Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel Review

Clean and comfy bed in the room. No free breakfast. Bathroom is clean. Housekeeping is quick with requests.

Stayed for Pathways training and was amazed at the quality of the hotel compared to that of the Double Tree. Breakfast buffet is somewhat overpriced but variety and dining area is nice enough to justify it. Room quality is also quite impressive, and the gym is one of the best I've used in a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Ok place close to airport. Not much in surrounding area. CLEAN place, lower ceiling height especially those that are tall

While I was only there to attend an event on a weekend, I found most of the staff were very active in ensuring attendees were satisfied, and the space was well maintained. The chicken tenders and fries I ate were also surprisingly above average for hotel food. The parking lot was somewhat difficult to navigate.

Rooms are decent but a bit small. Overall they are very clean. The bar is nice with good, attentive bartenders. I was there for a wedding and the staff did a lot of work to accommodate everyone and man the ceremonies

The food served at the event I went to was very good and the service was excellent.

It's an amazing Airport if you're into that kind of thing

Awesome experience at this hotel. EVERY staff member was exceptionally pleasant. Beginning with my front desk/shuttle driver Spencer D. to the nice housekeeping lady who helped me roll my luggage to the elevator without hesitation. The bed was so comfy and the room was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I have to also mention that Spencer was an excellent and safe driver during nasty weather.

The check-in was quick and easy. The staff were all extremely friendly. The on-site restaurant offered an excellent dining experince. The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. As you would expect from a more upscale hotel, the meals were a bit pricey for the portion size but they kindly offered a free breakfast coupon for their buffet breakfast, which was well stocked. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable except for pillows that go very flat. Finding parking at this hotel is very hard when a event is going on. There are not any restaurants within aalking distance. But overall this is a nice hotel.

Great place, the keys don't work all too well though

Did the mistake of using their parking instead of embassy suites , never again .

1) Shuttles leave Every hour and NOT every half hour for the airport ,

2) When you call the hotel after you have landed at DFW airport , expect a wait time oh the phone of atleast 10 mins !

We had a Regional Training here. About 300 people were registered for it. It was clean, cool & a good venue.

Texas State Foosball Championship held here. Great hotel great employees bar stayed open late as well as the restaurant so the players could eat and drink till the wee hours of the A.M. Rooms were nice comfortable beds rooms kinda small though. Pool and fitness very nice, extremely clean hotel offers a shuttle from airport

Really nice facilities. I like that the elevator is secured by room key. Things I wish it had: Free wifi, mini fridges.

Shuttle service take so long to pick you up that I miss the bachata event

bad experience and very disappointed. Room smelled like smoke and the shuttle service took 1 hour to come get me. disappointed because I always trust sheraton hotels. plus the hotel needs some improvement there are better options nearby.

Had a great stay. Sadly the craft beer bar is only for events but enjoyed the pool tables and shuffleboard. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as are all Starwood properties beds.

Reserved a room 4 months beforehand, arrived to the hotel and was downgraded due to a lack of availability. Having family members share a sofa bed and a roller bed is very inconvenient, especially since we booked 4 months in advance. Staff was not helpful and gave no compensation.

Sheraton used to be a really good hotel. Now they seem to cater to a bunch of punk kids trying to take peoples phones and drug them. The staff seems to be either clueless or a part of it.

This is a great hotel, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice buffets in the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Room service is a bit spotty, with orders not filled correctly, and repeatedly providing one set of utensils for two meals.

The walls may be insulated well on the outside to deafen the airplane noise but not on the inside. When you are paying over $100 dollars for a night I expect quiet. I can hear the music coming from the room next door. I will not be staying here in the future if the noise issue does not get resolved

We missed our flight out of Dallas and had to stay the night. The Sheraton was reasonably priced and on site. The courtesy shuttle picked us up right away and we checked in shortly after about 10pm. The room was very clean, nice, and comfortable. We arranged a wake up call for 4:45 in order to catch our early flight the next morning. The hotel has a resturant/bar that had been booked for two large office Christmas parties. After midnight, the party made it's way upstairs and into the room next door. Drunken guest were screaming in the hallway and mistakenly trying to get into our room. That's when we woke up. The commotion continued for several minutes be for I made a call the to the front desk. I didn't have to explain much (he could hear the noise through the phone). They sent security up to our floor and within 15-20 minutes the noise finally stopped. We received our scheduled wake up call in the morning, got ready, and checked out. The shuttle got us back to the airport no problem. We could have done without the party people next door, but otherwise it was a nice quick stay.

