Very comfortable, pleasant stay. We had a very good rate on the room making it excellent value for money.

I was more familiar with this place years ago when I worked here (when it was the Colonial Hilton). Hotel is nice enough; I attended a bereavement function and the service was good.

Beds are super comfortable,good service and not too pricey

Beautiful as soon as you walk in, with a warm fireplace right at the front. Also very affordable.

The first room we were placed in was very old with some renovations - the AC was very loud. The second room was slightly more renovated. Great location and price.

Highlight of this trip was Nanneth at the front desk she went above and beyond to give amazing customer service she definitely deserves a raise, every employee should learn something from Nanneth. Best customer service I ve received in a long time.

Dated hotel, but really nice staff and clean rooms.

This hotel never disappoints. The staff is friendly, the rooms and public areas are clean and welcoming. The front desk staff is especially nice and accommodating. I would stay here any time I'm in the area and I would recommend it to others. It's also a great place to have an event or gathering.

Rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Lobby and bar were nice but the rooms were very outdated. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly and some were not. When asked about the shuttle and train I was handed a map with no indication of which stop the shuttle dropped off at. The gym and pool were located across the street. Very disappointed with the quality for the price I paid.

The hotel could use some modernizing and increasing the bandwidth of their WiFi as well.

Check in was quick and efficient, personnel were very polite. The restaurant was delicious and I had the best clam "chowdah" I've ever had. My only problem were the linens in the room, they felt a bit damp (but seemes clean either way)

The Colonial Ballroom was perfect for our event, the accommodations were clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Great service staff, great location (next to big mall). Unfortunately gym and pool are not in the same building but across from the hotel, but the facilities are beyond expectation. Overall, a great experience.

Stayed 2 nights and decided to go into Boston and the room we were in was going to cost 50.00 more a night then what we paid so we went 2 blks down the road and saved 40.00.

I was at this location doing photography for a ceremony in the ballroom. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location has some great areas to take photos. The place is kept clean and welcoming.

The room itself is nothing great (it s soon to be renovated) but the staff is wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. And the shuttle was so convenient! I never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get a ride and I used it 2-3 times/ day for a week.

The service and rooms are excellent but a lack of in house gym and facilities bring the score down.

After a long 7 hours from Lubec, Maine, I was excited to find such a great rate for this hotel. However, after booking a king room through trip.com, i was placed in a double queen. In addition, the website mentions a pool and other amenities, but upon checking with the front desk i was told that there was not a pool at the hotel but 3 blocks away, and it was closed. There was no mention of closing on website, and if there had been i would have drove further to find another hotel. My kids and I were very excited about swimming and relaxing after a long day on the road. Please do your due diligence and ask questions before booking. Cheap rates for 4 star hotel does not mean the best for each family. I hope you found this review helpful.

Love the staff ,accommodating, clean and pet friendly!

Rooms are clean, but dated. Air conditioning unit is extremely loud and struggling to keep up with an 80 degree day in July. Pool and gym access are provided via an arrangement with a nearby fitness center. It's about a 5 minute, uncovered walk, so bad weather might ruin any plans for a workout or a swim. Staff was very friendly, which is always welcome.

The service and care shown at this hotel was amazing; some of the best that we've ever seen! The staff all seemed genuinely happy to help.

Good place - especially for those who work in Wakefield.

Good ... but VERY FAR! It is also divided into 2 parts. A building of flats and another type house all on the ground floor. Not bad .... but the restaurant is very expensive and at breakfast the attention if you do not speak English do not treat you very well .... There is a shopping very close with food court and etc, but they do not inform you, therefore you think you are in the middle of nowhere. From the building on the ground floor to go to the gym you have to leave and it is not well signposted or you can get lost.

I love this hotel and I stay here regularly. Terrific staff and good facilities. Plenty nearby for food and shops. Alyssa at breakfast is a solid standby and makes it very pleasant.

Regret not believing other reviews, old, run, down, under construction, rude staff literally can't say enough to express how horrible it is definitely not Marriott standards. Avoid or suffer like we did.

Spent 4 days there for conference . The conference rooms were nice nothing fancy and the needs were met. Snack and food was a sparse or as nice as you organizer chose to purchase . over all good experience.

Went here for a mothers day brunch, fantastic selection!!! Food was top quality and service was top notch... Would definately do this again mext year, worth the price!!

Attended a professional event here. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were clearly labeled for the events and easy to find. Saw someone being shown the place for a wedding venue and they were very accommodating. Would gladly host or attend there again. Convenient location.

Clean facility, comfy beds and soft pillows. Courteous staff. Overall a nice stay and great sleep.

Hot water was initially not very hot, but it was fixed. Interior is old. Our toilet wasn't completely clean when we checked in.

I see a lot of reviews about the hotel being dated. My expectations must be lower because I found the hotel to be clean, inviting and the bed was amazing. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything to write home about but the one evening meal I had was really good. The staff was very helpful and the nearby Marketplace that they shuttle to really opens up options.

Hotel is nice. Dont go to the pool. Lifeguard makes swimming not fun at all

Went here for a wedding. The rooms were good sized, could need a little updating.

Staff was very friendly and customer service is their priority. Beds were comfortable. Location is great to get to Salem or Boston.

Room was strangely furnished (3 unmatched lamps), you could hear my neighbors toilet and bathroom noises quite clearly and to top it off my room overlooked the lobby and there was a father-daughter dance that was noisy as well.

had a wedding in Nahant and stayed here along with 90% of the wedding party. rooms are very dated and it's not really centrally located to downtown Boston. its atleast a 30 minute car ride to downtown. there's not much in this area and this I would not select this hotel if you're a first time visitor. and the rooms were over priced for this locale. if they did some renovations and modernized they're interior design, this wouldn't be all that bad. 2 positives is that they offer free shuttle bus services to anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel - so yea that doesn't include downtown and about .7 miles away there's a newly renovated outdoor mall area with some cool amenities. but honestly if you're visiting for the first time stay closer to downtown.

Location is excellent: within walking distance of the Lynnfield Market and a ~20 minute drive from anywhere in Northeast MA. Rooms are what you'd expect, the king bed suite is very large. WiFi, TV, fridge, microwave, coffee all in room. The heater constantly burbles and you can hear the highway, but both become white noise after a while. Staff is very helpful. Repaired our shower promptly and supplied all kinds of small amenities.

Room was nice, bed and pillows were very comfy. I got the turkey burger at the restaurant and it was very good. Went in the pool and hot tub with all my cousins which we loved. We also hung out at the bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful!

This was a good hotel, for the most part. I stayed on the Club Level, but the room was small. I got access to the Club Lounge, which was also small. The Wifi was not the slowest, but definitely not the fastest. It could be much faster. The bathroom in the room was tiny, and restaurant/bar wasn't the most comforting. The hotel staff is very helpful, and the lobby is beautiful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a really great hotel, but I would if you're looking for a cheap but decent hotel to stay at while you're visiting.

We walked in this beautiful lobby and amazing space, the front desk staff were super polite and approachable. The hotel was very clean which I appreciate. We will definitely be staying there again!

The Four Points by the Sheraton in Wakefield is where i attended a moose lodge convention. From friday to Sunday. This is my second convention at this location. I very much like this hotel. They have been quite accommodating thus far. My girlfriend has a seafood allergy and they where able to accommodate for her allergy eventhough they where cooking a set menu for the convention dinners.

Best chicken ceaser salads here.. nice hotel nice rooms
