First time staying here, stayed all around this place The Westin is right next door highly recommended, their chiller systems was not keeping the room cool, orwas not on the 6th floor... Bed wars comfortable if you're just looking for a bed.

After flying in with my family and experiencing a long unfulfilled day I checked into a beautiful modern room. Great service from the entire staf. Front desk, breakfast servers, housekeeping and even the shuttle drivers were kind. I will definitely stay here again.

Shuttle services shared with Double Tree hotel. They have too many to drop off and their pickup isn t their highest priority. Waited almost an hour for pickup around 6am time period. They run every 30 mins and seem to drop off first before returning to pick you up on their time schedule, not yours. My chief complaint is that they drove by me 3 times without stopping even when I tried to waive them down, and I had to call again for the pickup, voicing my displeasure.

I dad an amazing experience in Sheraton DFW. Very clean well organized, most important the stuff are very attentive and friendly.
Nice hotel. Meeting rooms were cold and service at restaurant was slow but overall good meeting spot.
Been here for several dance occassions....they have quite lovely conference rooms. And available snacks mmmmh.
My stay at the Sheraton was excellent. I stayed there overnight in February for a last minute business meeting and I chose this hotel because of other reviews that edged it out over the Westin across the road.
I was not disappointed in my choice.
the hotel feels like it had only recently been renovated , in particular the club level hallways made the hotel feel like it should have cost me more to be there !
The staff was very helpful and even drove me in their shuttle to another hotel nearby for my meetings, and later exceeded my expectations when they resolved a minor hospitality issue for me.
I recommend this hotel to business travelers. (I have no experience here with family)
The ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and answered my questions completely so that I got to the airport on time with time to spare. Thank you for your service. It made all the difference in my trip and the layover.
A very nice hotel! Friendly staff through out the hotel and several great dining options. The hotel is only as short driver from DFW Airport and provides free shuttles for guests.
Should have been 5 stars, little things like a van driver late at night whose van reeked, hardly any usable plugs near the bed, elevators that took several minutes to arrive. Gorgeous inside, though.
Service was great, however walls were thin and hallway was loud.
Booking online when I arrived at the motel there's $100 deposit nobody ever said anything about. Advise your not to stay there. If you want a small refrigerator it's 5.00 a night
Nice hotel but for 200$+ per night, regular price, the breakfast should be free. 17$ for breakfast per person!!! And it wasn't a very good breakfast!! 2 of us got to eat for free with our room but the rest of us will take our butts to golden corral!! 8.99$ for breakfast buffet that's 5x larger
Was there for business, cocktails and dinner. Easy location off the Interstate. The foryer is very large with around 5 different seating area to choose from. Their bar is extensive and the staff very attentive. The drinks were good and the food the hotel provided (buffet style in the ballroom) was delicious.
We parked for the airport, but when we called to get picked back up, nobody would answer, and never showed up. We ended up having to take an uber back.
Must Read!!! I am at the Sheraton DFW for business. I flew my wife here for her birthday. Jocelyn (Front Desk Supervisor) heard about my wives birthday and ordered beautiful flowers and balloons. I have been at several great events held at this hotel. The staff are amazingly helpful. The food is extraordinary. Doesn't taste like "hotel food". Tastes like a great restaurant.

Great service with an amazing staff; location is near DFW & convenient to lots of places around Irving area. Hotel room is neat and comfy. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.
Arriving late after a mix connection the manager was extremely helpful, providing great service and water to the weary travelers.

Really nice and everyone was super friendly. Check in was quick, room was clean and big. Only minus I have is bed was not that comfortable very hard. Otherwise great place. Oh food from Whiskey Tango was really good and room service FAST!
Came here for a convention. Their reservations website doesn't offer rooms based on your selections, just offers what's available. Since what was available at the time wasn't what I selected I got a room that didn't match my needs and since the night of the convention the hotel was booked I had to leave. As I was arguing with the front desk, another person walked by and told me that she had the same problem. The convention employees said that the hotel messed up so many reservations that they are not coming back. Enough said! Other than that - the room that I received for a few hours was tiny, parking is scarce so cars where parked on the grass and on the roads - blocking the way for other cars -, the convention rooms are too small, the service at the bar was PAINFULLY slow, the hotel only has 3 elevators, so it takes forever to get to your room, there's no stair access to the Mezzanine level so you depend on the slooooooow elevators to go up one level, free WiFi is capped at 4Mb and they sell you the upgrade to 6! Everything is wrong with this hotel.
We visited the restaurant and the staff were warm ,friendly and food was good.
Good hotel, parking is a little short on larger events. Good venue otherwise.

