

This was my first time staying at a Sheraton in awhile and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Rooms were very clean and we'll appointed. The shower had tons of pressure. Staff was great too.

Best experience I've ever had at a hotel hands down. Beds were very comfortable and the TV had an abundance of stations to choose from. And the hotel staff accomedated us with a fan for noise. All and all I had a great experience here, I will be returning.
How to stay here due to a flight change Airport put about nine of us up in this hotel it was 840 I was very late the lady Jasmine at the front desk was fantastic she made sure we got our shuttle and she even made sure that all of us had something to eat even though the kitchen closed in 20 minutes she made sure we all got some thing the food was fantastic. Even though the circumstances were not the best because of our flight being changed Jasmine made it very pleasant for everybody we thank you very much and Jasmine dealt with a big crowd of us like a professional with a smile and everything sympathizing with us we need to have more employees like that out in the world I hope she gets recognized great job Jasmine

Attended a Company Conference over the weekend and everything was superb. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the waiters at the restaurant. Food was A+ breakfast, lunch and dinner. I especially want to thank Paul the Restaurant Manger for his eagerness to help out his staff. He was always present and checking every table for customer satisfaction. Rooms were clean, AC worked great and bed was comfortable. I highly recommend.
I went to the hotel for a seminar. When I got there I was promptly greeted and walked to the grand ball room. It was very clean and well managed. The little scones where great and they had Starbucks coffee already prepared! Overall great experience.
From the outside, this hotel doesn't look like much. The parking lot can fill up quickly if the hotel is near capacity (wedding the nights we stayed there).
However, once you get inside the hotel, you notice a number of small touches other Sheratons (and other brands) don't have. Cookies at the front desk. Extra blankets in room so you don't need to ask for more if needed.
What really blew me away though, besides the standard comfortable beds, well kept room, and immaculate lobby area, was the club lounge. The wait staff in the lounge were amazing, constantly on point ensuring that guests were accommodated. AND THEY HAD FREE ALCOHOL!!!

Simply horrible. Shuttle service left me waiting outside in the hotel shuttle area for over an HOUR AND A HALF. Don t use them. The customer service rep needs more training with customer service as well. In apologetic, bordering on rude and said I must have been in the wrong spot. I followed your directions, purple area for shuttle pick up.
