Remarkable staff and the kindest outcome was a clean car after a major snow storm blizzard. I have never felt such gratitude for a hotel. Thank you Olivia, thanks Jeff and the maintenance crew who cleaned the cars.

I stayed here about 32 nights spread out over a couple years now.

Pros: Most of the staff is friendly and willing make your stay joyful. Comfy beds and neat surroundings. Very close to a market place for shopping, dining. In-house restaurant is decent. They have a shuttle to drop you to the market place.

Cons: I ran into a staff members who was not very approachable, only once though. No free breakfast. They have a great gym facility, but in a next block - not very much comfortable during winter months.

Stayed here after a wedding, hit the bar in the hotel with all of the friends and family who attended when we got there. Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfy, and the had containers of body wash, shampoo, and container instead of a bar of soap and travel size containers. Will likely stay here again should I find myself needing to stay in this area again

Front desk staff was great! Room was newly renovated, quiet and had a great view. Restaurant was nice. I sat at the bar and the bartender was so personable and had a great sense of humor. She had been with the hotel for 40 years! I just had buffalo wings and they were really big meaty wings. Great experience overall!

Very nice hotel, but rooms need some updating. Outlets in the room are not conveniently located for plugging in a laptop. Bathroom sink is very low. Told the ladies at breakfast that there would be up to 10 people at our table, and they gave us a table for 4 then have away the other two tables while the rest of the group sat at other tables.

We hosted my daughter's baby shower at the Four Points Sheraton Wakefield. Paula Coakely was a dream to work with. She is so accommodating and helpful in every day.
Then we arrived to set up and met Eric and Darlene...wonderful, attentive and friendly people. Anything I needed for help in decorating "The Wakefield Room", for our daughter's baby shower when there within minutes of asking. The were amusing, attentive and very behind the scenes when our guest arrived.
Michael was there to help me check into my room and handed me my keys....I did not even have to go to the front desk. Needless to say my room was perfect.
My guests love the food, service and the environment and i am so grateful to all the staff @ the Sheraton Four Points.
I highly recommend the Four Points Sheraton and their wonderful staff.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy and painless. The rooms were cozy and clean. Loved the bathroom! The location was perfect in between Boston and Salem. Would definitely stay here and recommend to anyone coming to visit Salem.

The hotel is very clean. We belong to their rewards program which usually means that our room is a bit better and that the bed is a queen. This time we did not get any upgrades and the bed was a single double. Since we are both over 5'11" it was a very tight fit. Night staff were so so, day staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel itself was very nice, and the staff were great. However, all of the pictures show a pool......which there is not. Also it is very misleading for those visiting out of town. Although close to the city, and the airport, the hotel offers no transportation from the airport. If you are planning on staying in Wakefield, then this is definitely the place to go. If you are coming from out of town and visiting Boston and other areas, I would stay somewhere else unless you have a rental.

Where can I start? My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, before our wedding and after. The managers, the staff and everyone were so warm and welcoming. We had families come from all over and they were warmly welcomed and accommodated in the hotel to spend time with us. We were treated with such amazing hospitality! We cannot recommend this hotel enough.Thank you to all of the front desk receptionists for making sure our needs were met and our joy was complete, and thank you to all who worked hard to make our weekend a very special one!

The room i reserved was supposed to be a king size and when we checked in i was told it was a full size bed (which was hard, small, the sheets were tough and had holes in them). The wash cloths also had holes. The room was EXTREMELY small and cold. No outlets next to bed where the night stands were. We had to charge our phones on the desk. Couldnt see the tv from anywhere but the bed and the remote didnt work well. There were no amenities included, no fridge in the room. The water pressure was so high it hurt to shower. When i made the reservation it was for a wedding and since i called a few days late i was no longer able to get the wedding party discount ( i moved to a new house and forgot about it) it was 200.00 to spend one night on this dump. Super unsatisfied and will not return or recommend this place to anyone!! My husband travels and stays in many hotels and he agreed on this. We will for sure stick with our Marriotts from now on.

Our flight got delayed, so we arrived at about 3 AM which was regrettable. They had apparently just changed over to a new day in the system, so we had to sit in the lobby for another half hour waiting just to check in. The staff wasn't very empathetic considering our situation. Our room was nice when we finally got there, but we only stayed for about 4 hours. I've stayed here before - the bar is pretty decent and the shower heads are pretty awesome.

Lobby has been renovated and is lovely. Our room was a different story. Bathroom had new granite counter tops but everything else was original and very tired. Bathroom needed a good cleaning and tub did not drain properly. Ceiling paint throughout the room was peeling.

