It was great. Understandably unable to get the shuttle to the mall as usual. Due to your very full service schedule I was not able to get in the previous Friday for a battery check. I ended up going to the Nissan dealership in Modesto. What a mistake. I had a very poor experience at their service center. My appointment was at 9:30 I arrived at 9:15 waited, gave my info and assessment then was as to wait. I was waiting for 1 1/4 hrs not realizing I wasn t supposed to be waiting in the waiting room I was supposed be waiting at the empty desk check in desk. I waited not realizing I wasn t supposed to be waiting in the waiting room (oddly enough) miscommunication was horrible. Then I had to wait another hour and 20 minutes for them to tell me what needed to be done I guess my expectations were too high. And oddly enough I didn t receive a survey so I m venting. Thank you for your continued great service. We will continue as always to take our versa to your repair service center in Tracy

Avoid this Nissan dealer if you are looking for a new Titan. I called Tex and Robert several times and they always gave me some BS story that the had to check on pricing and get back to me. They told me this on several occasions when I called but they never followed through. I ended up buying a 2017 Titan Diesel Pro4X from another dealer. Do not waste your time with this company.

When I pick up my Nissan. They explain all that was completed. They make sure I understand. I leave completely satisfied and fully confident I am driving a totally safe vehicle. I will always take my Murano to Nissan Tracy because I know the service they provide is the best I can find!
The staff in the service department were helpful and friendly. I had sensor put on my transmission because I am experiencing some shuddering in 2nd gear.

Actually we were satisfied with our experienced when we bought the car. I can't think of anything right now. Brandon has helped us a lot and so does the finance manager that got us a good deal.
We weren't expecting anything when we drove there. We were just going to test drive the car, since we already had an offer from a different dealership. Was really surprise at the deal and the nice treatment that we received there.
I drove a little over 1 hour to view this vehicle I saw on the internet listed 2017 Nissan Maxima SV with 22,290 miles. When I arrived the salesman had just picked this vehicle up from his manager's home, who apparently was still driving this vehicle because the actual miles were 5000 over what was listed. Even with the misleading information I still continued to work the deal but once I stated I had APPROVED financing, this dealership stated they had to run a credit check to make sure I was who I said I was. Interesting seeing as a credit report doesn't show you a picture of myself. It's ok for them to give out misleading information but want you to prove who you say you are. I had my driver's license, I did test drive this vehicle. So no purchase made!
Been going to them for almost a year now for my car to get service on. Other places that I have gone to, always tries up selling me because of my car having high mileage. This place has yet to upsell me and has worked me on when it came to things needing to be fixed. 06 Xterra is still running strong!

Very bad costumer service, Antonio perez needs extensive training in costumer service he was arrogant. I asked if i would need a rental and he said two hours mind you i was there the whole day before i was able to get a rental and he did not want to give me one he claimed you guys did not have any. I was just not happy with my experience at all. And they also did not wash nor vacuumed my car as i asked if they would and they said yes.

Francisco, Internet consulate at Tracy Nissan, was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Francisco started our encounter by mentioning that he was in extreme panic to hurry our paperwork to finalize our new vehicle because he had a date after his shift. During the paperwork process Francisco made an error due to his lack of attention. The entire time he gave off a very dismissive approach to my business. He made my first-time experience buying a car horrible and would not recommend this employee. Other than that everyone else was so nice.
Third time is a charm holds no significance. Purchased brand new 2015 from them. Sales transaction was fine. Service department needs major improvement, very disappointed. We relocated here from San Francisco. Car goes in clean and given back filthy, all three times, gas past empty, addressed this to management with no resolution. 10k new brakes required, 20k new transmission required. Uncertain what will be next. After such a bad experiance with there product I would at least expect to pick up a clean car, and to top it off no gas. Looks like we will drive to Dublin for any dealer needs for our three cars.

