A global center welcoming travelers from all over the world touring Boston, the North Shore, New England & Eastern Canada. Truly excellent and adjacent to Lynnfield Marketplace for most needs.

Great hotel!!!very clean rooms were well kept. The food here is not so great and very expensive you are better off going out back of the hotel to the shopping area and grabbing a bite. The only bad thing I could say is they need more bar staff on you wait for ever for service! !!

I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel, but the SPG level comfort and amenities were consistent with other Four Points, fine but not anything overly luxurious. The hotel itself does seem beautiful, but I haven't experienced it. Standard hot buffet with friendly staff.

The night manager cropped an attitude with us at check-in so much so that we left and went to Courtyard Marriott in Woburn. We have no desire to spend our money at a facility that doesn't appreciate the customer. Additionally, we asked for a room on a low floor and they were putting us on the 7th floor! It's not because they didn't have room. When we questioned it, they changed the booking to the 1st floor. The Courtyard Marriott was less expensive and much friendlier.

Huge spacious family friendly rooms with amenities like coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, iron, printing and WiFi access. The interior of the rooms is also very classic though it does not have any great view from the rooms as it is located in the middle of the highway.

Nice location near to train into Boston, provided a van to train, restaurant, better price than city, free parking, close restaurants and shopping, room was due for renovation but more than adequate.would stay again.

redemption? new life? new hotspot?

Tower rooms are renovated nicely Textured wallpaper, is a nice touch. USB & new HVAC. Large TV but only 42 basic cable w/ Showtime. No smart hub or options which is a shame especially during COVID when being out and about all day and night isn't a thing anymore. I also think it is illegal is 40 states not to offer Bravo lol. Smart fridge meaning the compressor doesn't run all the time and when it does, low decibel so no noise but no freezer. Microwave cheapens the entire room look, should be sleek and nicer!
King room seems to be missing something. Maybe a small sofa or paintings on the fire alarm and accent chair wall..echos a bit.

Bathrooms 100% new top to bottom and perfectly sized. Glass shower done right with the soft close that stays closed and the water handle on opposite wall for convenience. Great lighting. Double rooms may not have glass showers, seems to be hotel trend.

Hallways are somewhat done. All grey tone scheme that is modern classy but dances on drab as needs a pop of neon color (yes, neon, be bold). Maybe artwork or floodlamps. Hopefully elevators will be renovated as they are depressing. Lobby has new lighting and furniture but still old low energy. It could be a great grand lobby if renovations make it there. Play music would ya, disguise the low energy. Outside needs to be brightened up. White rope lights perfectly around the wings roof line even. Something.

Noise? yes because 95% of hotels never remedy that. Thick airtight doors and insulation is never considered, will never get why unless at a high end hotel. Is it really that costly in the long run for the problem it solves? Thought someone was in my entrance one morning but they were just talking walking by.

There was another dog one room over from mine which was fine but I would say be careful as dogs next to each other can cause barking, they sense each other, didn't happen on my stay though. They give you a tag with the dog name on to put outside your door. They say it is in case of emergency but I think it is for people to complain if there are any issues with the dog. Perhaps a flawed concept though. Having the dog name on the door tag for all to see allows people to call out the dogs name which can be potentially disruptive...I know if I was 18 years old walking by with friends or 21 and tipsy, I would show off like a cool kid and call the dogs name through the door....heh

This can be the premier hotel again if done right and would happily pay a higher price for a city quality and scale hotel in good ole Wakefield!

Fine.

I was at the establishment for a dinner party and for Diamond Tours. Everything about the event was fabulous!! Hotel smells so fresh and clean throughout and the food was excellent, also we had an AMAZING DJ!!!!

Loved the stay. Very comfortable rooms with small fridge and a big desk. We asked for a second chair and had it in a room within minutes. The staff is amazing and very accomodating. Breakfast is pretty good. Internet is fast. Guests have access to the Boston Club Fitness center 3 minutes walk from the hotel, where there is a pool, sauna, and steam room. The location is great. There is a very nice plaza close to the hotel with lots of good stores, restaurants and Whole Foods. There is also a Costco store a few minutes drive.

Overall, the room price and quality were good, service awesome, breakfast fair at best.

Came in super late, like 2:30 am. Tom was very helpful and accommodating setting us up with a room as walk-ups. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice, hot with awesome water pressure.

The breakfast buffet was really overpriced imo, 18$! It was Saturday morning at 8am, so you'd think it'd be hot. But the hot food was luke warm. The fruit was good, got some chocolate milk which was cool, and the staff was friendly.

Oh, and to the management that may read this. If you want me to review your hotel, having someone do it through TripAdvisor is a terrible way to do it. They make you sign up and you have to do it through the app. No thanks. The only reason I did it though Google was to give Tom mad props.