We had an excellent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The room we had was great. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant and my daughter said she had the "best pancakes ever". The waitress overheard my daughter complain to us about her milk tasting funny and she brought a replacement glass without asking. The hotel is located near a large mall with plenty of shops and places to eat. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pool was being renovated so they had to shuttle us to another hotel 7 miles away and the pool wasn't that nice. I'd recommend this hotel and will come back the next time we are in the Boston area.

Nice location, was surprised rooms didn't have microwave or refrigerator. Was not happy with front desk service and reservations. Was not given any information about hotel amenities. Called to check never got a simple answer does hotel have free breakfast? Was hung up on. Need to have better customer service.

Spent a 9 days here for a conference. Wonderful staff and service! Terry and Alyssa in the restaurant provided excellent service and Tom at the front desk was always very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel woth helpful personnel ! The breakfast is limited but delicious with a varoety of pastroes. Loved the morning greetings ! Under renovation for certain floors and definitely recommend the higher level rooms which are nicer and easier looking to the eye !

I was there for 2 evenings and loved my experience. The dining room experience with Terry R, our waitress, was exceptional. She was caring and attentive to me and my friend. She recommended that we stay at the hotel.

I loved the room I had, and my friend did as well. It was immaculate and very quiet. The staff were very responsive to questions and most welcoming. I can't say enough about how restful our days were there and how much we felt at home.

What an awesome team to work with!
Blue Cow Software, a software company with solutions for the fuel oil and propane industries, held our 10th annual User Group Meeting at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Wakefield. From the start of our planning to the actual two days of the event, the team we worked with went above and beyond to help us out and make sure that our event was a success. Our event attracted over 150 Blue Cow Software users, and the team at the Four Points made sure everyone's needs were met throughout the two days.
Steve, Tamara, Talia, Chanel, Matt, Adam, and everyone else from the Four Points who helped make our event a success- Thank you! You are awesome and we appreciated all of your work over the last two days of the event and the months leading up to it.

This place was more than adequate for our stay; I'd say more than adequate for anyone. But it had a few hang ups that kept it midrange for me. It was a bit dated in the rooms, they have some weird key required device for the air-conditioning, and the gym is off site. Mind you, these aren't deal killers.... It's probably the nicest hotel in the area (I didn't even see another around us), but I travel frequently, so I see a wide scale of hotels to compare with.

Our only real negative is that the air-conditioning stopped working on us the last night. We didn't complain; it was too late to do anything about it and it was our last night... but even in November, those rooms get very hot. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I feel like definitely I have to write a review now to express a long overdue uncomfortable situation. I been trying now for a few years to keep the comment by myself just to have the consideration on maybe the busy day or even a personal issue that can make a place that you visit really uncomfortable.

Today after 3 years I have to ask for an answer, how it's possible that this hotel still keep Eileen as a bartender or attendant at the bar? On a few occasions we sat at the bar with other folks who were not apart of our group who witnessed Eileen's rudeness and started to ask us why is she acting like that.... this couple noticed how Eileen aggressively placed our dinner order on the bar and questioned that's the way you wanted it right ? twice talking about our nachos and fries order.
Our today's experience was enough, I meet her 3 years ago when she yelled at me because I said that I wanted an apple martini and she gave me a dried martini, thing that I can't take, she yelled No!!!! You asked for a dried one!!!!! But I just took as a tired and frustrated women maybe or something else, every time that we come over it's a comment, racism, saying all what she wants and then laughs...nobody said nothing, I won't I disrespect senior citizen's specially working ones, is how my parents raised me. Enough is enough, we walked in to get a lunch at 2pm and she dropped a remark stating come on guys it's early and we just opened as we pulled our chairs. I have been dealing with her rudeness for too long because I'm in a biracial relationship and the rudeness and sassy comments are not warrented.
Like I said I did my best to keep this by myself but everyone has a limit.
I have to mention also oppossed to all of this negativity that we found Jared , he is the best, polite and very professional all the times.

Paid almost $225 a night, and didn't have hot shower water, toilet wouldn't flush, furniture was dirty, found napkins/food containers behind night stand. Bathroom is the size of a closet. Complained to staff to request an upgrade, and was told all rooms were full and had same set up.

I'm going to want to think hard and think that the sheets were not ironed and not that they were used by another guest. Old rooms although they are under renovation. The best gym, although Jones of them, is a center that is next door. The photo is how I found the bed the first night ....

Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Restaurant on premises, barber shop. Nearby access to fitness center. Comfortable beds and pillows. I would recommend to business travelers as well as family's.

Way sub par for an SPG property. Felt worn out and dirty. Bed sucked. We were just looking for a place to crash on our way to Maine - nothing fancy. But it didn't even deliver the basics. Will find another place next year.