Bad service I brought me truck here at 10am appointment and they said it should be done and ready in 2 hrs . I walk up after 2hrs pass by and they told me it won't be ready for another 2 to 3hrs while other cars came in with no appointment and have more problems than my car 2hrs later that car is out and mine is still sitting outside not been work on worse car dealer service ever

I felt I was extremely over charged for the oil change, I was fine with the transmission fluid service, but $100 for an oil change 3.5 quarts of oil plus I had a 20% discount off of the service and while a discount was given it was far less than 20%. I was quoted $309.00 and paid $270.00
Nick and Tex are simply great. I'm an older guy, so this is not my first rodeo in leasing or purchasing a vehicle, and throughout the years, I have had many substandard experiences with other dealerships along the way. That being said, Nick is upfront in his communication and makes the entire experience an enjoyable one. Nick leased my wife a 2019 Nissan Altima SV and I fell in love with it so much, I traded my vehicle in and leased a 2020 Altima from them too! Great experience, great dealership, great car! I brought my 2003 Nissan Altima to the Tracy Nissan Repair after having problems with an exhaust leak (the result of some shoddy work by another mechanic). They explained the problem to me and promptly repaired it. I love my car, have been the sole owner after buying it brand new and it has low mileage. It's been a great car and I'm so glad it's back in working order. Thank you, Tracy Nissan.

Tracy Nissan, on Naglee, promises many things to get you to purchase a vehicle, but when it's time to fulfill those promises, they do not hold true to their word. I purchased a car back in May of 2020 cash, and was told that I would get a complimentary car wash and detail. When I came in for the service I was denied the wash and detail. The came with every excuse to deny me the service, from we no longer offer that to it was not written on the purchase agreement. When I finally spoke with the salesman that closed the deal, he continued to pretend he did not understand the issue and act as if I had already received the service. He than said it was my fault for using their online scheduling site to schedule the appointment. After I continued to complain, he said I would get the service. The only requirement was that it would not be done that day and I would have to come back. I work Monday through Friday and travel on the weekends or spend it with my wife and kids. After continuing to refuse me that service, I finally quit trying realizing that they were just making excuses to not commit to their word. Nissan, just like many dealerships, is nothing but corrupt corporations after your money not caring about what they promised. Nicholas Garcia, the salesman should not be trusted and people should avoid the Tracy Nissan Dealership if they want their promises kept and cars taken care of.

Completion time was exceptional.
Only issues were over-filling the coolant reservoir (volume is near "max" level after leaving it overnight), and one bottle cap left inside the engine compartment.
Mechanics are rude, and don't know how to actually work on cars. If their computer can't tell them what's wrong, they have no clue. Completely ignore everything the customer says. Your car can be on fire, and if the computer doesn't say it's on fire, they will say that there's nothing wrong.
Though we didn't end up getting a vehicle from here but the customer service we got does deserves a honorary mention on yelp. I was looking for a Nissan Rogue and just as I pulled in Raj met me on the doorway & helped me throughout the entire selection process and gave me an amazing test drive for a Rogue SV AWD 2016, then Robert from finance came in for crunching numbers but believe me he was really cool to just work around customers expectation. But then I needed a premium package one with blind spot & Nav, Raj n Robert were quick enough to accommodate my needs, still keeping the numbers very very close to the older quote & also stayed up till 9Pm for us to come back & take another test drive. Unfortunately our needs didn't fit with what Rogue was offering so we had to give it a skip this time but the customer service I received at the dealership from both these guys was amazing.

I highly recommend this Nissan dealer for so many reasons. My husband and I walked in after a long day of work and left all our informations with Glen as they were closing at 9pm. We went to work the next morning and got a call at work from Mr. Wonderful (Tex) saying we been approved to purchase two 2019 Nissan altima s! Yes, I was in this disbelief and because of our previous experiences with car dealers, I said, here we go again . Mind you we were driving and commutting on a 2013 Ford Taurus and a 2015 Nissan Altima which we purchased at an used dealer which we downed $2500 and the other $3500 and mileage was 150000 and one was almost to 200000. Story short. We got to the dealer and all the teams hard work, effort, and constant communications, they had two 2019 Nissan s of our choice waiting at the front with all paper works ready. While working on the final paper work to be signed, the team checked the condition of vehicles, connected and instructed Bluetooth with our phones, how to operate nav/features, reviewed ref guide, set up our first service appointment, reviewed vehicle function on tablet, and get this... FILLED UP OUR GAS TANK!!! Here s the best part... WE ONLY PUT DOWN $500 FOR BOTH!!!! TWO 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA S FULL TANKS!!!! Special thanks to Glen, Nick, Tex, and the two other guys who made it happen!! I can t thank you guys enough!!!