Everything very good, but I didn't got housekeeping service after my first night.

Left a personal belonging in this hotel. Called the next day to see if it had been found by housekeeping, was told it was not. Visited them a few days later to see if it had turned up and it still hadn't been located. Not sure where it could've gone if I'm sure it was left in the room and it hadn't been booked since I left....

Small hotel but is very clean and very nice people alot places to go eat around 15 minutes from dallas downtown and 5 minutes from dfw Airport.on 114 Irving TX.

Nice friendly staff. I would give it five stars if everyone that works here would wear a mask.

Hotel common areas were nice. Rooms could use an update. Tub wouldn't drain well. But it was clean and overall no problems.

Convenient to the airport and a nice place to hold meetings or events.

Really nice property. Planned on staying one night and turned into three. Gracious staff - beautiful rooms - Excellent location/convenient to DFW airport.

Our stay was phenomenal from the moment we walked in. Trevon handled our reservation and every need we had, from early check in to a comfortable stay for an overall great weekend. He went above and beyond in customer service when we had travelling issues and was just awesome. Thank you!!

The room was so lovely! The bed was soft and the pillows were so comfortable. I love how spacious the bathroom was. The room was beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, free wifi, Clean room. My only hold back is how small the room was. I can pay the same amount and get a hotel with a much larger room, but it won't carry the Sheraton name. I would stay here again, but it won't be my first choice.

I was hear attending a dance event. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit cramped and it was an inconvenience not having an ice machine on our floor. The event space was very nice and the staff kept the water refilled and the rooms and floors clear of trash. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and I look forward to being here again next year (should the event remain in this location).

Good full service hotel in the airport vicinity. Their restaurant is quite nice. Staff is really good. Only disadvantage is that there aren't any restaurants you can walk to from the hotel.

Great hotel with excellent service, food and accommodation. The staff was pleasant and easier to help. The food was fresh and diverse. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Shuttle service to DFW is quick and painless and runs every 30 minutes.

Everything looks clean and nice at first, but the room is directly above the bar. Not good if you're trying to sleep after a long flight. And the front desk cannot provide earplugs? First time being in a hotel that doesn't offer cheap earplugs. Avoid the third floor if possible!

The concierge was very nice. The hotel itself was fairly upscale and comfortable, and the conference room was standard.

You guys need to seriously improve/change the music that you play on the lobby

The hotel is very large. Has plenty of food options within the hotel but none in walking distance except Denny's.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are great and clean. The hotel offers a restaurant and you can even sit at bar outside of restaurant and order food. The food is good, and the bartender actually knows how to make drinks and knows his wines/beers/mix drinks. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Beds are made with strangely short sheets and comforters. Shower difficult to control temperature. AC slow to cool.

Room was clean. Great Salmon dinner. They got me to the airport on time.

Shuttle Driver awesome ,12th floor attending waitress who worked the afternoon shift was a real sweetheart she is a really good worker excellent customer service went the extra mile to take care of my needs you have a real asset in that waitress. I arrived on 10 /11/16

Went for a church event. Ballroom was nice. Access was easy. Place was packed, but didn't feel overly crowded.

Great Hotel !! Spend the second weekend in March every year for the Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree. Food is FABULOUS. I highly recommend it!

Went there for a wedding, the location was perfect and beautiful.

Pretty nice place. Jacky is a great front desk gal. For someone from the Philippines, and brand new to the service industry, she really has a great personality and smile. I'm pretty sure Sheraton has a pretty good training curriculum and all... but having a great attitude and smile isn't something that you can really buy. It comes naturally to a few and Jacky is awesome.

Whiskey Tango! We sat in the bar area and I guess the One14 does the diner fare? The Ranch Hand steak was superb. We even told Chris our server to compliment the chef on a job well done - Yum!

The room was pretty good, and the staff was friendly, over all, it was a good stay. Overall, there were a few bumps, temp, loud people, but it all got taken care of, and I was able to enjoy my stay

I went to a conference. They had a great Starbucks shop in the lobby

Booked through expedia.. Great room. We were checked into the wrong room type but front desk fixed issue promptly.
