What a beautiful venue! I had such a great time DJing for Sean & Vanessa's wedding! The staff was excellent, the venue was clean, and main reception area is great! Cozy but spacious cocktail hour room. I would recommend the Wakefield Sheraton! Excellent work to all of you, Cheers! ~ DJ Chillin McMillin

Great hotel and excellent function space for meetings and weddings

Comfortable bed, nice staff. Only complaint is the AC is horrible

The staff saves this place. I stay here occasionally and also attend conventions downstairs. The people are nice and very helpful but the rooms need some work. The curtains are worn out and not correct for blocking the lights that shine right into the windows on the first floor. There is zero separation between the parking lot and some rooms, so curtains may be required for the entire stay. The full length curtains you want to use are fake and only hang next to the window. Some HVAC units are visibly damaged and seem to vent cold air into the room, even in the winter. Though I see smoke detectors in the rooms, cigarette smoke wafts from other guest rooms into the hall. Some of the rooms have toilets that sound like a dragon being slain. Tech wise, the TVs aren't bad, but it is basically impossible to charge a phone anywhere but on the desks. The staff does their part and keep things very clean, so this is an OK hotel overall.

I got a good deal on priceline. Although lunch was not included, it was given to me for free. Thanks to Four Points Sheraton

Comfy Beds, beautiful hotel that's only about 20 minutes from Boston.

Staff where friendly the place was clean. Needs an update. Sign in lobby they are getting a face lift. They need it.

Reserved a king suite with kitchenette. Kitchenette was very small and there were no cups, dishes, tableware - nothing. Small old dorm fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Bathroom was ridiculously tiny. Sitting on the toilet, the bathroom counter was so close that my arm was pressed against it. No steam exhaust for bathroom. Barely enough room to close the bathroom door without standing in the shower.
The furnishings in the room showed signs of wear around the edges with chipping and fraying.
For the price, this definitely was not worth it.

Friendly staff and a clean room. Soundproofing between rooms and to hallways is practically non-existent though. We awoke to the person next door having a shouting match into her telephone and I could hear every word perfectly clear. Had to call the front desk who to their credit went and asked her to quiet down.

I don't really have any complaints about the hotel. It was clean, and everyone was friendly.

It is customer's friendly, the front desk staff are very professional. Also enjoyed a meal @ the hotel restaurant, staff services is not bad either. The room I stayed @ was well kept.

Room was very clean and the breakfast buffet for the wedding was wonderful

The staff was amazing, and so accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel special, and took great care of us. The rooms were awesome. So clean and spacious. Can't say enough great things about them. These guys rock.

The team here is second to none. Second time we have used this hotel for a meeting. Low staff turnover so they all know who we are. Friendly,
accommodating and friendly service minded. Uncharacteristally froendly for MA! We will be back! Thanks for taking good care of us.

Each night while staying here we hung out at the bar and I would say that the lady behind the bar was the most enjoyably friendly person I've ever talked to in a hotel, ever. Our room was clean and never smelled weird or anything of that nature. Wallpaper and carpet on the 2nd floor were wacky, please dont change it! If I'm ever in Massachusetts again and need a place to stay I wouldn't mind staying here agiain.

No fridge in my room and the hallway smelt a little weird. No other problems though. Pretty good overall.

Small room and tiny bed. I asked for a room with no connecting door and they assured me their system tells them there isnt one... pretty sure it's about 5ft from my tiny bed!!! Very disappointing :-(

Provides almost everything you need, and has advanced locks that give you privacy of you need it. Very hi-tec.

I was at the Sheraton Four Points for a seminar that included breakfast. The facility was nice and comfortable and the food was good.

I stay here for work quite frequently and love the fact that is walking distance to a ton of restraint options!

Pros Easily located being right off the highway. Rooms were clean and good sized, the bed and pillow were verry comfortable. Cons No refrigerator in the rooms. No bed side outlets

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. It is located just off the exit. I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and clean rooms, 25 minutes from Boston Logan airport.

Has beautiful front lobby unfortunately there was only ten minutes between check in and out times. We discovered quickly that the room (160) was outdated (no fridge) very small and was in need of wall paper that was noticeably peeling everywhere. Bedding was wrinkled stale and a hair was found after pulling back the covers. So we checked out. A nice clean cozy room for around a hundred dollars can be easily found just Google map search for Peabody - Homewood suites and Spring Hill Suites two very good stays Homewood had fridge and microwave!! Sprinhill has a better Continental breakfast both were clean but Homewood gets first nod! Just a personal opinion with no bad intentions!

Nice rooms and wifi. Good location. Some of the rooms are a little small but overall a good place. Will book there again.

Clean and modern room. Amazing service Nanneth first face you see is so pleasant and helpful fulfills every request with a smile.This is my second time staying here and didn t even consider going anywhere else, price is great hotel is clean staff is friendly and helpful

This used to be an OK place but with the update and all of the shopping around the area it has turn to the place to be. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking onsite.

Kind & patient staff. Catered to my forgetting a few things. Clean rooms, professionally dressed.

The room beds are very small. Wallpaper joints were too revealing. Breakfast offered is good and Staff is cordial. Room furniture and few electronics requires an upgrade.

The stay was very nice. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. One shuttle driver did not know how to get to our wedding reception in Wakefield and instead stopped at a house but otherwise everything was fine.

Place is nice but a little pricey for what it is. Our room unexpectedly didn't have a fridge in it which was a surprise. Solid location right off the highway but I think the "Boston" reference in the name is a bit misleading

We had our wedding here and we really can t say enough good things. The space was beautiful. The staff was amazing. There were a few things that came up but the staff was right there handling everything. This staff made my wedding planing easy.

We attend a conference annually that is held at the hotel and and have stayed here a few times now. We're heading back this August. The hotel is always reliable in it's cleanliness and comfort. Front desk staff have been pleasant and there is usually fruit infused water in the lobby, which is a nice plus! I appreciate that if you are staying more than a night and skip housekeeping services, they offer a $5 voucher per night to use at the "lobby store" - fun to let your kids pick up a couple snacks if you're traveling as a family - and you can certainly get items restocked if needed (coffee, towels, etc.) Among the pros are cleanliness, comfortable beds, etc...and there is a shopping center within walking distance/right next door, with a Whole Foods as well as retail and restaurants, etc., etc. that is fun to walk around as well. The only negatives would be pool is off site - so in theory there is a pool that you can utilize, but we never make it over for lack of time and convenience of having to actually leave the building. We're so busy when we're there that it doesn't matter much, but for a typical family trip, it definitely would. We also found the on site restaurant lacking in options. Overall, we enjoy our stays, but it might not be our first choice for a family hotel.

Conveniently located right off of the highway. Room with king bed was nice, but did not include a refrigerator. Friendly and helpful staff.
