The staff all need to be fired they treat people like animals and dont care about the well being of people who actually are innocent waste of tax dollars

cuss the public defender employee are rude very rude the lady that answers the phone and puts your call to the person your trying to reach.

In past experiences the judges have always been extremely professional, polite and respectful. Recently forgot about a ticket I recieved and grateful for the grace period given to me to rectify my actions and declare a course of action. Customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone was helpful and eased the process of going to traffic court.

Extremely rude staff! Couldn't believe how nasty they were here at the walk up window in Deland!! Find another job if you're so miserable working here that you feel the need to treat people this way!

Everything is very well labeled and explained to the extent of the law. Run into a few employees that were essentially robots that couldn't give advice or direction in any way. Law library employees were very helpful and have many resources to help you determine if you need an attorney or not.

Evelyn Davis in the Probate department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Evelyn was patient with answering my questions, she explained everything I needed to process my papers. Thank you again Evelyn.

Not sure how they can be closed on a Monday and a Wednesday of the same week. Monday was Columbus Day and now Yom Kippur??

The probate office was super responsive. They did not have the answer to my question on my initial phone call, but followed up quickly with both a phone call and email, just as they said they would, and provided me with exactly the information I needed. Thanks!

The tellers were quick not like NY they dont care how long you are there but if they worked on commission they would have no one waiting.

I cringe reading these articles of child abuse. As Rick Staly said in the release on Child sex sting that's been conducted. I hope the courts keep him in jail so he can not hurt another child and that he goes to prison for a very long time. We the society do hope that "THE COURTS" do keep these sexual predators in jail for ever. No child should have to live their lives suffering and scared because of sick sexual predictors. We Honestly cannot be upset with our men in blue who are out there busting their tails to keep these guys off the streets but it's in the courts hands to keep them locked up. Do the right thing and while you are at it; imagine if it was you in that situation or your child. #Iamavictim

Surprisingly fast service. We all know how most goverment agencies can be. So far every time I have come here its been quick. Hope it stays that way.

Staff is so helpful and buildings are nice and clean