Guest Be Aware. If it happened to me it could happen to you. I checked into this hotel after researching online for a local area graduation. Upon check in the MOD was so presumptuous she said to me, "Oh I see you are already using our free WIFI." Any experienced or traveler who has stayed at least one or more hotel know you often CANNOT just access WIFI when you are checking in at the FRONT DESK COUNTER and do not have instructions of how to access their FREE WIFI. My second night after returning to the hotel I spoke with MOD and asked her if I could extend for one night. I inquired of several options, reward points, AAA or military. After she informed me I opted to use the military rate. She requested my identification and I provided it. She reassured me that everything was good and my stay was extended in the same room for an additional night. She even gave me 2 new access keys through the extended night. I requested their Green Choice decision to receive 250 reward points and she told me I did not need to place information outside on doorknob, because she entered it in the system. You CANNOT get the Green Choice decision on your last night of your hotel stay, you MUST have at least one night remaining. I left and notified my family that everything was good for my extended one night stay, totally 3 nights. The next night, I returned to my room and found that I had NO ACCESS to my room. When I went downstairs to front desk, the MOD notified me at minutes to 11pm that "We locked you out of your room because you DO NOT have reservations for tonight." Now, all my belongings were in the room. Are you telling me that if I stayed pass check out, NO ONE would have called me to inquire of this ALL day. Where is the professionalism and integrity of their MODs. I requested that she call the General Manager and instead she called the Corporate office of SPG (at least she said she did?) I called SPG my self and reported the incident. By this time the MOD who had extended my stay arrived for her shift. I stood IN FRONT of her and heard her tell SPG Supervisor that she vaguely recalled our conversation the night prior and that I inquired of my options (rewards, AAA or military) but NEVER confirmed anything.
Wow! Integrity and professionalism. I was given the GM card and by the next morning I still had NOT received a call from the GM. You would think this was an urgency especially if they placed customer service FIRST at this hotel. Some chains pride themselves with superior customer service, obviously this place could careless. If it happened to me, it could happen to you!

I had the opportunity to attend the Halloween Festivities in Salem MA on Oct 6th and 7th and decided to stay just outside Salem in Wakefield. The Hotel itself is very clean and well up kept and the staff is very friendly. I initially didn't realize that this was also Columbus Day weekend so things were very hectic. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit confusing but only because of the increased traffic. All in all, a great place to stay.

While it's always really nice staying at a Sheraton Hotel, they should seriously add more and better choices for brunch.

For $16, it's very limited and only offers two breakfast meats, pork sausages and bacon.

Depressing, old, overrated. The pictures look way better than the real place. The rooms are dated with a very loud heating system. You don't expect a Four Points by Sheraton to be hip and trandy, but this place is rather sad

For 200 dollars a night this hotel falls far short of expectations, the bottled water in the room says "purified water with our compliments" dont they mean complements?? No... they dont. There is no pool or worthwhile ameneties, the constant highway noise is unbearable... its basicly a 90 dollar hotel room that sends 110 to corporate, there is 1 working enterance, the key wont work on the end doors, they charge 15.95 for breakfast... for 200 dollars you would expect the lightswitch for the bathroom to be inside the bathroom... the room numbers are all over the place and the keycards dont work(cards or readers idk, ive been locked out twice now... I would be pushing for a total refund if i could find another hotel in this scummy area... 0 stars.

It's a nice hotel, great location if you are visiting colleges, or Boston. Details are a bit dated, but good quality overall . Very comfortable beds.
It's a really good option if you are traveling with a dog too - no charge, and lots of space to walk your pet. There are really nice nature trails nearby as well.
Keep in mind they don't have a pool - you'll have to go to nearby sports club, which is really close. However it might be not suitable if you just want to have fun with little kids, which is our case.
There is also a nice mall that you simply can walk, with great restaurants. Try Yard House.
We had an issue with the heater in our room, which they didn't fix during our stay. But the front desk staff is simply amazing and went well beyond expected to amend the inconvenience.
We will definitely come again!

OVERPRICED Would not have been so bad if I was told in advance. We checked out and had close to $100 in extra fees and taxes. We did not use room service, did not take advantage of gym, pool, spa. Ice machine was was broken.

Stayed here because it was cheap and I was trying to save work a few bucks but geez.....this place is tired. The worst is the bathroom. Bathrooms are bigger in Japan and Europe. The HVAC was hot and then cold.

I visit hotels pretty frequently and rarely do I find the beds and towel to be even close to this standard. I sleep on an extremely comfortable (and expensive) mattress at home so sleep away from home can be a challenge. These beds were just amazing! The right of soft and the blankets were great, cozy all night!
I loved how soft the towels are! Many places I've been to have mediocre to sandpaper like towels.
If I get the opportunity to visit Massachusetts (or any other Four Points/Shearaton) this will be my first option!

The staff here is just amazing. Have been a Starwood member since 1995 and this front desk team on June 27th at 6:30 pm has made the hall of fame of my travels. Thank you for making a huge difference!! FRIDA!