-Bad communication for shuttle pick up to hotel (I waited about 55 minutes for a shuttle to the hotel because of miscommunication. There s not a direct line to the shuttle driver, instead, every time I called, it was to hotel employee who would relay the information to the shuttle driver. I had to call the hotel 3 times because they never took my cell phone number to call me or give the shuttle driver my number and waiting 55 minutes in 55 degree weather at midnight is not exactly ideal.
I enjoyed my stay and the price wasn't bad at all. Beautiful hotel with great views.
Rooms were really small with no fridge or microwave. It was too cold everywhere in the hotel (room/ballroom/lobby/etc). The food at the restaurant was also subpar. The bed left cricks in my neck and back. Service was good though and the lobby/lounge area is really nice and comfortable.
Nice beds. Prompt service. At times I've had to wait for my room to be ready and a couple times the beds weren't clean.

The reasons why i loved this hotel is.... BECAUSE THE PRICE I GOT FOR A WEEKEND WAS AMAZING . The views from my room was AMAZING. The lounge area was great. Not only that but the staff was great.
There was this one really out going lady who just made my entire trip even more worth it. I dont remember her name but she worked the bar lounge 1st shift. The best i can describe her is she is well educated, very outspoken, black, with a huge booty and just the coolest person ever

This is a nice hotel. I wish the closet set up was a little better. It's tight and there's no light in the hall or closet.
Only there for a delivery, but grounds seem to be kept clean. Staff friendly, and interior also well kept.
This is a good Starwood property; clean and comfortable for a surprisingly low price. It overlooks DFW airport and has a good airport shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour. If they're not too busy they'll even shuttle to some of the local restaurants. Staff are both friendly and helpful.
We had to stay the night in DFW after a miscommunication in airline layovers. We scrambled for a back up plan and were able to get a last minute room here with 2 adults and an infant. They were so accommodating bringing up a crib for our baby and a mini fridge for our milk for her. I will forever be grateful for the great customer service on a stressful day and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in dfw
The hotel is very nice and modern. Very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is well prepared and reasonably priced, especially for hotel restaurant food. Sundry items are way overpriced. $3.25 for a 16oz Coke?? The location is very lacking as well with there being only a McDonald's within easy walking distance. No gas stations or other restaurants are nearby, just car rental establishments.

Beautiful rooms and lobby. The bar was very friendly with great food. I had the Beef Brisket tacos and they were off the charts!
Catering Water tasted funky. No stairs lead from the ground level to the rooms. Hotel is unsuited for a large crowd or a busy foot traffic. The house keeping does not bring up new towels everyday unless you beg the front desk. Shouldn't new towels every day kind of be a standard protocol for any hotel? Everything else was good tho. Not a perfect experience but it was still good
Josh is amazing. I had just endured the worst possible airline experience with American Airlines and arrived with no bags. That also was thanks to AA. Josh asked the shuttle driver to take me to Walmart so I could get a change of clothes and hygiene items. It was the middle of the night and he only had one driver on duty, but he took care of me. I will always remember his kindness. Thank you Sheraton for having such spectacular staff. Josh needs a promotion. I will definitely be staying with Sheratons from here on. God bless!
This place is gross and smells bad. A weird amount of police too. I would avoid it.

We attended a weekend event here. The location is minutes from the airport. The bar and restaurant were good. Meals during the event were tasty and service was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Awesome view of the airport to watch planes land. This hotel is perfect for events. Staff is friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Overall great experience.

Okay so...I got the room with the patio and it was definitely misleading online.You actual share the patio with the room next door Creepy.The room was old and out dated.Bed linen was nasty and the comforter had a yellow color.Called down to the front desk and to my surprise no new blankets It was definitely an experience for my Husband and I.
Great hotel considering the close proximity to the airport. Food is excellent, staff is always friendly and rooms are comfortable.
The rooms are clean and fresh, the food is good but over priced. They have ample room for events and we have always had an easy time with the Bluebonnet Brew-off until this year. They double booked the hall and it put a crimp in the world's largest single site home brew competition.
Many times I have stayed in Dallas this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff was professional and did not make checking in difficult like most hotels. The room view was everything! I could sit there all day and watch the planes. The bar and food was good but I habt to give it 4 stars because the phone didn't work. Besides that I would still choose this place.
Here for a conference. Did not check into the hotel rooms, but took advantage of the hospitality area and dining. The food has been fantastic, service spectacular, pricing... well, they're pretty proud! (4 outta 5 stars)
Very nice hotel and very close to the airport. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is not particularly afordable, however everything in it was very good. There was also an omelet bar if that's your type of thing. The shuttle from the airport took about 30 minutes before they even got there to pick me up, so that's my one big complaint. All in all though, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Very clean with courteous employees; my stay is long term (one month) and I'm having a very nice time!
