Seems this hotel is not gay friendly suggest you stay somewhere else

Absolutely amazing place!
Great food,ocean views, Fiesta nights, clean pools, clean fresh rooms! friendly people and staff (literally everyone has a smile on there face greeting you wherever you go )
My experience here was amazing! My week stay was one of the best I have experienced. The staff is absolutely accommodating to your specific needs! The room service is great and the cleaning ladies are so respectful towards your personal belongings wich is hard to find while traveling! Huge thankyou to the waiters who made every day at the dining hall an amazing experience!

Every room has an Ocean view. Excellent staff and great food. We saw whales from the room each day during our stay in early February.

Charged extra for any wifi. Staff was generally helpful. Food so so. Spa should be skipped.

It takes a long time to order something in the snack bar.

Terrible place they charge you for EVERYTHING, they are always approaching you to sell you trips or memberships you can not leave the room with tranquility. In the bar they charged my card double consumption and nobody wanted to answer me for that. I definitely do not recommend it

For many years I have had the pleasure of visiting and enjoying the facilities and the attention of the Sheraton Bugambiblias and I can not deny that it has been maintained over time through constant renovations and the excellent service provided by its staff. Sundays brunch is still special to me, spectacular. In addition to its swimming pools, its tennis courts are also an excellent attraction. 100% recommended

I often play tennis and the courts and the tennis club staff is top notch. The restaurants and pools very well too.

The ugliest buffet, I do not like to throw a bad wave but really so that even the chilaquiles are good is already a cannon ... The only good thing is red eyes!

Excellent the only thing is that they used too much time in sales of their timeshare and that was not to my liking!

We have owned here for 22 years. Do not come every year since we lived in Europe for awhile. Traveled all over. This is the nicest resort we have been in. Staff very friendly and busy. Very very clean. Beautiful vegetation on emaculate grounds. We did not pay for WiFi that was available all over the resort. Maybe because we are owners and staying in the club. Rooms are not fancy but very clean. Rooms cleaned and beds changed everyday. ( they even iron the sheets). We live in Florida now, so did not come here for beaches. Not good here! Beautiful pools with waterfalls and swim up bar.

Perfect!!! The food is very varied and delicious, not only in the rest. of specialties but also in the buffet. Products such as Serrano ham, lamb and turkey you can find among many other meats in their restaurants. The attention of the staff is outstanding, their kindness and disposition always alert to your needs is something that is appreciated. Ah, on Sundays the brunch is spectacular and with live mariachi !!!
I highly recommend it ... I will be back very soon !!!

Very good place, excellent service and good facilities, rooms and condominiums very well decorated and clean, the only "but" I could put is that some people who serve the lobby are rude and arrogant, but the rest of the staff are very attentive and respectful.

I give it 4 stars as between the "travel agency" and the hotel; They brought a party with my reservation and they didn't know what was included and what was NOT. I bought from the ALL INCLUSIVE website and when I arrived I had a EUROPEAN PLAN (only the room). And when speaking to the supposed "agency" of the website, it turned out that it was indeed a European plan and apart from that I had to go to a 90-minute talk (time-sharing) that lasts up to 150 to 180 minutes and they are very insistent and aggressive to the time to want to sell. When they DO NOT achieve their goal they are despotic and disinterested.

I had to pay 46 usd per adult per day and 23 usd per child per day to make my reservation "all inclusive" (which I have a screenshot that was since I paid it ALL INCLUSIVE), after taking that "talk" of 90 min. . If not, I would have had to pay 80 usd per adult and 40 usd per child.

And to close with a flourish upon departure I had to pay my room stay $ 5,800.00 pesos because my reservation was NOT there. To which after another hour and a half of calls, everything was left in that nothing but the hotel use taxes of $ 175.00 pesos were missing.

But if I had only thrown the cards (keys) and left, they would have scored another goal. The good thing is that it was resolved and then between the fact that they threw the ball that was the agency or the hotel; I had to lose 2 hours upon arrival, 2 hours on the time-share talk (which I had to cut because if it didn't take longer) and 90 minutes at check out. Moreover, the payment of something that from the page was already selected and paid as all inclusive ... resulting in a chuchita the bag is round and I had to pay another $ 5,520.00 pesos because the reservation turned out to be a European plan.

From there on out the room was beautiful, the staff very attentive, excellent breakfast today with mariachi and impeccable cleaning.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Plenty of restaurants inside the resort to chose from. Beautiful views. The place is kept in excellent condition . The pools are beautiful. Cant wait to visit again

In general a good stay although with its details. Sloppy facilities. The attention of the waiters both in restaurants and in a lousy pool you have to be looking for them to attend you, to rescue they are very friendly.
The normal buffet, nothing memorable. It has the basics of Mexican food: chilaquiles, quesadilla, juices and natural fruit smoothies, the latter prepared at the moment, quesadillas, eggs, fruit and hot drinks. The specialty restaurants for dinner you have to book before 10 to be able to count a table if you don't you will have to dine in the buffet restaurant.
The spacious rooms, all with ocean views, the neglected bathrooms, the beds fine. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the center and located on the beach. Although the Vallarta beach is not the prettiest since the sand is not fine and has many stones.
It has two bars at night, one closes at 11 and the other at 1.

I do not think that in a bar where on the entry sheet of all the bars and restaurants do not prohibit children, tell me little times 9pm that I can not put my daughter (well then I respect the conditions and if they are rules are rules ) my 2 year old daughter would not hold much awake, but all day she told me that she wanted to dance and even cry and it was very sad xq there was a wedding and she wanted to go dancing (logically since she could not go to a private event) and It was when they told me at the pier - hotel bar that there would be live music. I stayed outside drinking along with other families with children in the area where there is no heating and our surprise that let children in and let them in, I told them that they avoided us, and it is not because of bad management, because they could not tell him anything, apparently they were managers of the company. My daughter begged me to go dancing and I did not put her in, when I saw that I put her in but she was already very sleepy. We put up the displeasure and then they call me to my room to offer an apology and drink. Ridiculous it was not yet 11pm and they tell me that the waitresses were wrong that the children can enter before 11pm, what I wanted was only that my daughter will dance for 15 minutes.

Old and remodeling from hurricane 4 years ago still ongoing. Noisy / construction

My stay was in bugambilias, and it is a beautiful place, the food and drinks are super rich, the pool clean, the room clean, the hotel staff very nice, but the only bad thing is when they invite you to the sales presentation, in I personally had no idea what it was, my first day of vacation I spent in the presentation from 10:30 to 5 trying to convince us to buy and although it is a great option the insistence is quite uncomfortable. in general I recommend the hotel and of course comprare later if I have the chance.

It is a wonderful, private space, you can enjoy the beach of the sea, the different services. The attention is pleasant, and the events are very good.
